Abstract

This study aims to know the role of tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) of Sempe Village in developing Ai Beling tourism potential, describe the supporting and inhibiting factors for Pokdarwis in realizing Ai Beling as a tourist destination and describe the impact of Pokdarwis in developing Ai Beling's potential as a tourist destination. This study used a qualitative approach with type of case study. Data collection was done through interview. The study subjects were the headman, the Pokdarwis chair, Pokdarwis members, community leaders, and the community. To test validity of data, the researcher used source triangulation technique. The data analysis used was qualitative analysis which consisted of data reduction steps, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of study showed that Pokdarwis of Sempe Village played a role in introducing, preserving, and utilizing tourism potential, managing tourism, increasing the knowledge and skills of members and the community and establishing cooperation with other organizations. The supporting factors for Pokdarwis Desa Sempe, namely: government support, abundant natural resources, and preserved local wisdom. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors were the lack of community participation and the lack of awareness and actualization of society towards charm. The impact that felt by communities of Sempe village toward the existence of Pokdarwis that with good management, the number of tourist visits were increased so that it can served jobs opportunities for communities so that could increase communities’ welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership patterns on employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa Regency. The number of employees at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District is 24 people, so this study uses a saturated sample (census sampling). The type of data in this study is quantitative data obtained from primary sources. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis, individual parameter hypothesis testing (t test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the pattern of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District. It was obtained from the results of simple linear regression coefficient testing, namely the tcount value is greater than the ttable value (2.386>2.074), and the significant value of the calculation result is less than = 5% (0.029<0.05). In the R2 test, the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.700, meaning that the leadership pattern contributes to changes in employee performance at Bulog Public Company, Sumbawa District, by 70%, while the remaining 30% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada BUMDes mengenai pemanfaatan e-commerce, yang diharapkan dapat bermuara pada peningkatan pembangunan dan peningkatatan kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran masyarakat secara adil dan merata. Metode pelaksaan kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap. Pertama, tahap persiapan meliputi pra survei, pembentukan tim, pembuatan dan pengajuan proposal, koordinasi tim dan mitra serta persiapan alat dan bahan pelatihan. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pelaksanaan program berupa sosialisasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan (pemaparan materi) dan diskusi. Tahap ketiga yaitu tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi mitra sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Setelah itu, dilakukan penyusunan laporan untuk selanjutnya dilakukan publikasi. Hasil dan output kegiatan PKM setelah sosialisasi yaitu pertama, masyarakat mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai fungsi BUMDes. Kedua, masyarakat mengalami peningkatan pemahaman berkaitan dengan keberadan BUMDes untuk peningkatan pembangunan dan peningkatan pemasukan PADes Orong Bawa. Ketiga, masyarakat mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai mekanisme penggunaan e-commerce pada BUMDes. Dengan dilaksanakannya program ini, maka terjadi perbaikan tatanan nilai masyarakat di bidang pelayanan khususnya di bidang ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of land and building tax (PBB) to the regional income (PAD) of Sumbawa Regency. This research is a descriptive study that aims to examine descriptively the contribution of PBB to the regional income of Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2021. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of data on realization of land and building tax revenue, and or realization of total regional revenue for the Sumbawa Regency for 2017-2021 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for the Regency of Sumbawa in the form of documents and archives of the Financial Report of the Regional Government of the Sumbawa Regency for the year 2017-2021 which has been online published. The analysis technique used is percentage analysis as a comparison material between the target of PBB revenues and regional revenues with their realization so that the magnitude of the contribution of PBB to total Regional Revenue can be known. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it is known that the contribution of PBB to the regional income of Sumbawa Regency in 2017-2021 has fluctuated. The average contribution of PBB to the regional income of Sumbawa Regency for 2017-2021 is in the very low category. The level of contribution, which is always unstable every year, is due to the realization of PBB and the realization of PAD which are still fluctuating or fluctuating every year so that the criterion value for interpretation is always lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee productivity at PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. The population in this study are all employees of PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. Researchers set a sample quota of 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling or simple random samples. This number is considered to represent the results of the study because it meets the requirements as a large sample. The variables used in this study are Direct Financial Compensation (X1) and Indirect Financial Compensation (X2) as independent variables, and Employee Productivity (Y) as the dependent variable. Data were obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires, namely data collection by distributing a list of questions to respondents who were used as research samples. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara, both partially and simultaneously, this has been proven through the t test and f test. The degree of influence of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation on the work productivity of employees of PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara is 79.3%, while the remaining 20.7% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of village fund allocation policies on rural economic development in Luk Village, Rhee Sub-District, Sumbawa District. This type of research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained from the results of scoring on respondents' answers related to research problems. Data obtained directly from respondents through a questionnaire. This research is a sample research, in which researchers took a sample of 95 people as representatives of a total population of 1,940 people. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS program for further analysis and interpretation using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results showed that the village fund allocation policy had a positive and significant effect on rural economic development in Luk Village, Rhee Sub-District, Sumbawa District. That is, the greater the allocation of village funds in development, the rural economic growth in Luk Village, Rhee Sub-District, Sumbawa District will also increase, and vice versa. The ability of village fund allocation policy variables to explain variations in changes in rural economic development variables in Luk Village, Rhee Sub-District, Sumbawa District is 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this study was associative. The data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources. The method used to collect primary data is a questionnaire. The total of population in this study was 35 people, so this study used census sampling. Data analysis tools were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that partially leadership style and organizational culture had no effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency, while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency. Than simultaneously leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency. Variations in changes in the value of employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline amounting to 70.9%, while the remaining 29.1% is influenced and explained by other variables not included in this study, such as work motivation, morale and well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness degree and efficiency of village funds in economic development in Seteluk Atas village, West Sumbawa District in 2016-2021. The type of study used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data, then the source of data in this study was secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study was quantitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing target data, expenditure realization and revenue using efficiency and effectiveness ratios. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of using village funds in economic development in Seteluk Village, West Sumbawa Regency in 2016-2021 is in the less effective category. The village government has not been optimal in using village funds to realize rural economic development using village funds so that the development activities that have been carried out have not reached the set targets. The efficiency of using village funds in economic development in Seteluk Village, West Sumbawa Regency in 2016-2021 is in the very effective category. The use of village funds for rural economic development in Seteluk Village has been carried out efficiently, the output in the form of development activities that have been realized is lower than the budget input used to produce them.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini membantu mahasiswa menyusun artikel ilmiah yang sistematis dan metodologis.Selainitu mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman dalam menyusun artikel ilmiah. Target yang ditetapkan dalam kegiatan ini yaitumahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi semester enam dan semester delapan Universitas Samawa. Metode dalam kegiatanpengabdian ini yaitu dibagi menjadi 3 tahap yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Dalam proses pelaksanaanmenggunakan aplikasi media social berupa whatsapp. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, masing-masingmahasiswa telah mampu membuat artikel ilmiah dengan benar dan prosesnya berjalan dengan lancer sertamahasiswa sangat antusias. Namun ada kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihanya itu karena tidakbias tatap muka atau menggunakan sistem daring, mahasiswa dan tim kurang puas terutama pada proses pembimbingandan evaluasi.

Abstract

Sampah memiliki potensi yang sangat menjanjikan bagi masyarakat/komunitas di Desa Brang Kolongapabila dilakukan pengelolaan dengan baik dan berbasis masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan KKN-PPM yang dilakukanDesa Brang kolong terletak di Kecamatan Plampang Kabupaten Sumbawa, adalah: 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuandan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Brang Kolong tentang pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat agar terlibatlangsung dalam Pengelolaan sampah yang ada di desa Brang kolong; 2) Meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakatDesa Brang Kolong tentang kategori sampah, sampah yang dapat didaur ulang dan yang tidak dapat didaur ulang; 3)Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Brang Kolong tentang pengolahan sampah agarmemiliki nilai tambah dan memperkuat ekonomi lokal; 4) Pembentukan bank sampah berbadan hukum di DesaBrang Kolong. Seluruh kegiatan pada KKN-PPM ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepadakelompok masyarakat. Kegiatan KKN-PPM di Desa Brang Kolong ini berlangsung mulai dari bulan Juni-Juli 2020dengan sasaran yaitu masayarakat Desa Brang Kolong yang tergabung dalam kelompok masyarakat sebanyak 40orang yang dipilih dari setiap dusun. Adanya kegiatan penyuluhan pengolahan sampah menjadi kompos dankerajinan masyarakat memahami tata cara pembuatan kompos dan kerajinan dari sampah. Selain itu terbentuknyabank sampah yang memiliki legalitas berupa Akta Notaris Pendirian bank sampah.
