Abstract

The presence of business legality is a fundamental aspect in any enterprise. Business legality serves as a standard that all business practitioners, including those operating small-scale businesses like MSMEs, must meet to have their businesses legally recognized. However, legal aspects of businesses are often overlooked by many business operators, including those in the MSME sector. This serves as the background for the development of the "MSME Legal Support Program" conducted by students from the Collaborative Community Service Program Collaborative 84, hailing from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, IAIN Kediri, UIT Lirboyo, and IAIFA Sumbersari. The program employs the ABCD method and is carried out through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The support activities commence with observations of MSME practitioners and are followed by coordination with village officials. The results of the program include enhancing the understanding of MSME practitioners regarding the importance of business legality and the issuance of NIB The long-term impacts of this program encompass the issuance of NIB, which can open up opportunities for collaboration with relevant agencies, as well as grant access to funding sources through government MSME programs. Additionally, this support program forges collaborations with advisors from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, with the aim of streamlining the business legality registration process for MSMEs in Besowo Village in the future.

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to determine the characteristics of consumers, examine their preferences for packaged liquid milk products in Depok City, and find out what variables are the main considerations in purchasing these products.The survey method was carried out using a direct questionnaire to 100 selected respondents.The data was then analyzed using descriptive analysis for consumer characteristics and conjoint analysis for product preferences.The research results show that the majority of consumers of packaged liquid milk in Depok City are women aged 21–30 years, most of whom are private employees or students with an income of <Rp. 2,000,000.They tend to buy 3-4 medium-sized packages of liquid milk per month, with the Ultra Milk brand being the main choice.Purchases are generally made at supermarkets/minimarkets or stalls/shops.Based on conjoint analysis, consumer preferences tend to be products with well-known brands, chocolate flavor variations, UHT liquid milk types, nutritional content rich in vitamins and minerals, composition with >50% fresh milk, expiration date >6 months, and prices around Rp. 5,000–10,000.The variables most considered when purchasing are flavor variations, brand, price, type of liquid milk, nutritional content, composition and expiration date.Keywords: consumer preferences; milk; product variables; conjointAbstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, mengkaji preferensi mereka terhadap produk susu cair kemasan di Kota Depok, serta mengetahui variabel apa yang menjadi pertimbangan utama dalam pembelian produk tersebut. Metode survei dilakukan dengan kuesioner langsung kepada 100 responden terpilih. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk karakteristik konsumen dan analisis conjoint untuk preferensi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen susu cair kemasan di Kota Depok adalah perempuan berusia 21–30 tahun, sebagian besar merupakan karyawan swasta atau pelajar/mahasiswa dengan pendapatan 50%, tanggal kedaluwarsa >6 bulan, dan harga berkisar Rp5.000–10.000. Variabel yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam pembelian adalah variasi rasa, merek, harga, jenis susu cair, kandungan nutrisi, komposisi, dan tanggal kedaluwarsa.Kata kunci: preferensi konsumen; susu; variabel produk; conjoint

Abstract

Dalam khazanah fiqh Islam klasik permasalahan asuransi dalam bentuk implementasinya yang sekarang ini memang belum dikenal, karena itu tidak didapatkan status hukumnya dalam kitab-kitab mereka. Namun demikian, kajian tentang asuransi dalam perspektif Islam kontemporer sebenarnya sudah cukup banyak dilakukan oleh para ahli hukum, baik ahli hukum Islam secara khusus maupun ahli ekonomi Islam secara umum. Mengingat asuransi ini adalah masalah yang relatif baru yang belum ada kejelasan status hukumnya pada masa pra Islam, maka perdebatan yang terjadi sekitar hukum asuransipun tidak bisa dielakkan. Sebagian ulama ada yang mengharamkannya dengan alasan adanya unsur riba, sama dengan perjudian, mengandung penipuan, ekploitasi, dan lain-lain.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v2i2.2489

Abstract

This article discuss about theory concept of transactions in Islamic banking products. In collecting and distributing funds, Islamic banking used variety of transactions, such as deposit transactions (wadî’ah yad amânah, wadî’ah yad dhamânah), transactions for results (mudhârabah, musyârakah), buying and selling  (murâbahah, salâm, istishnâ’), lease transactions (ijârah, ijârah wa iqtinâ’, atau ijârah muntahiyah bi al-tamlîk), loan transactions (qardh), and transactions with other patterns (wakâlah, kafâlah, hiwâlah, rahn). Murâbahah and salâm transactions are used for collecting the funds and mudhârabah muthlaqah and wadî’ah are used for funding. Meanwhile, ijârah and wakâlah are used in loan transactions that implemented in a bank guarantee.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v4i1.2536

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas konsep laki-laki sebagai qawwam (pelindung dan penanggung jawab) terhadap perempuan sebagaimana disebut dalam QS An-Nisa: 34, dengan menelusuri penafsiran dari berbagai mazhab Islam, baik Sunni maupun Syiah, sejak masa klasik hingga kontemporer. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang posisi laki-laki tidak tunggal, melainkan beragam: sebagian menafsirkannya sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab sosial, bukan dominasi hierarkis. Pendekatan tafsir kontekstual modern menekankan bahwa ajaran Islam dapat mendukung relasi gender yang lebih setara dan adil.
