Abstract

ABSTRAKPenipuan dan penggelapan merupakan salah satu contoh tindak pidana yang merugikan bagi orang lain. Tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan pokok atau kebutuhan dasar sehingga standart hidup layak tidak tercapai menjadi salah satu faktor adanya tindak pidana tersebut. Kebutuhan dasar yang dimaksud seperti makanan, pakaian, rumah atau tempat berlidung, pendidikan dan kesehatan. Akibat dari kurangnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok tersebutlah yang kemudian kejahatan terjadi dimana-mana. Salah satu cara untuk menyelesaikan instrumen persoalan yaitu dengan menyerahkan kepada pihak Kepolisan.Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian hukum empiris (yuridis – sosiologis). Sumber data primer pemelitian ini adalah penyidik di satreskrim Polres Pamekasan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penyelesaian tindak pidana penipuan dan penggelapan di Satreskrim Polres Pamekasan diselesaikan dengan asas restorative justice dengan menerapkan mekanisme Peraturan Kapolri Nomor 8 tahun 2021 tentang Penanganan Tindak Pidana Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif dimana dalam pelaksanaannya melibatkan korban/ pelapor, pelaku/terlapor serta pihak – pihak yang terlibat dalam perkara tersebut. Hambatan yang dialami oleh penyidik satreskrim Polres Pamekasan dalam menerapkan asas restorative justice dalam perkara tersebut yaitu tersangka ingin melarikan diri dan seakan – akan tidak mau mengganti atau ingin menguasai sepenuhnya uang yang sebenarnya menjadi milik atau hak korban. Akan tetapi setelah berbagai upaya penyilidikan dan penyidikan dilakukan akhirnya tersangka berhasil diamankan oleh penyidik Satrsekrim Polres Pamekasan dan akhirnya tersangka mengganti seluruh kerugian uang yang dialami oleh korban. Oleh karena itu dihimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tidak mudah tergiur dengan adanya tawaran arisan online dengan keuntungan yang singkat dan besar akan tetapi tidak jelas sistem pengelolaannya yang nantinya akan merugikan korban.

Abstract

When we looked at this method, we realized that it may not be specific to teaching the Arabic language alone, or teaching a specific language, but it is originally methods that were suggested, tried and used in the field of teaching Arabic as a foreign language or a second language, and its use is not uniform in All languages, and then the owners of each language must develop it for their language when they teach it to others, and then we must also when considering this method. The method takes into account the one that the teacher follows in his teaching, and the techniques that the teacher uses in teaching, as well as the specific means in all its forms. The fact is that these measures depend on the teacher, on his personal skill and on the composition of the class.The direct method is very important for the students in learning the Arabic language because it will train their skills in speaking skill or Arabic speaking. This study uses a descriptive research model with case study method which is part of qualitative research, which means that information from different sources or informants is presented in the form of words and language within a particular natural context. Although they find it difficult in the early stages.

Abstract

الإدارة التعليمية في التدريس، فيه الإدارة المنهج، الإدارة جودة المعلمين، الإدارة الجودة التعليمية، وما أشبه ذلك. في التعليم يوجد مرافق أي الوسائل التعليمية التي سيستخدمها المدرس أثناء التعليم لسهولته في بيان المواد التعليمية. للإدارة التعليمة أهمية كما للإدارة العامة أهمية، ولكن أهمية الإدارة التعليمية تتبع من الأهمية الحيوية للتعليم كقطاع خدمي لايستغنى المجتمع من خدماته. لاسيما في عصر الإضطراب أن مبادئ الإداري بجميع عملية التكاملية التعليمية في الجامعة فعليها أن تهتم القنون والنظوم والارشادات والمقرر الفعالي من الحكومة. كما اختيار في التطبيق أن جميع المشؤلية التكاملية التعليمية و يعلن لجميع أعضاء الجامعية التي تساعدها. أما التعليم هو نظام من الأعمال المقصودة، والنشاطات الهادفة، إلى إحداث التعليم، وهو عمليات التفاعل المتبادل بين الأفراد المعلمين والمدرسين. ومن المهم عن المعلقة بحالة المرافق و الخزائن كفاءة الناس الذي يعاملها و يستخدمها المرافق في التربية الإسلامية لايزال نقصا، المقصد من كفاءة الناس هي الكفاءة و المهارة و القدرة والسلوكية والدوافع التعهد.

Abstract

تصميم التدريس هو ترتيب الخطة لمساعدة عملية التدريس بين المدرس والتلاميذ. وهذه العملية تتضمن على تعيين مبادئ فهم التلاميذ في غرض التدريس وكذلك يصمم عملية التدريس. أما الأهداف في تصميم التدريس هو حل المشكلة في عملية التدريس أو تبسيط فيها، وكذلك كاختياط بشكل الكيفيات المنظمات في حل مشكلة التدريس وهذه العملية المتطورة الشديدة وتكون فرصة في عالم التربية. وبذلك أن تصميم التدريس في حل مشكلته له شكل مادّي بوجود المصادر التبسيط في عملية التدريس، وبهذا يعبر الكاتب عن تعريف تصميم التدريس العام وتصميم الخطاب وتصميم التدريس اللغة العربية.

إن القرآن معجزة للمسلمين وفيه السورة التي بدأت باسم من أسماء الله الحسنى دون أن يكون قبله كلام وتسمى بسورة الرحمن وتتكرت في تلك الآية التي تبين عن الإمتنان والتعظيم الله في إحدى وثلاثين مرة، وهي سورة مدانية وتتضمن من ثمان وسبعون اية, وترتيبها في المصحف 55, في الجزء السابع والعشرين. فقد عرفه أهل اللغة بتعريفات كثيرة من الأحروف, فمنهم من قال : إنه "ما دل على معنى في غيره" وقال سيبويه :" وحرف ماجاء لمعنى ليس باسم ولافعل. وبعضهم يري أنه كلمة لاتدل على معنى مادامت منفردة في نسفها, ولكن إذا وضعت في كلام ظهر لها معنى لم يكن من قبل

Abstract

Surah Maryam, which is the nineteenth Surah in the Quran. This Surah consists of ninety-eight verses and belongs to the Meccan Surah group because most of the verses were revealed before the Prophet Muhammad moved to Medina and even before his companions migrated to the distant lands. A letter is what indicates a meaning in something else. It is divided into three types: a letter specific to a noun, such as a preposition; letters that make a noun nominative and a verbal noun accusative; and a letter shared between nouns and verbs, such as conjunctions and interrogative letters. The aim of this study is to analyze the letter jar in Surah Maryam. The research method This research is some of the types of library research, what is meant by library research is the research that the researcher works in the library or outside it for all the facts or data from the types of books. The result of the prepositions in Surah Maryam is seventy-five letters and the prepositions are as follows: Ba, Min, An, Ali, Fi, Lam, and as for the types of prepositions, the researcher found in Surah Maryam as follows. The letter Ba has nineteen letters from thirty-four letters to three letters The letter Lam has four letters The letter An has two letters The letter Ali has eight letters The letter Fi has thirteen letters

Abstract

Prayer awakens people so that they are always aware that they are God's servants who must serve Allah SWT. Prayer has such an important place that it is used as a measure in Islam. This is in Islam, there are several types of prayer that are associated with certain times and moments, such as obligatory prayers, namely prayers which are divided into five times, Eid al-Fitr prayer, Eid al-Adha prayer, and so on, after the prayer there is still another prayer known as ba'diyah prayer, it shows the importance of prayer in Islamic teachings. Congregational prayers in Islam are very beneficial in increasing enthusiasm, equality and brotherhood, and can create bonds of love and mutual understanding among other Muslims. It aims to evoke a sense of togetherness. Congregational prayer is highly recommended for every Muslim to get priority reward. Every Muslim will feel the wisdom of congregational prayer in himself in living his daily life as a human being. People who pray in congregation will also receive double reward compared to praying alone. The congregational prayer activities are not only carried out at home, prayer rooms, Surau or mosques but are also taught in different environments. Abstract

Talking about Islamic education, of course it cannot be separated from the Arabic language. As the language of the Qur'an and Sunnah which is the main source for understanding Islamic religious law, of course Arabic is one of the languages that must be mastered or at least understood by Muslims. As stated in the Qur'an: "Indeed, we have revealed the Qur'an in Arabic so that you can understand it. (Q.S. Yusuf: 2). Sayyidana Umar bin Khattab also emphasized in his words "learn Arabic, because in fact Arabic is part of your religion". Arabic and the Koran are like two sides of a coin that cannot be separated from each other. Studying Arabic is a mandatory requirement for mastering the contents of the Koran, and studying the language of the Koran means learning Arabic. Thus, the role of Arabic is not only as a means of human communication, but also as a means of communication between people who believe in Allah in the form of prayer, du'a and so on.

Abstract

Poetry is rooted from the word شعر- يشعر- شعرا- شعورا which means knowing, feeling, being aware of, composing, or composing a poem. According to Jurji Zaidan, poetry means singing (al-ghina`), chanting (insyadz), or chanting (tartil). The origin of this word has disappeared from Arabic, but is still present in other languages, such as شور in Hebrew which means voice, singing, and singing songs. Among the sources of the word syi`r is شير (syir) which means qasidah or singing. And the results of this research are about "analyzing the meaning of Abu Nawas's Syair I'tiraf in the view of ma'ani science." It can be concluded that this study found three stanzas in Abu Nawas' poetry which are all about al-multazam's poetry, because the poem imitates the rules of arud and qawafi, this is called taqlidi poetry.

Abstract

The well-known beginning of Urdu poetry in this country was in the year 1450 AD, and hundreds of poets emerged and became famous during those long periods. He received several titles from the state, and he had published collections, and others. There are famous poets such as Anis, Dabir, Hali, Akbar Allahabadi, Amjad al-Khidarabadi, and these Poets whose poetry in Urdu literature is considered an argument, and what is cited in it. There are those poets mentioned, such as: Dagh, Anis, and Dabeer. They said visuals containing five hundred pistols, or six hundred pistols, and each pistol contains three verses, and the Urdu language after this is a language that has absorbed all meanings and descriptions. the beautiful. Therefore, the researcher seeks to research this collection, and the researcher chose this research to be the topic of research in his research, and the researcher must focus his research on the science of Badi’, which had not been researched before, meaning the sensitive one in the collection of Al-Shafi’i.
