Abstract

Tenaga kesehatan merupakan prioritas utama dalam kesuksesan untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan kesehatan. Indonesia memiliki tantangan dalam meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kesehatan yang terlatih untuk memenuhi tuntutan yang berkembang. Departemen Kesehatan telah menggunakan beberapa pendekatan dalam menentukan kebutuhan staf, menggunakan proyeksi berdasarkan status kesehatan masyarakat, perubahan demografi dan program kesehatan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati penyebaran tenaga kesehatan puskesmas terhadap ketimpangan ekonomi rumah tangga di wilayah Indonesia Timur, sehingga pemerintah dapat menangani secara serius dan tegas terhadap permasalahan distribusi tenaga kesehatan, khususnya daerah yang sulit dijangkau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif dengan desain rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Menggunakan data sekunder skala besar dari Indonesia Family Life survey (IFLS) East. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi ketimpangan distribusi tenaga kesehatan antara puskesmas yang berada di wilayah dengan tingkat ekonomi rumah tangga tinggi dan rendah lokasi geografis berdasarkan perkotaan/pedesaan dan keterpencilan bahkan provinsi. Puskesmas di wilayah Indonesia Timur lebih banyak mengalami kekosongan tenaga khususnya dokter dan bidan, juga rendahnya jumlah tenaga kesehatan masyarakat membuktikan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan primer yang berorientasi pada promotif dan preventif terabaikan. Optimalisasi peran pemerintah sebagai regulator dan fasilitator yang lebih memfokuskan dan membantu daerah yang kekurangan tenaga kesehatan khususnya provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur, Maluku dan Papua Barat yang lebih banyak mengalami kekurangan tenaga kesehatan masyarakat bahkan kekosongan tenaga dokter dan bidan.

Abstract

The number of data from the South Sulawesi Provincial Health Office and National Health Insurance (JKN) participants in Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 228,687 people. This consists of 180,654 people as Contribution Assistance Recipients (PBI) and 48,033 as Non-Contribution Assistance Recipients (Non-PBI). This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach that aims to determine how the Implementation of the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Health program at Nene Mallomo Hospital, Sidrap Regency, by going directly to the field to obtain information and conduct observations. The informants for this study were the Hospital Director, Hospital Staff, and BPJS Health Participants at Nene Mallomo Hospital, Sidrap Regency. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documents related to the problem being studied. From the study results, it was obtained that the queue time when queuing was quite long, especially in the morning during peak hours. In addition, Nene Mallomo Hospital also receives monthly evaluations from BPJS Kesehatan regarding many things that are input; from the review, Nene Mallomo Hospital received input related to not implementing existing regulations, such as lack of drugs in the hospital pharmacy and patients having to buy drugs outside. It is hoped that the hospital will improve its human resources to help speed up the service process so that queues can be reduced and conduct socialization related to the BPJS Kesehatan program because there are still many BPJS participants who do not know their rights and obligations.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) defines overweight and obesity as an increase in the accumulation of body fat above standard limits, thereby increasing the risk of other health problems in the body. In light of this, a study was conducted to determine the relationship between balanced nutritional behavior, physical activity, and sedentary behavior in adolescents at SMPN 6 Makassar. This research, a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach, has practical implications for health professionals and policymakers. The population in this study was all students of SMPN 6 Makassar, totaling 1012 students, with a sample size of 286 respondents. The data analysis, carried out univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test with a significance level of ρ <0.05, revealed some significant relationships. The results of the bivariate analysis study stated that there is a relationship between measuring body weight and nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.005), There is a relationship between consuming fruits and nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.025), There is a significant relationship between consuming vegetables and nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.054), There is a relationship between consuming soda / canned / packaged drinks on nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.006 <0.05), There is a relationship between consuming fast food and nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.001), There is a relationship between doing physical activity 60 minutes a day with nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.043 <0.05) There is a relationship between performing prayers and nutritional status, where the value (ρ = 0.000 <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between two variables, namely balanced nutritional behavior and physical activity. And there is no relationship in the sedentary behavior variable, a finding that has direct implications for health interventions and policies.

Abstract

Fit to work is a health check given to workers with the aim of determining the physical abilities of workers so that they are able to carry out their work properly. PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas New Makassar Terminal 2 has implemented a health check through a fit-to-work program that is carried out every day. This program requires all operators to undergo a health check before starting their shift, ensuring that they are fit and healthy to perform their duties. The study aimed to evaluate the fit-to-work program towards increasing operator work productivity at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas New Makassar Terminal 2. The type of research used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants of this study were Duty Planner, HSSE Staff, Health Officers and Operators at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas New Makassar Terminal 2. The selection of informants was carried out by applying data collection methods based on special considerations, such as the expertise of informants in the subjects studied or having the highest position in the relevant agency, so that it can help researchers gain deeper insight into the object or situation being studied. From the results of the study, it was obtained that health workers, health check facilities and infrastructure and worker health checks can minimize the risk of work accidents and can increase work productivity. It is expected that PT Pelindo will further improve and develop the knowledge of health workers regarding Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards and regulations, evaluate the latest technology by reviewing and comparing various new technologies that can be applied in health examination facilities and efforts need to be made so that workers always follow the implementation of the fit to work program in order to minimize the risk of work accidents and increase work productivity.
