Abstract

The incidence of early marriage in Muaro Jambi Regency has increased. No studies have been done on the distribution pattern and the relationship between education level and early marriage in Muaro Jambi Regency. This study aimed to identify the hotspots and low spots of early marriage, and the relationship between low education level with early marriage in Muaro Jambi regency in 2021. Global and Local Analysis Moran Index is used in this study to map hotspots and low spots for early marriage. Spatial regression is used to determine the relationship between education level and cases of early marriage. This study used an ecological study approach with the unit of analysis of 155 villages in Muaro Jambi Regency. Data on early marriage was obtained from the Mauro Jambi Regency Health and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) report. The percentage of early marriage in Muaro Jambi Regency is 22.49%. This study found a positive autocorrelation of early marriage in 14 villages that fall into the hotspots area and 11 villages that fall into the low spots area. Using the SAR model, this study also found a relationship between education level and early marriage in Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

Covid 19 has an impact on all lines of life, one of which is the social impact due to the curing of corpses, namely public fear, this is due to a lack of understanding of how to handle the corpse. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out socialization activities and training for cadaveric care. The purpose of this community service is to carry out socialization and training on the burial of corpses at the Trucuk Muhammadiyah Branch Manager, Klaten Regency. This community service activity method uses "Participatory Training" which is a training that prioritizes participation in the form of Socialization and Training activities related to the relocation of corpses. The activity was carried out at the AR Facrudin Building for the Trucuk Muhammadiyah Branch Manager for one day on July 26, 2020. The participants of this activity were 42 people consisting of representatives of the Muhammadiyah Branch Leadership (PCM) Trucuk, Aisiyah, PKU Assembly, NA, IPM, Muhammadiyah Youth and Institutions Disaster Management (LPB). The training resource persons consisted of elements from health institutions, religious leaders and epidemiologists. The training participants gained knowledge of the management of corpses, starting from the time the body was washed, the installation of the shroud, performing the funeral prayer, the autopsy process, to the delivery and burial of the corpse. This training also formed an agreement to create a Trucuk Branch Muhammadiyah Health Volunteer Team under LPB who is ready to help provide socialization, enlightenment and calm the community in handling the relocation of Covid 19 corpses according to health protocols. In conclusion, the implementation of socialization and training of corpse relocation can run well and smoothly. The formation of the Muhammadiyah Trucuk Health volunteer, the training participants are expected to be able to help handle the bodies of covid 19 according to health protocols correctly in their surrounding environment.

Abstract

Lansia mengalami perubahan dari segi fisik, mental dan psikososial. Salah satu perubahan fisik pada lansia yaitu pada sistem kardiovaskuler yang memicu terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah pada lansia. Hipertensi pada lansia perlu penanganan baik secara farmakologi maupun non farmakologi. Penanganan non farmakologi dapat dilakukan dengan senam bugar lansia dan senam yoga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas senam bugar lansia dengan senam yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non-equivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Uji analisis perbedaan efektifitas senam bugar lansia dengan senam yoga diperoleh p value 0,934 dan 0,143 (p >0,05). Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah tekanan darah sistolik setelah diberi perlakuan senam yoga dan senam bugar lansia mengalami penurunan, dan tekanan darah diastolik juga mengalami penurunan setelah diberikan senam bugar lansia maupun senam yoga. Sehingga kedua perlakuan tidak ada perbedaan yang efektif dalam menurunkan tekanan darah pada lansia.

Abstract

Diabetes Militusmerupakan (DM) kumpulanpenyakit metabolic yangdi tandaidenganhiperglikemiakibatkerusakansekresi insulin,ataukeduanya. Diabetes mellitus tipe 2adalahkondisiguladalamdarahdalamtubuhtidakterkontrolakibatgangguansentivitassel pancreas untukmenghasilkan hormone insulinTujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan gambaran kepatuhandiet pada penderita Diabetes MelitusMetode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Jumlah sempel penelitian iniadalah 20 responden. Pengambilan semple dengan teknik totalsampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner.Datadinanalisis menggunakan uji Univariant dalam bentuk prosentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa respoden dalam penelitian inimemiliki karakteristik yaitu sebagian besar berumur 60-69tahun(30%). Pendidikan SD (30%) sama dengan pendidikan SMA (30%).Tidak berkerja (40%). Kepatuhan diet penderita diabetes mellitusadalah patuh yaitu 12 responden (60%).Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kepatuhan diet pada penderitadiabetes mellitus adalah patuh, didan desa harus meningkatkanpendidikan kesehatan tentang diabetes mellitus dan meningkatkanpengetahuan tentang diet yang baik dan benar untuk penderitadiabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Length of Stay (LOS) pasien menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh perawat hal ini disebabkan karena pasien sangat mudah mengalami perburukan klinis jika pasien terlalu lama di IGD. Dampak meningkatnya morbiditas dan kematian jika terlalu lama tinggal di IGD. Masalah LOS yang memanjang menunjukkan pelayanan keperawatan di IGD yang belum berhasil dan mengakibatkan kurangnya kepuasan keluarga pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Length of Stay (LOS) pasien dengan kepuasan pelayanan keperawatan di IGD RSUP dr. Soerajdi Tirtonegoro Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh keluarga pasien yang mendapatkan perawatan di UGD rerata dalam 3 bulan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 93 responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan spearman rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan LOS di IGD RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten dengan rata-rata 2,03 jam dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di IGD adalah 57,45 dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup puas sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan LOS dengan kepuasan pelayanan di IGD RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtoneoro Klaten.

Abstract

Fever seizures in children caused by an increase in body temperature of more than 380C. In Indonesia, febrile seizures occur in 2-4% of children aged 6 months-5 years. Fever seizures in children can be influenced by various factors including age, gender, high temperature, family history of seizures, infectious diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of family anxiety during the Covid 19 pandemic regarding treatment and the incidence of withdrawal from schizophrenic patients at Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. This type of research is an observational analytic, case control study design with a retrospective approach. The sampling technique used total sampling. The number of children with febrile seizures was 44 respondents and 44 respondents did not have fever seizures so that the total sample was 88 respondents. Retrieval of data using medical records. Univariate statistical test using frequency distribution, bivariate using chi square test and multivariate using multiple logistic regression test. The results obtained in the case group, most of the respondents were 12-36 months (61.4%), male (65.9%), had a body temperature> 380C (59.1%), no history of febrile seizures. in the family (72.7%) and there is an infectious disease (97.7%), while the control group is mostly respondents aged 12-36 months (65.9%), male (54.5%), body ≤380C (65.9%), there was no family history of febrile seizures (90.9%) and there was an infectious disease (86.4%). Factors associated with the incidence of febrile seizures were body temperature (p value 0.019), family history of seizures (p value 0.027) and childhood infectious disease (p value 0.049) while age (p value 0.448) and gender (p value 0.276) were not. associated with the incidence of febrile seizures. The conclusion of this study is that the most influencing factor on febrile seizures is a family history of seizures with a p value of 0.034 (p <0.05), children who have a history of family febrile seizures are at risk of 3.902 times experiencing febrile seizures.

Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic occurred in early 2020 in Indonesia. In 2021, the number of confirmed covid-19 patients has increased. The pandemic had an impact on various sectors, such as the economy, education, society and psychology. The impact of covid19 has caused social and psychological problems for everyone, including the elderly. One of the impacts on the elderly is anxiety that affect the body’s immunity and becomes comorbid. This study used a descriptive quantitative research design. Total sampling was 46 respondents with criteria aged over 60 years. The instrument used the HRSA instruments to measure anxiety. The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 70 years, with the most gender being female (56.3%), the last education was elementary school (73.9%), most of the respondents were not working (54.3%) and anxiety levels was low anxiety (34.9%). Anxiety in the elderly was caused by excessive worrying because of a situation, and this excessive worry can decrease the body’s immunity resulting in the body being susceptible to infection with viruses or bacteria. It can cause the elderly to become comorbid infected with covid-19 viruses.

Abstract

Background: Dietary adherence plays a very important role for people with DM, if someone who cannot manage a diet with 3j settings (schedule, type and amount) it can cause the patient to experience an increase in blood sugar levels. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) there are about 422 million people worldwide suffering from diabetes. Objectives of the Study: The purpose of this study was to determine the description of dietary compliance of patients with Diabetes Mellitus at Trucuk 1 Health Center. Research Methods: This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive correlation research design. The sample used in this study was 93 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Research Results: The results of the study obtained compliance with the number of respondents' diets in the compliant category as many as 65 (69.9%), the type of diet of respondents in the compliant category as many as 81 (87.1%), the respondent's diet schedule in the compliant category as many as 70 (75.3%), most of whom were female, totaling 51 respondents, elementary school education 21 respondents, trader jobs 20 respondents. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the results of the research compliance The number of respondents' diets in the compliant category was 65 (69.9%), the type of diet of respondents in the compliant category was 81 (87.1%), the respondents' diet schedule in the compliant category was 70 (75.3%).
