Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the knowledge of personal competence early childhood teachers in the district Fifty Pekanbaru. The population and the sample in this study were all early childhood teachers who trained S1 counted 70 people. The data collection techniques were used to test. Data analysis techniques in this study with a percentage formula. The survey knowledge of personal competency early childhood teachers in the district Fifty Pekanbaru overall indicator score obtained in 1481 with a rate of 91.95% in the very good category. Although the positions of each indicator, the indicator acts as per the norm, religious, legal, social and national culture of Indonesia achieved a rate of 93.21% in the very good category, presenting the indicators yourself as a person who is honest , noble, and an example for early childhood and community-acquired percentage of 93.42% in the very good category, the indicators present itself as a stable, stable, mature, wise, prudent and beribawa achieved a rate of 92.57% in the very good category, showing work ethic, high responsibility, self-confidence, and are proud to be a teacher obtained a percentage of 90.57% in the very good category, enforcing the code of ethics of teachers achieved a rate of 90% in the very good category.Keywords: Knowledge, Competence Personality

Abstract

This article aims to conduct a review of research on authentic leadership. The review covers the dimensions, concepts, antecedents and benefits of authentic leadership. A review was carried out on 20 researchs results that were publish in international journals between 2008-2020. The results on the review showed that studies on leadership are increasingly focusing not only on the authenticity or genuineness of leaders but also the role of followers in them as an important part in providing legitimacy to authentic leadership. Discussion of the results of existing research reviews has implications for recommendations for further research.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan moral generasi muda. Dalam konteks kebijakan pendidikan nasional, peran ini menjadi semakin signifikan karena pendidikan Islam tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengajaran nilai-nilai religius, tetapi juga sebagai fondasi moral yang mendukung tujuan pendidikan nasional secara umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara pendidikan Islam dan kebijakan pendidikan nasional, serta mengeksplorasi bagaimana integrasi keduanya dapat berdampak terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pembentukan karakter siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data sekunder yang bersumber dari berbagai literatur, dokumen kebijakan, serta hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sinergi yang positif antara pendidikan Islam dan kebijakan pendidikan nasional. Sinergi ini terlihat dari adanya upaya harmonisasi kurikulum, penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam pendidikan karakter, serta dukungan kelembagaan terhadap madrasah dan sekolah Islam. Meski demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya tantangan dalam hal implementasi, terutama terkait dengan kebijakan yang belum sepenuhnya mengakomodasi kebutuhan spesifik pendidikan Islam. Penyesuaian kebijakan diperlukan agar pendidikan Islam dapat berfungsi secara optimal dalam sistem pendidikan nasional yang lebih luas. Hal ini mencakup pengembangan kurikulum yang integratif, peningkatan kualitas tenaga pendidik, serta kebijakan anggaran yang proporsional. Dengan memperkuat sinergi ini, diharapkan pendidikan Islam dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional dan menciptakan generasi muda yang unggul secara intelektual, moral, dan spiritual

Abstract

Well-performing personnel are a major source of motivation for social care agencies. Employee motivation and discipline are good indicators of this. Finding out how work motivation and discipline affected employees' performance at the Solok Regency Social Service Office was the aim of this study. This research falls under the category of quantitative research. The primary data that was used was gathered by having respondents fill out questionnaires. The study's population comprised all 39 employees who worked at the Solok Regency Social Service Office. Total sampling was the method employed for sampling in this investigation. 39 persons were the total number of samples that were to be used. Multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing, and research instrument testing were all used in the data analysis technique. The study's findings showed that work motivation affected employee performance, work discipline had no effect on employee performance, and work motivation and discipline had an impact on employee performance at the same time.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of difficulties students face and the underlying factors contributing to these challenges in solving stacked multiplication problems. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach involving six fourth-grade students, selected based on their ability levels (high, medium, low) from test results. Data collection techniques include tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. The research findings indicate that students experience difficulties in aspects of concepts and principles (procedural). Conceptual difficulties include mistakes in calculating multiplication results and retaining numbers, while procedural difficulties are shown by incomplete working steps and inaccuracy in adding retained numbers. The causes of these difficulties include internal factors, such as a low mastery of basic multiplication, understanding of place value concepts, and the procedure for column multiplication, as well as external factors in the form of teaching methods from teachers that are not yet fully effective. Students' difficulties in solving multi-step multiplication problems are caused by a weak understanding of concepts and systematic working procedures, hence a more concrete and repetitive learning approach is needed. Strategies that can be applied to minimize students' difficulties include the use of the finger math method, Dienes block manipulatives, as well as providing regular and gradual exercise problems.

Abstract

Catfish farming is one of the rapidly growing fisheries sectors in urban areas, including Palembang City. However, the success of this business is greatly influenced by the socio-economic conditions of the farmers. A common problem faced is the lack of information about the socio-economic characteristics of catfish farming households, which can serve as a basis for policy formulation in developing aquaculture businesses. This study aims to identify the socio-economic characteristics of catfish farming households in Palembang City.This research uses a descriptive method and collects data through questionnaires and direct interviews with farmers in the districts of Plaju, Sematang Borang, Gandus, and Sukarami. The results indicate that 63% of farmers have completed senior high school education, 43% are in the productive age range of 41–50 years, and 51% have less than 10 years of work experience. Most farmers (70%) own farming land measuring 1,100–2,000 m², classified as medium-scale enterprises. Economically, 53 respondents earn additional income from agricultural activities such as patin fish farming, while 47 respondents earn income from non-agricultural sectors. The average monthly operational cost of catfish farming reaches IDR 10,887,512, dominated by variable costs amounting to IDR 8,839,525. These findings reflect the importance of understanding socio-economic conditions in the sustainable development of catfish farming businesses.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) for children with special needs requires innovative and adaptive learning strategies to accommodate the diversity of characteristics and special needs of students. This study aims to describe the distribution and main findings of articles on PAI learning strategies for children with special needs from 2019 to 2024, identify emerging patterns of innovation, and examine strategies that have been proven effective based on empirical evidence. Using the systematic literature review (SLR) method with the PRISMA guidelines, this study analysed 42 selected journal articles from 200 initial publications through the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish 8 application. Four key findings were identified, including adjustments to learning aspects, the central role of teachers, the dynamics of supporting and inhibiting factors, and positive impacts on children with special needs. The innovation pattern led to three integrated dimensions: structural, pedagogical, and cultural-communal. The study's implications emphasise reforming a curriculum based on Universal Design for Learning, strengthening teacher training, and providing inclusive technological infrastructure. Further research is recommended to examine the comparative effectiveness of strategies, develop authentic assessment instruments, investigate long-term impacts, and explore artificial intelligence in PAI learning for children with special needs.

Abstract

Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia telah memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perekonomian nasional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari parameter rasio pembiayaan terhadap dana pihak ketiga dan ekuitas (FDR/financing to deposit ratio) yang rata-rata mencapai 105%. Bandingkan dengan parameter sejenis di perbankan konvensional, LDR (loan to deposit ratio) yang rata-rata tidak lebih dari 55%. Konsep perbankan Syariah yang selalu menjaga keseimbangan antara sektor moneter dan riil memengaruhi tercapainya prestasi itu.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v2i1.2474
