Abstract

Identifikasi permasalahan penelitian ini yakni: 1. Apakah stres ditempat kerja berpengaruh kinerja karyawan diPT POS Kota Solok, 2. Apakah lingkungan kerja berpengaruh kinerja karyawan diPT POS Kota Solok, 3. Apakah stres serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh kinerja karyawan diPT POS Kota Solok. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni mengetahui adanya stress ditempat kerja atau lingkungan kerja yang mepengaruhi kinerja kaeryawan diPT POS Kota Solok. Teknik penelitian ini yakni Teknik sampling incidental dan nonprobability sampling. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan dari regresi linier berganda: Ya+b1X1+b2X2+eY0.441+0,267X1+0,768X2+e Nilai R persegi ialah 0,679 atau 67,9, sedangkan nilai sisa ialah 0,321 atau 32, 1%. Nilai hitung ialah 2,908 dan nilai ttabel ialah 2,051, dengan signifikan 0,01 0,05 . Penelitian ini memperlihatkan hasil stres kerja (X1) serta lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara bersama-sama pada kinerja karyawan. Nilai uji memperlihatkan H0 diterima bila ftabel nilai f 31.031 ftabel 3,35 bernilai signifikan 0,01 0,05, yang memperlihatkan stres kerja (X1) serta lingkungan kerja (X2) yang berpengaruh secara bersama-sama pada kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci:Stress Kerja,Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Karyawan PT Insan Cendekia Mandiri Nagari Koto Baru, Kec Kubung Kabupaten Solok). Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dari variabel pelatihan kerja, disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Y= 10,514 + 0,242 (X1) + 0,293 (X2) + 0,250 (X3) + e. Dari uji t yang dilakukan pada variabel X1 yakni pelatihan kerja dengan nilai Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel 2,732 > 2,088 yang artinya bahwa variabel pelatihan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, adapun pada variabel X2 yakni disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel 2,520 > 2,088 yang artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan adapun pada variabel X3 yakni pengembangan karir diperoleh nilai Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel 2,309 < 2,088 yang artinya pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan hasil dari analisis uji f diperolah nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel yakni 25,258 > 2,98 yang artinya bahwa Pelatihan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil ini berarti variabel independen pelatihan kerja (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), dan pengembangan karir (X3) memiliki pengaruh terhadap dependen kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 73,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden berdasarkan usia, jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda dari variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai Y=7,231 + 0,302 (X1) + 0,483 (X2) + e. Dari uji t yang dilakukan pada variabel X1 yakni Motivasi Kerja dengan nilai Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel 2,476 > 2,052 yang artinya bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, adapun pada variabel X2 yakni Partisipasi Anggota diperoleh nilai Thitung lebih besar dari Ttabel 3,710 > 2,052 yang artinya Partisipasi Anggota berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Sedangkan hasil dari analisis uji f diperolah nilai fhitung lebih besar dari ftabel yakni 53,434> 3,35 yang artinya bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Partisipasi Anggota secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Hasil ini berarti variabel independen Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Partisipasi Anggota (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap dependen Kinerja (Y) sebesar 79,8%.

Abstract

The primary objective of this research is to analyze the financial progress of Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The study focuses on four main parameters: Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Refined Economic Value Added (REVA), and Financial Value Added (FVA), and their influence on stock returns. The research methodology employed is quantitative. The target population consists of all Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the specified period. A purposive sampling method was used to select 20 samples that met specific criteria. Data were collected from secondary sources, specifically annual reports. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 software to assess the influence of EVA (X1), MVA (X2), REVA (X3), and FVA (X4) on stock returns. The results of the study indicate that EVA (X1) and MVA (X2) do not significantly impact stock returns, with t-values of -0.266 and 1.485, respectively. Similarly, REVA (X3) does not show a significant effect on stock returns, with a t-value of 0.643. However, FVA (X4) demonstrates a significant negative relationship with stock returns, with a t-value of -2.423. When considered collectively, EVA, MVA, REVA, and FVA do not have a significant effect on stock returns. The F-value was 1.738, with a significance level of 0.153.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of debt-to-asset and debt-to-equity ratios on the return on assets of companies operating in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism sector that are publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2023. Using a sample of 88 data from 22 businesses in this subsector, the methodology used is a quantitative approach with correlation analysis. Literature review and documentation were used for data collection, while multiple linear regression, descriptive statistical tests, and hypothesis testing were used for data analysis. With a value of t-value -3.384 > t-table 1.987 and Sig. 0.001 < 0.05, so the research findings show that the Debt to Assets Ratio (X1) variable has a partial influence on Return on Assets (Y). Apart from that, if t-value 6.468 > t-table 1.987 and Sig. 0.016 < 0.05, then the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (X2) also influences Return on Assets (Y). These two factors simultaneously influence Return on Assets (Y), with Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and f-value 22.010 > f-table 3.10. During the 2020–2023 period, the hotel, restaurant and tourism subsectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange experienced a combined impact of 34.1% from the Debt to Assets Ratio (X1) and Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) on Return on Assets (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  Non PNS Pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Solok dengan sampel 40 responden yang diteliti dengan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, dapat diartikan bahwa Konflik Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS, hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t dengan nilai signifikan thitung  5,109 > ttabel 2.026 dalam nilai tingkat signifikasi, 0,000 < 0,05. Jadi bisa diartikan bahwa Konflik Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji T dengan nilai signifikan thitung 4,313 > t tabel 2.026 dan nilai tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non PNS. Secara simultan Konflik Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai  Non PNS. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji F dengan nilai signifikan fhitung > ftabel nilai fhitung 21,131  > ftabel 3,25 dan nilai signifikan yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000 dan nilai ini jauh lebih kecil dari a (0,05). Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari nilai R Square diperoleh 0,533 atau 53,3% dan 46,7%selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine how work motivation and employee dedication impact the work output of employees at the Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency in Solok City. A quantitative approach was used to survey 54 participants. The statistical analysis revealed that work motivation has a partial but significant influence on work performance. This is supported by the t test results, where the value of tvalue 2.740 exceeds the critical ttable value of 2.008 at a significance level of 0.008, which is less than 0.05. It could be inferred that motivation at work plays a significant role in influencing job performance. After conducting statistical analysis, it can be deduced that the level of commitment among employees has a partial but meaningful impact on job performance within the Solok City Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency. This assertion is supported by the T test, where the t value of 4.526 surpasses the critical t value of 2.008, with a significance level of 0.000 which is lower than 0.05. Hence, it can be concluded that the commitment of employees has a significant influence on job performance. Both work motivation and employee commitment positively impact job performance at the Solok City Personnel and Human Resource Development Agency, as supported by the F test (F = 57.459, p < 0.05). The R Square value is 0.693, indicating that 69.3% of the variance in job performance is explained by these factors, with the remaining 30.7% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Even a state-owned enterprise like PT. PLN must optimize all electricity-related services. All PT. PLN staff are required to perform this important obligation. Consequently, PT. PLN requires personnel who exhibit exemplary performance. This study seeks to examine the impact of employee performance on motivation and work discipline. The research concentrated on the personnel of PT. PLN Kota Solok. The study's population consisted of all employees of PT. PLN Kota Solok, with 57 persons undergoing quantitative analysis. Consequently, the sampling method employed will be the whole sample technique, as the overall population comprises fewer than 100 individuals. The findings of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that work motivation and work discipline positively influence employee performance at PT. PLN Kota Solok. The coefficient of determination of 0.662 signifies that work motivation and discipline account for 66.2% of the variance in employee performance at PT. PLN Kota Solok. The t-test results indicate that work motivation influences employee performance. Conversely, Work Discipline exerts a significant impact on Employee Performance. The F test results indicate that employee performance at PT. PLN Kota Solok is concurrently influenced by work motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

The aim of this research  is to investigate how the debt to equity ratio and fixed asset turnover impact the growth of profits. The focus of this research will be on analyzing the financial records of companies within the food and beverage industry that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. A total of 48 companies will be included in the study. Purposive sampling was utilized to select 31 companies for the study. Quantitative data was employed for analysis. The findings indicate that the debt to equity ratio has a partial but significant impact on profit growth. This is evidenced by the research results that the t-count value> t table (-2.186> 1.987) and a significance value of 0.032 <0.05. Thus, H1 in this study is accepted. According to the test results, it was found that profit growth is not significantly impacted by fixed asset turnover. This is evidenced by the research results showing the t-count value <t-table (-0.742 <1.987) and a significance value of 0.460> 0.05. Thus, H2 is rejected in this research. The results of the study suggest that both the debt to equity ratio and fixed asset turnover do not collectively influence profit growth to a noticeable extent. The research findings clearly demonstrate a calculated f value <f table (2.402 <3.10) and a significance value of 0.097> 0.05. Thus, H3 in this study is rejected. The value of 0.053 or 5.3% demonstrates this, with the remaining 94.7% being affected by unexplored variables.

Abstract

This study will look at the impact of cash reserves and company size on corporate value (a case study of coal mining sub-sector businesses listed on the IDX between 2017 and 2022). In this study, 17 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange were chosen using a purposive sample method. This research uses quantitative data. The results of the statistical research indicate that cash reserves have a considerable impact on the value of the enterprises under consideration. This is demonstrated by the t-test results: 2.549 > t-table 1.668, significance 0.014 > 0.05. Thus, it can be determined that Cash Holding influences Company Value. The statistical analysis results indicate that Firm Size significantly influences Company Value in the examined companies. This is demonstrated by the t-value of -1.801 < t-table 1.668 and a significance of 0.078 > at a significance threshold of 0.05. As a result, it is reasonable to conclude that the Cash Holding variable has a large influence on Company Value. Cash reserves and firm size have a significant impact on the value of a firm. The f test confirms this, with a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05 and an f-value of 4.182 < f-table 3.134. This is demonstrated by the R Square value of 0.154, or 15.4%, with the remaining 84.6% influenced or clarified by parameters not examined in this study, such as Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Debt To Equity Ratio.
