Abstract

The influence of Stakeholders is raised on the holding as an external and internal influence. This influence is used as input to the SWOT-analysis to be combined with the strategic planning of the holding, where the strategic planning is generated from the stages of the existing management strategy. The results of the SWOT-analysis are used as input for holding or companies in general in the formulation of Long Term Strategic Planning (LTSP). This formulation is made every 5 (five) years as a result of top management meetings consisting of: Directors, Commissioners, LTSP-teams, and several personnel from internal stakeholders. The Long Term Strategic Planning is elaborated by each directorate, including the HCS directorate, in a meeting involving the heads of the directorate work units. The results are formulated into several items in the Annual Work Program for each department. Some of these items were discussed by all members of the division within the department. The results of the division-level discussion for each work program item are generally represented as a Task Force Group from a dynamic division. The mention of the Task Force Group is used as the name for the organizational structure for the level below the department. Holding for this research is selected in a company with the main producer from mining and then processing it into basic building materials. This company was founded more than 50 years ago. Initially this company was established as a business unit for collecting community mining products. The current holding condition with 7 (seven) departments controlled by the Human Capital Support Directorate, which consists of: Human Capital Policy and Strategy Department, Human Capital Services Department, Performance Management and Talent Department, Corporate Learning and Development Department, Legal and Risk Management Department, Governance and Compliance Department, Business Process Management Department. Dynamic Task Force Groups following the results of the SWOT-analysis mentioned here include: Key Performance Indicators, Performance Excellence, counselor to the poor performance employees, and new recruitment methods.

Abstract

Abstract

Interpretation of the reliability can be used as a quality measurement of operational system of safety. We propose maintenance methodology based on reliability as a solution for predicting reliability system. To make a convenience system appropriate with regulation, we begin to define the three reliability scopes, they are: interval reliability, component reliability, and system reliability. Proposal of Engineering Calculation is the RRS Model for predicting design of component reliability and MAS Method to correct reliability caused by real operation. MAS method consists of harmonization of maintenance schedule, resetting or hazard or overhaul, revitalization (component reliability improvement), and innovation (component replacement with actual part). Case study to implement these model and method based on Air Starting System of Tanker. Predict of system reliability design is 0.438044295. To obtain reliability based on regulation, it is necessary to do overhaul once in every five years. Innovation and revitalization for valve follow procedure of MAS method also done in every five years.

Abstract

Inventory applications can help companies monitor, manage, and optimize their inventory. However, the large number of existing inventory applications makes it difficult for companies that want to use inventory applications to choose the right application. This is because to choose an inventory application that suits the company's needs, you have to know each application one by one, so it takes a long time and is difficult to make a choice. This research aims to develop a decision support system for selecting inventory applications by applying the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) and Rank Sum approaches. The WASPAS method is used to combine the weights for each criterion and calculate the assessment results based on the product of the criteria values with the appropriate weights. Meanwhile, the Rank Sum weighting technique is used to assign weights or rankings to a number of elements or objects based on their level of importance. Based on the case studies that have been carried out, the results obtained for each alternative include: Zoho Inventory (A4) obtained a value of 0.8531; Onstok (A3) obtained a value of 0.8310; Sortly: Inventory Simplified (A2) obtained a value of 0.7735; BoxHero-Inventory Management (A5) obtained a value of 0.7680; and Shelfit-Inventory Management (A2) obtained a value of 0.6613. In usability testing, we got an average score of 91%, and we can say that the system is suitable for use.

Abstract

Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay of Waste Management Technology, Recycling Policy, and Community Participation in East Java, aiming to discern their collective impact on Waste Generation Reduction. A diverse sample of 250 respondents was analyzed demographically, and their responses were subjected to a rigorous quantitative analysis, employing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results affirm the validity of the measurement model, establish discriminant validity, and reveal robust structural relationships. Management Technology, Recycling Policy, and Community Participation demonstrate positive and significant associations with Waste Generation Reduction, underscoring the need for a multifaceted approach to sustainable waste management. The study enhances our understanding of waste dynamics in East Java and provides actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners to formulate targeted interventions.
