Abstract

Abstract

Government Regulation Number 36 of 2004 concerning Downstream Oil and Gas Business Activities, the government regulates, fosters, and supervises the implementation of downstream business activities which includes guaranteeing the availability and smooth distribution of fuel throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) which is a form of route problem involving vehicles to distribute goods to customers with the aim of minimizing the total distance, minimizing the use of vehicles and the overall distribution time which is expected to reduce errors in selecting gas stations into road routes. Based on the application of the fuel distribution system to gas stations in East Java, especially in the Bojonegoro Regency area using the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) method, using a tanker with a capacity of 40 KL is more effective than a tanker with other capacities, distance and operating costs for a tanker of 40 KL the results after the application of the VRP method are more effective than the current distribution patterns, if the VRP method is used it will produce several benefits, including reducing the total mileage of the previous tank car from 3,740 KM to 1,058 KM compared to the current average total mileage of TBBM Semarang-To gas stations in Blora. There was a saving in the cost of diesel fuel from IDR 25,432,000 to IDR. 7,194,400 per day considering there is great efficiency, the pattern for sending Bio Solar fuel from TBBM Tuban to gas stations in Bojonegoro Regency uses a new route using a tanker capacity of 40 tons.

Abstract

To optimize national oil production and improve the quality of life and welfare of the community, it is deemed necessary to issue regulations on the management and operation of old oil wells scattered in mature oil fields. In line with this, the Government, represented by the Ministry of Mining and Energy, issued Ministerial Decision No. 1285K/30/MPE/1996, later revised by Ministerial Regulation No. 01 of 2008 concerning Guidelines for the Operation of Oil Mining in Old Wells. This can be interpreted as the embodiment of the meaning contained in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, providing a breath of fresh air for Local Governments with numerous old wells. The said regulation offers a path and hope for the increase in the Regional Budget (APBD) and the welfare of the people through the participation of cooperatives (KUD) or Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in oil production from old wells within their jurisdiction. Kedewan District, Bojonegoro Regency, is one of the regions in East Java Province that is an active oil and gas-producing area to date. The oil fields in Kedewan District, Bojonegoro Regency, consist of old oil wells that have been in production since the Dutch colonial era, resulting in suboptimal production. The potential of these old oil wells can still be managed and utilized through traditional mining methods involving the local community. The most prominent and successful operation of old oil wells in the working area of PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 Cepu Field, especially in the villages of Kedewan District, Bojonegoro Regency, utilizes simple technology with a bucket method, making it relatively more economical.

Abstract

Employee performance in the service sector is the intended focus of this research into the relationship between psychological capital, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Emotional and psychological aspects significantly impact how well employees perform in fast-paced, high-pressure workplaces. A person's psychological capital encompasses their optimism, self-assurance, hope, and perseverance in the face of adversity at work. Workplace attention and adaptability are both enhanced by practicing mindfulness, which is associated with being fully present in the here and now. The capacity to be self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and socially adept is a key component of emotional intelligence. A quantitative approach was used in this investigation, employing a survey procedure that included 200 employees. A positive and statistically significant relationship between employee performance and the three variables was found in the study. Among these factors, Psychological Capital, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness have the most impact. According to these results, service sector companies can maximize employee performance by employing a human resource management strategy that takes into account employees' psychological and emotional needs.

Abstract

Repurchase is an important indicator that a bond has been established between the product brand and customer trust. Over time, repurchase behavior can lead to consumer loyalty. Positive experiences that consumers have after using a particular product or receiving quality service help to build emotional bonds and trust. These elements become crucial when consumers decide to make future purchases to fulfill their needs and desires. This research is qualitative in nature, involving interviews and analysis of the influence of each independent variable—namely content marketing, digital promotion, and brand trust—on repurchase intention. The study involved 30 respondents who are Shopee consumers in Indonesia. The results indicate that content marketing, digital promotion, and brand trust all have an influence on repurchase intention. The recommendation for company management is to provide training to enhance competence, innovation, and creativity, especially for the digital marketing team, so they are capable of designing high-quality digital content that can also be used effectively for digital promotional activities. Another suggestion is to tighten the system related to product and service quality, in order to build consumer trust in the brand.
