Abstract

Abstrak : Sweetens merupakan dessert drink yang berbahan dasar buah-buahan. Sweetens memiliki 4 varian yaituMango sago, strawberry sago, avocado milk cheese dan milky choco sago. Lokasi Sweetens bertepatan di Jalan KHAzhari , 10 Ulu, Palembang. Promosi yang dilakukan Sweetens adalah dengan aktif menggunakan media sosial,mengikuti trend makanan sehat, endorsement pada influencer dipalembang dan mengeluarkan paket hampers disetiap hari besar Indonesia. Berdasarkan aspek kinerja usaha, Sweetens dianggap mampu bersaing dan terusberkembang dimasa yang akan datangKata Kunci : Analisis KinerjaAbstrack: Sweetens is a dessert drink made from fruit. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, emosional, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Layer Duren di Kota Palembang. Toko Layer Duren adalah usaha kuliner modern yang menggunakan durian sebagai bahan utama dalam produksi kue berlapis (mille durian). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, emosional, dan harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor yang paling dominan adalah kualitas produk, diikuti oleh kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada pengembangan literatur tentang manajemen pemasaran dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta manfaat praktis bagi Toko Layer Duren dalam meningkatkan strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategy and customer satisfaction of Freshtige, a fruit salad business targeting young consumers in Palembang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys involving 74 respondents and secondary data analysis of Freshtige’s operational and financial records. The findings reveal that digital marketing, particularly through social media and influencer collaborations, plays a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. The majority of respondents expressed high satisfaction with the product quality, service, and purchasing experience, contributing to strong customer loyalty and repeat purchases. The study also highlights the importance of product innovation, as consumer interest in new fruit salad variants remains high. This research provides valuable insights for small businesses in the healthy food sector, emphasizing the need for continuous innovation, effective digital marketing strategies, and service quality to maintain business sustainability and growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of free shipping and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying among TikTok Shop platform users. The research employs a quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique, using the Slovin formula to determine the sample size, involving 400 respondents from Generation Z and Millennials in Palembang City. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The results indicate that free shipping has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, suggesting that waived shipping fees can encourage impulsive purchases. Additionally, shopping lifestyle also has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying, implying that a person's consumption patterns and shopping habits contribute to unplanned purchasing decisions. In conclusion, free shipping and a high shopping lifestyle tendency can increase the likelihood of impulse buying on the TikTok Shop platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze both partially and simultaneously the influence of service quality, brand image, and price on customer satisfaction at Hardware Palembang Icon. The research sample consisted of 372 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire. The study employed a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The results indicate that service quality, brand image, and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hardware Palembang Icon, both partially and simultaneously.
