Abstract

Industrial production processes and motorized vehicles that use fuel oil are the biggest air pollutants. One of the air pollutants is carbon monoxide which is very dangerous when inhaled into the human body in very high concentrations. A plan will then be developed to monitor air pollution around the Uniba Integrated campus using an IoT system. Test data for the MQ 5 carbon monoxide sensor is available. The results of the Sonsor MQ 5 test were carried out for one month at three locations on campus and the highest pollution levels were observed in the parking area

Abstract

PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk is one of the largest bread companies with the Sari Roti trademark in Indonesia. Based on the results of observations and data obtained at the Production Department, it was found that bread products from various bread variants were found to produce pineapple jam bread every day producing +/- 2000 pcs/day. There were still defects found in 2.88% of the total production. This research uses a quantitative approach with the data processing analysis used is the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The research results show that controlling production quality in an effort to reduce the number of defects in pineapple jam bread products at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk, using the Statistical Quality Control method, can determine defects that occur using the Pareto diagram to find the cause of the number of defects in pineapple jam bread products, the most dominant of which is stiff/does not rise with a total of 34.59%. From the fishbone diagram, it can be seen that defects in pineapple jam bread products are caused by human factors that are less careful, and also by machine factors whose standard usage exceeds the standard limits

Abstract

PT. Mitra Athmar Berkah is a company that produces wooden pallets. In 2022, this production reach 38.201 units. Over time, several problems have occurred, one of which is the occurrence of shortages of raw material inventory resulting in delays in the production process. The purpose of conducting this research is to produce planning for the raw material requirements for pallet. The method used in this study is Material Requirement Planning (MRP) with Lot sizing used, namely Lot for Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ). The data processing and analysis results show that the chosen forecasting method is Exponential Smoothing , because the error values of MAD, MSE, and MAPE have the smallest error values compared to other forecasting methods. While the lot sizing on the MRP method chosen is the Lot for Lot (LFL) method because it produces a total inventory cost of IDR 420,080,525.00. The conclusion of this study is to obtain raw material requirements for the coming year and to know the optimal amount of inventory costs from the selected lot sizing

Abstract

The Rectorate's field of function is the function of improving performance, safety and efficiency in the use of elevators where the vertical transportation system is used as a tool to facilitate the activities of people and goods to move between certain floors in a building. Elevators are used as a tool to facilitate the activities of both people and goods to get to the floors In certain office and lecture buildings, it is a one-story building in building D which uses an elevator as a means of vertical lift transportation. Effective and efficient elevator planning is needed so that the elevator can be operated optimally. This should have a big impact on the comfort of building occupants as elevator users. One of the consequences of inadequate elevator planning is the occurrence of queues during peak hours. Therefore, some analysis of elevators in lecture and office buildings is needed. Elevator efficiency can be analyzed by calculating elevator requirements which depend on several variables such as lifting speed, lifting capacity, elevator waiting time, number of building occupants, and how large the building is. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the lift can be obtained from the scheduling preparation and budget requirements involved in each lift's preventive maintenance. The research methodology used in this research is interviews, observation, secondary data collection, and data processing. From the results of data processing it can be concluded that the efficiency and effectiveness of the lift is 75% of the lift requirements for the 2 lift units provided. The research results also show several preventive maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance budgets within a one-year budget period.

Abstract

Struktur kristal dan sifat elektronik material perovskite halida CsPbX3 (X = F, Cl, Br, I) telah dipelajari untuk menginvestigasi potensi perovskite CsPbX3 (X = F, Cl, Br, I) untuk aplikasi sel surya. Perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan paket perangkat lunak Quantum Espresso (QE) dengan metode Density Functional Theory (DFT) menggunakan fungsional exchange-correlation PBE-GGA. Perovskite CsPbX3 (X = F, Cl, Br, I) yang dipelajari berada pada fasa kubik dengan grup ruang Pm3m. Studi struktur kristal menunjukkan nilai konstanta kisi CsPbX3 (X = F, Cl, Br, I) meningkat seiring pertukaran anion halida X dari F, Cl, Br, ke I yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan volume sel satuan dan berpengaruh terhadap celah pita energi. Pembentukan VBM dan CBM merupakan kontribusi dari kation Pb dan anion X yang membentuk struktur oktahedral PbF6, PbCl6, PbBr6, dan PbI6. Pita valensi maksimum didominasi oleh orbital p-anion X (X=F, Cl, Br, I) yang berhibridisasi dengan orbital 6s-Pb. Sementara pita konduksi dibentuk oleh orbital 6p-Pb. Hasil perhitungan sifat elektronik menunjukkan celah pita energi dari CsPbF3, CsPbCl3, CsPbBr3, dan CsPbI3 yaitu 2,99 eV; 2,21 eV; 1,79 eV; dan 1,49 eV, secara berturut-turut. Nilai celah pita energiĀ  mengalami penurunan seiring dengan meningkatnya jari-jari anion halida X. Diagram pita energi menunjukkan bahwa CsPbX3 (X = F, Cl, Br, I) merupakan material semikonduktor dengan celah pita energi langsung (direct band gap). Sifat ini mengindikasikan bahwa perovskite CsPbI3 dengan celah pita energi 1,49 eV berpotensi sebagai material penyerap foton untuk aplikasi sel surya yang efisien dibandingkan CsPbF3, CsPbCl3, dan CsPbBr3.

Abstract

In the era of industrial technology 4.0 we are required to know and use emerging technologies. One of the technologies that need to be known is regarding solar cells as a renewable energy source. The implementation of solar cell utilization also needs to be done as concrete evidence of reducing electricity consumption derived from fossil energy sources that cause much pollution. The purpose of this community service is to improve insights and facilities through the utilization of renewable energy. Increased insight is done by socializing partners about the workings and advantages of solar cells. While the improvement of facilities is done by presenting portable solar cells and solar-powered lights. Based on the survey conducted, the implementation of this activity received an excellent response and partners expect other programs.

Abstract

Penyusunan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan melakukan perencanaan pelaksanaan proyek schedule serta cash flow sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan mengingat waktu dan biaya amat sangat penting dalam perencanaan maupun pelaksanaan proyek. Seperti contoh pada perhitungan fire alarm, paging sound system, CCTV, listrik penerangan, penangkal petir, ACS, kabel ladder tray, panel elektrikal, dan fighting fire. Dalam perhitungan estimasi ini memakai AHSP dan harga satuan pekerjaan kota JABODETABEK 2023.metode pengambilan ukuran yang umum dilakukan oleh seorang Quantity Surveyor (QS). Akan tetapi walaupun berbeda dalam mengambil ukuran hasilnya harus sama.Pada metode proyek Pembangunan K2 Data Centre Gedung Cikarang 2024 dengan 12 Item Pekerjaan dihasilkan RAB sejumlah 5.215.476.445,03 Rupiah dengan PPN 11% sebesar Rp. 516.849.017,08 dihasilkan Kurva S menghasilkan durasi pekerjaan selama 7 bulan Proyek K2 Data Centre Gedung Cikarang 2024. yaitu proyek Pembangunan Data Centre Gedung Cikarang yang berada di Cikarang Jawa Barat. Pada tahap ini akan melakukan perhitungan pekerjaan ME dilakukan dengan menggunakan gambar rencana pada autocad 2018 dan dihitung dengan microsoft excel. Pekerjaan ME yang dihitung yaitu fire alarm, sound system, springkler, CCTV, data dan telepon, Fire Fighing, panel elektrikal, kabel ladder dan kabel tray, listrik (penerangan), HVAC, penangkal petir.
