Abstract

The traveler is always looking for the fastest route to reach the destination point. Similarly, guests of the Jember University come from outside the city, especially from the direction of Surabaya and reverse direction. To find the quickest route to the University of Jember, it takes distance and time information throughout the road leading to the campus of University of Jember. Using Dijkstra's algorithm method, distance and time of data may be processed in order to determine the fastest route to the Campus University of Jember. The results of the survey and analysis shows that the main roads include Jl. HayamWuruk, Jl. Gajah Mada, Jl. Sultan Agung and Jl. PB Sudirman became the fastest route to get to the Campus of the University of Jember.

Abstract

When present in a supply chain activity process, there are many different risks that can disrupt the supply chain flow to the point where it cannot operate effectively. As a result, it is necessary to improve supply chain performance in stages and be carried out continuously (sustainably). It is essential to reduce and get around the various risks. This study aimed to mitigate risks in the supply chain activities of tapioca flour products at PT Starch Solution International, Tbk Karawang, West Java, which identified possible risks that may arise in the tapioca flour supply chain. The method used in this study is the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Quality Function Deployment methods developed to identify and evaluate problems. The Supply Chain Operation Reference dimensions use to determine the business process criteria. Following the completion of the research, Incorporated The finding into the development of potential risk values. These values then establish the priority of risk agents to be mitigated using the House of Risk methodology. The outputs of House of Risk one (1) Utilize as inputs for the subsequent stage of the process. House of Risk two (2) is a framework for risk reduction strategies applicable to various risk sources (risk agents). According to the findings of the research conducted and the calculations performed by House of Risk two (2), eight risk reduction strategies should implement as quickly as possible. The highest priority is determining proper storage conditions in raw material warehouses, strengthening and standardizing invoice-making agreements with suppliers, and being more selective in choosing raw materials suppliers. It reminds suppliers to prioritize the soil suitable for planting, cassava quality standards according to needs, carrying out work and operational routes, and scheduling.

Abstract

The developments in the construction sector are increasing rapidly which makes construction service providers competitors implement an integrated system. Along with the current progress of science and technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM) is present as an integrated system innovation in the form of a digital platform. This study was conducted by analyzing the project of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember using the BIM system. The use of BIM was doing modeling using Revit and scheduling planning used Synchro Pro. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the Bureau of Planning, University of Jember. The results of the analysis showed that the total budget for the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember construction was IDR 7,054,568,108.31 with structural work costs details was IDR 3,448,641,620.63 and architectural work was IDR 3,605,926,487.68. The length of time needed in the construction implementation of the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Jember was 148 days starting from January 1, 2020, until May 27, 2020.

Abstract

PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk is one of the largest bread companies with the Sari Roti trademark in Indonesia. Based on the results of observations and data obtained at the Production Department, it was found that bread products from various bread variants were found to produce pineapple jam bread every day producing +/- 2000 pcs/day. There were still defects found in 2.88% of the total production. This research uses a quantitative approach with the data processing analysis used is the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The research results show that controlling production quality in an effort to reduce the number of defects in pineapple jam bread products at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo, Tbk, using the Statistical Quality Control method, can determine defects that occur using the Pareto diagram to find the cause of the number of defects in pineapple jam bread products, the most dominant of which is stiff/does not rise with a total of 34.59%. From the fishbone diagram, it can be seen that defects in pineapple jam bread products are caused by human factors that are less careful, and also by machine factors whose standard usage exceeds the standard limits

Abstract

Abstract Jember Regency has six sub-districts prone to tsunami disasters, one of which is Ambulu Sub-district. In 1994, it was discovered that two beaches in Ambulu District were affected by the tsunami disaster. The potential for a tsunami disaster on the coast of Ambulu District could affect the safety of tourists and coastal communities in Ambulu District. This research aims to develop mitigation priorities with spatial modeling to help visualize the worst possibility of occurring. The method used is spatial analysis by processing DEM data into slope, then filling in the roughness coefficient value for land cover, followed by modeling tsunami inundation, analyzing affected land use, and using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine mitigation priorities. The results of this research showed that the tsunami inundation area with a 4 m wave scenario reached 219.09 ha, while the tsunami inundation area with an 11 m wave scenario reached 765.23 ha. The highest area of land affected by tsunami inundation in the 2 scenarios is agricultural land, with an area of 68.71 ha and 343.95 ha. Based on the area obtained, it can help in determining mitigation actions with the help of the AHP method so that priority mitigation directions for the tsunami disaster in Ambulu District, Jember Regency, are obtained, namely the use of tsunami dampening buildings and education, counseling, and public awareness. Keywords: tsunami modeling; mitigation; Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP); Ambulu Abstrak Kabupaten Jember memiliki enam kecamatan rawan bencana tsunami, salah satunya Kecamatan Ambulu. Pada tahun 1994 diketahui bahwa dua pantai yang berada di Kecamatan Ambulu terdampak bencana tsunami. Adanya potensi bencana tsunami di Pesisir Kecamatan Ambulu dapat mempengaruhi keselamatan wisatawan dan masyarakat pesisir Kecamatan Ambulu. Pada saat yang sama, belum adanya kajian terbaru terkait permodelan spasial inundasi tsunami di Kecamatan Ambulu yang meliputi pembahasan tata guna lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun prioritas mitigasi dengan permodelan spasial. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis spasial dengan pengolahan data DEM menjadi slope, kemudian mengisi nilai koefisian kekasaran pada tutupan lahan, dilanjutkan dengan permodelan genangan tsunami, analisis penggunaan lahan terdampak, dan penggunaan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk penentuan prioritas mitigasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan luasan genangan tsunami dengan skenario gelombang 4 m mencapai 219,09 ha, sedangkan luasan genangan tsunami dengan skenario gelombang 11 m mencapai 765,23 ha. Luasan tertinggi penggunaan lahan yang terdampak genangan tsunami dari 2 skenario tersebut adalah lahan pertanian dengan luas 68,71 ha dan 343,95 ha. Hasil penelitian dapat membantu penentuan tindak mitigasi sehingga didapatkan arahan mitigasi prioritas untuk bencana tsunami di Kecamatan Ambulu, Kabupaten Jember yaitu penggunaan bangunan peredam tsunami dan pendidikan, penyuluhan, serta penyadaran masyarakat. Abstract

Utilizing re-planning satellite imagery can result in identification and strategies planning costs for the Ungkalan Hamlet road. The purpose of this research is to find out the results of the current road conditions, produce re-planning based on the utilization of satellite imagery, and the results of cost calculations according to local regulations. Utilization of satellite imagery in the form of DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data produces slope, land use, and contour maps which are then integrated into Civil 3D to calculate road geometrics. The road function used in this planning is local primary class III with flat terrain classification, 2/2 TT road configuration, and 40 km/h plan speed. The width of each lane is planned to be 3.5 m with a shoulder width of 0.5 m each. The topographic elevation has an average of 0.59% so it is in the flat terrain type with a total of 4.1 km of road. There are 3 bends planned and all are SCS bends. The excavation volume total is 1775.93 m3 and the embankment volume total is 45.63 m3. The calculation of the cost budget plan, the entire unit price analysis is based on the Jember 2023 Regency Work Unit Price Analysis with a final result of Rp 2.921.512.857,75. Keywords: Rural, Road, Planning, Cost Abstrak Perencanaan ulang dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit dapat menghasilkan identifikasi dan strategi perencanaan serta biaya perencanaan jalan Dusun Ungkalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil kondisi jalan terkini, menghasilkan perencanaan ulang berdasarkan pemanfaatan citra satelit, serta hasil perhitungan biaya sesuai aturan setempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah network analysis, karena semua data yang didapat adalah data primer yang berupa validasi titik kontrol dan data sekunder berupa citra satelit. Pemanfaatan citra satelit berupa data DEM (Digital Elevation Model) menghasilkan peta kemiringan lereng, tata guna lahan, dan kontur yang selanjutnya diintegrasikan ke Civil 3D guna menghitung geometrik jalan. Fungsi jalan yang dipakai dalam perencanaan ini adalah lokal primer kelas III dengan klasifikasi medan datar, konfigurasi jalan 2/2 TT, dan kecepatan rencana 40 km/jam. Lebar tiap lajur direncanakan 3,5 m dengan lebar bahu masing-masing 0,5 m. Elevasi topografi memiliki rata-rata 0,59 % sehingga berada pada jenis medan datar dengan total jalan sepanjang 4,1 km. Terdapat 3 tikungan yang direncanakan dan seluruhnya adalah tikungan SCS (Spiral Circle Spiral). Untuk total volume galian adalah 1775,93 m3 dan volume timbunan adalah 45,63 m3. Perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya seluruhnya analisa harga satuan berdasarkan Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Kabupaten Jember 2023 dengan hasil akhir sejumlah Rp 2.921.512.857,75. Abstract

Non-Oil and Gas Exports play an important role in Indonesia's economy, including in Banten Province. This is due to the significant contribution of non-oil and gas exports to the country's foreign exchange earnings. The fluctuations in demand for non-oil and gas exports in the international market can be used as a forecasting basis to determine the balance between production and demand for non-oil and gas products in the international market. The aim of this research is to obtain forecasts of non-oil and gas export values from April to December 2024. The data used in this study is monthly time-series data of non-oil and gas export values from January 2020 to March 2024. The forecasting method used is the Box-Jenkins ARIMA (p, d, q) model. The forecasting results produced the best model, ARIMA (4,2,0), with the equation is  with an MSE value is 11,581.7. Non-oil and gas exports in 2024 showed fluctuations from April to December 2024, with each forecasted value as follows: April at 1,033.94, May at 1,025.74, June at 1,075.72, July at 1,069.83. August at 1.113,51, September at 1059,30, October at 1.113,33, November at 1.133,85, and December at 1120,29

Abstract

People's welfare is the development target of every region in Indonesia. Banten Province ranks 3rd in the level of people's welfare on the island of Java. So that a factor analysis is needed to find out the influence of the people's welfare. This study aims to find out the binary logistic regression model based on factors that significantly affect the level of people's welfare in Banten Province and to find out how much the classification accuracy of the model obtained. The type of research used is quantitative research with the population of all people in Banten Province by looking at household characteristics, while the sample of 380 is secondary data from BPS Banten Province based on the results of Susenas activities with the Systematic Random Sampling technique. The results of the research obtained from this study are three factors that affect the level of people's welfare, namely the Head of Household Education factor (X3(2)) category of Junior High School Equivalent and the Head of Household Education factor (X3(3)) category of High School Equivalent and the Number of Household Members (X5(1)) category > 4 Members. The form of the binary logistic regression equation obtained is  with a model classification accuracy value of 89.7%, the classification accuracy obtained reaches > 50% which means that the binary logistic regression logit function is considered to be precise and quite good

Abstract

A high Human Development Index (HDI) greatly determines the ability of the population to absorb and manage sources of economic growth, both in relation to technology and institutions as an important means to achieve economic growth. The purpose of this study is to group districts/cities in Banten Province and find out the characteristics of each group based on the Human Development Index indicators. HDI is a composite index that shows the achievement of successful human development in a region. The research data used is secondary data with the population of all districts/cities in Banten Province. Cluster analysis is a technique used to group objects into different groups. The results of the study were obtained in 2 clusters using the single linkage, average linkage, and complete linkage methods which included the first cluster, namely Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency, Serang City, Pandeglang Regency, Serang Regency, Lebak Regency, and Cilegon City, while the second cluster was Tangerang City and South Tangerang City
