Abstract

Abstrak Sektor pariwisata saat ini telah menjadi aspek penting dalam kemajuan ekonomis suatu negara. Kabupaten Pandeglang merupakan daerah banyak memiliki potensi wisata, namun dalam proses perkembangannya masih jauh tertinggal dari daerah lain. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengkaji faktor apa yang mempengaruhi sehingga masih banyak warga Pandeglang yang belum sadar wisata dan untuk mengkaji mengapa doktrin kota santri begitu kuat terhadap warga Pandeglang sehingga berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan proses observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis matriks SWOT untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam pengembangan potensi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Informan terdiri dari: Dinas pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif  Pandeglang, pengelola wisata, pokdarwis, tokoh agama, akademisi, wisatawan, masyarakat Pandeglang, penelitian dilakukan selama satu tahun.Sedangkan  strategi yang tepat dilakukan dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Pandeglang adalah strategi Strategi SO (Growth). Strategi SO (Growth)  merupakan strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan yang ada untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa banyak faktor yang menyebabkan pariwisata di Pandeglang perkembanganya masih jauh tertinggal antara lain: masih kurangnya masyarakat akan sadar wisata, masih kurangnya pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) di setiap Desa/ Kelurahan yang ada di Kabupaten Pandeglang, kurangnya sosialisasi terkait pemahaman doktrin kota santri, masih kurangnya promosi wisata baik secara online maupun off line dan minimnya anggaran belanja daerah Kabupaten Pandeglang dalam hal ini Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Kabupaten Pandeglang.Kata Kunci: Sadar Wisata, kota santri, pariwisata.Abstract The tourism sector has become an important aspect in the economic progress of a country. Pandeglang Regency is an area with a lot of tourism potential, but in the process of its development it is still far behind other areas. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine what factors influence so that there are still many Pandeglang residents who are not aware of tourism and to study why the city doctrine of students is so strong against Pandeglang residents that it affects the development of tourism in Pandeglang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a process of observation, interviews, and documentation with a SWOT matrix analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing tourism potential in Pandeglang Regency. The informants consist of: the tourism and creative economy office. Pandeglang, tourism managers, pokdarwis, religious leaders, academics, tourists, the people of Pandeglang, the research was carried out for one year. While the right strategy in developing tourism in Pandeglang Regency is the SO Strategy (Grwth). The SO (Growth) strategy is a strategy that utilizing existing strengths to increase its competitive advantage. The results of this study indicate that many factors cause tourism in Pandeglang to be still far behind, among others: there is still a lack of awareness of tourism, there is still a lack of formation of a tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) in every Desa/ Kelurahan in Pandeglang Regency, lack of socialization related to understanding the doctrine of the city of students, there is still a lack of tourism promotion both online and off line and the lack of regional budget for Pandeglang Regency, in this case the Tourism and Creative Economy Office of Pandeglang.Keywords: Tourism awareness, city of students, tourism.

Abstract

PT. Prima Intereksa Industri perusahan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan alas kaki, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan produksi, terutama jenis sepatu type campus yang di akibatkan oleh cacat mencapai 45% dari target produksi. Salah satu cara yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas dengan menggunakan metode PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action). Sistem pengendalian yang mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan secara radikal dan berkelanjutan yang sesuai dengan konsep lean improvment. Penelitian di lakukan diline 7 meliputi pengambilan data dari cutting, cementing, buffing, sewing, defect debu dari 231 sepatu menjadi 43 sepatu, Benang panjang dari 150 sepatu menjadi 10 sepatu, lem berlebih dari 102 sepatu menjadi 24 sepatu, Hot melt dari 57 sepatu menjadi 0 unit sepatu, target implementasi lean secara garis besar tercapai 90% untuk keseluruhan pada line 7.

Abstract

Pembangunan perkerasan jalan raya dengan menggunakan beton (betonisasi) memberikan manfaat dari segi lamanya umur suatu jalan apabila dibandingkan dengan menggunakan pekerasan Aspalt Hotmix (Laston AC-WC). Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek konstruksi jalan beton adalah terjadinya beton setting. Ketika terjadi hal tersebut biasanya pihak ketiga menambahkan air kedalam mixer beton untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, agar beton tersebut bisa dihamparkan. Sehingga tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mencari pengaruh penambahan water proofing terhadap kuat tekan beton. Data hasil pengamatan diolah dengan menggunakan metode One Way Anova serta Metode Tukey untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi dari data pengamatan tersebut. Hasil uji diperoleh bahwa untuk uji One Way Anova  nilai Fhitung = 144,30 sedangkan untuk nilai Ftabel adalah F0,95 (3,44) = 2,82, sedangkan dari uji tukey dihasilkan P-Value pada seluruh pasangan bernilai 0,000, yg berarti nilai P-Value ≤ α (0,05). Oleh sebab itu penambahan komposisi water proofing memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kuat tekan beton.

Abstract

Pamarayan Village is one of the villages located in the Pamarayan District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, which has the largest economic potential in the agricultural sector, this is reinforced by the rice field area of ​​224.41 ha with the potential for rice production reaching 1632.87 tons. This potential yield has an impact on the high waste of rice husks from the results of the rice milling process that has not been utilized optimally from the added value of the rice husks. The method of implementing this KKM-PkM activity is by using participatory counseling methods, where this counseling is carried out by providing verbal and visual counseling. The results of these KKM-PKM activities have had a positive impact on the community, especially in the use of rice husk waste, one of the positive impacts is the opening of business opportunities from the rice husk briquettes produced, because this briquette product can be used for industrial needs, friendly fuel environment or as raw material for heating chicken coops to warm broiler farms. Abstrak Desa Pamarayan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di wilayah Kecamatan Pamarayan Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten, yang memiliki potensi perekonomian terbesar pada sektor pertanian, hal ini diperkuat dengan luas area persawahan sebesar 224,41 ha dengan potensi hasil produksi padi mencapai 1632,87 ton. Potensi hasil panen ini berdampak pada tingginya limbah sekam padi dari hasil proses penggilingan padi yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dari nilai tambah sekam padi tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan KKM-PkM ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penyuluhan partisipatif, dimana penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan secara verbal maupun secara visual. Hasil kegiatan KKM-PkM ini, telah memberikan dampak positif kepada masyarakat khususnya dalam pemanfaatan limbah sekam padi, salah satu dampak positif tersebut yaitu terbukanya peluang usaha dari produk briket sekam padi yang dihasilkan, karena produk briket ini dapat digunakan bagi kebutuhan industri, bahan bakar ramah lingkungan atau pun sebagai bahan baku pemanas kandang ayam untuk menghangatkan ruang peternakan ayam broiler.

Abstract

Kunci Keberhasilan Konsep utama Pengembangan Kampung cerdas tertuju aspek Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi sebagai Komponen Utama,di sisi lain penerapan konsep kota cerdas sangat tergantung pada aspek-aspek membentuk keberhasilan pembangunan pemukiman perkampungan.infrastruktur cerdas bertujuan memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat secara lebih efektif, efisien dan terjangkau. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kriteria kehidupan cerdas,kecerdasan mobilitas indikasi sebuah kampung. Kampung Tegal Cabe merupakan salah satu kampung yang terletak di Kota Cilegon yang bergerak aktif untuk merespon perkembangan kota. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dipilih pada penelitian ini dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya atau strategi penerapan prinsip smart city, khususnya smart living; smart mobility yang ditemukan pada kehidupan perkampungan kota di Tegal Cabe . Temuan menunjukkan bahwa konsep smart mobility dan living pada konteks kampung cerdas dapat dilacak jejak-jejaknya melalui inovasi dan strategi, seperti penyediaan ruang hijau,Penanganan permasalahan Sosial,perlindungan anak, perbaikan akses jalan untuk merespon situasi kegawat daruratan, Ppenyediaan mandiri sumber air bersih serta pengelolaan fasilitas kamar mandi dan wc komunitas. Kesimpulannya adalah upaya dan strategi tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan, pengelolaan sampah komunitas serta meningkatkan keamanan permukiman dari banjir.dampak polusi dari perkembangan aktifitas industri, Strategi-strategi lokal yang inovatif tersebut merupakan upaya pendekatan inisiatif lebih lanjut yang mendukung implementasi konsep kota cerdas di Kampung Tegal Cabe .Kata kunci: kota cerdas; kampung kota; kualitas lingkungan; kecerdasan mobilitas; kehidupan yang cerdas

Abstract

Looking for alternatives to obtain electricity resources in remote areas is considered necessary when community activities can be disrupted, education, economy and living standards can be affected due to lack of electricity. The stability of the feed must be ensured. Electricity consumption is an important need of today's society. The lives of urban communities and their supporting electric power areas are not a problem with the continuity of services of the State Electricity Company (PLN). . In rural communities living in remote areas and on remote islands, electricity supply is a problem in itself. Given that the availability of the national electricity grid is not long-term, the solution to overcome the saturation of regional electrical energy is to convert sunlight into electrical energy using photovoltaic technology (solar cells). The system of providing electrical energy using this system is called Solar Power Plant (PLTS). Solar allows the use of the solar home system method "SHS". This analysis is expected to be a reference for the use of SHS or for electricians to find out the suitability between energy needs, prices and quality of solar cells for residential use

Abstract

PT Yin Hwa Indonesia is a company that produces Shoelasts which will be used to support the production of shoes with world-famous brands. Based on the data obtained by researchers from the ERP system there are differences that occur between conditions in the field and data stored in the ERP system. This difference condition is getting bigger when the production of shoelast has exceeded 20000 pairs every month.The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the ERP system in the Shoelast Production Process and to find solutions related to the problems of implementing the ERP system so that problems regarding the application of the ERP system are no longer found.The research method used is the PDCA method, which is the method used to solve the problem of data differences in the ERP system that occurs in the production department.Observations and interviews conducted by researchers, there are several problems that must be taken corrective action, namely making SOPs due to the absence of SOPs related to the implementation of ERP systems in the production section, increasing bandwidth because ERP systems that use internet networks require a capacity that matches the number of ERP system users, worker training in order to improve competence in running an ERP system in the production section , and it is necessary to install additional software, namely Lan Messengger to support the speed of information between the recipient of information from consumers and the part that runs the information.From the observations, it can be suggested that improvements that need to be implemented by the company include making SOPs with ISO 9001: 2015 standards, increasing bandwidth, training workers and installing the Lan Messengger software

Abstract

PT. Tristan engineering is a company engaged in services and goods. This company provides services and procurement of goods or spare parts needed by other companies. The X-ray machine moves 165 rpm for 24 hours non-stop in checking the goods that come in and out of the company. In this situation, the damage can occur at any time and can cause uncertainty about the availability of the machines to support the checking process. This research aims to determine the application of the system and the benefits of the Reliability Centered Maintenance system on the application of maintenance of the x-ray machine conveyor motor. The research method used is the Reliability Centered Maintenance method, which is used to reduce downtime that occurs in PT. Tristan Engineering. The research results were obtained at PT. Tristan Engineering includes the absence of periodic maintenance, causing damage to the x-ray engine components. From the results of the improvement of the proposed conveyor motor maintenance application, the occurrence of downtime is caused by the identification of the failure to detect the severity value, occurrence, and detection of each component of the discussion and conclusion described using the FMEA method is 683 RPN, it must be done machine maintenance periodically. From the planning effort of Reliability Centered Maintenance accompanied by a comparative analysis, the proposed improvements can reduce the average downtime by 39% on the problems of each component accompanied by MTBF 2.412 hours

Abstract

       The presence of rejected products in the Phylon Injection departement in PT Adis Dimension Footwear is still considered by the negligence of Workers, Methode, Machine, Materials and the Environment that cause company losses because the company must reproduce to replace reject products.        The research was conducted to determine and analyze the level of defective products that occurred during 2017 and 2018, find out the highest types of reject, and know the factors causing these defective products.        This research was conducted with a case study qualitative approach (descriptive approach). Data collection by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. Research procedures using the theory of Milles and Huberman. Data validity was done by triangulation. Moreover, Seven Tools is the method in this research.           The results of the analysis using the Pareto Diagram of rejecting in 2017 and 2018 were 171.164  pcs, and the highest reject was produced by burning, namely 58.414 pcs, of other types of reject, namely bubbles as many as 47.936 pcs, dirty as many as 37584 pcs, deformed as many as 14.770 pcs, hole as 8513 pcs and tearing as many as 3.947 pcs. The highest reject histogram was burning, which was 112353 pcs, and the Control Chart had p values out of UCL and LCL, which means that the product defect rate exceeded the control limit.        Based on the analysis results using the Seven Tools method, it can be concluded that the Seven Tools methode can find out the problems that occur in the company.
