Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) NURI Jatim Cabang Pamekasan adalah koperasi yang kegiatan usahanya meliputi simpanan, pinjaman dan pembiayaan sesuai prinsip syariah, termasuk mengelola zakat, infaq/sedekah, dan wakaf. KSPPS NURI Jatim Cabang Pamekasan mempunyai beberapa produk baik pembiayaan maupun simpanan.Salah satu produk tabungan KSPPS adalah tabungan mudharabah. Anggota menyimpan dananya di KSPPS NURI dan mempercayakan sepenuhnya dana simpanannya tersebut untuk dikelola oleh KSPPS NURI dengan harapan mendapat bagi hasil. Pendapatan yang diperoleh KSPPS NURI dalam melempar dana tabungan mudharabah akan dibagi hasilnya sesuai dengan kesepakatan nisbah antara pihak anggota dan KSPPS NURI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sistem bagi hasil dalam tabungan (simpanan mudharabah) yang dilakukan oleh KSPPS NURI Jatim Cabang Pamekasan.Adapun penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang digambarkan dengan kata- kata atau kalimat-kalimat yang dipisahkan menurut kategori untuk memperoleh kesimpulan.Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan marketing funding KSPPS NURI Jatim Cabang Pamekasan.Metode observasi dengan mengamati langsung kegiatan pembiayaan di lapangan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the brand and spicy level can affect consumer repeat orders at Noodles Gacoan Pamekasan Restaurant and to find out how much the brand and spicy level can affect consumer repeat orders. This research was carried out using a quantitative method. The population in this study is all consumers of Noodles Gacoan Pamekasan Restaurant and the sample was taken from a population of 50 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection instrument for this study is a questionnaire. The research hypothesis test was carried out using testing of questionnaire data instruments in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, f tests, and determination coefficient tests. The data processing technique uses the SPSS software program (version 16.0). The results showed that the brand and spicy level had a significant stimulant effect on consumer repeat orders based on the t-test with a significant level of 0.041 < 0.05. This proves that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Meanwhile, based on the results of the coefficient test, the determination of the magnitude of brand influence and spicy level on consumer repeat orders, it can be seen from the results obtained, that the terminated coefficient value (R2) shows an R square value of 0.977, which means that the amount of brand contribution and spicy level to consumer repeat orders is 97.7% while the remaining 2.3% is the contribution of other variables that are not included in this study. From the data interpretation table, the r-value is calculated in a series of numbers 0.80-0.1000 with a very strong interpretation.

Abstract

BMT NU Cabang Proppo Pamekasan memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di daerah tersebut. Dengan menyediakan akses pembiayaan yang terjangkau dan program pendampingan, BMT NU berkontribusi pada pengembangan kapasitas UMKM, yang sangat penting bagi perekonomian lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi yang diterapkan oleh BMT NU dalam mendukung UMKM, termasuk pelatihan manajerial, pemasaran, dan pengembangan produk. Melalui analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa intervensi BMT NU tidak hanya meningkatkan akses keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM, tetapi juga memperkuat jaringan bisnis di antara mereka. Selain itu, BMT NU juga berperan dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya keberlanjutan usaha melalui praktik-praktik yang ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM di Pamekasan.

Abstract

Industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap sistem keuangan berbasis syariah. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) sebagai salah satu entitas utama dalam sektor ini, termasuk BSI Cabang Agus Salim Pamekasan, berupaya memperkuat posisinya melalui berbagai strategi dan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dan inovasi yang diterapkan oleh BSI Cabang Agus Salim Pamekasan dalam meningkatkan daya saing serta memperluas inklusi keuangan syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BSI Cabang Agus Salim Pamekasan menerapkan berbagai inovasi, seperti digitalisasi layanan perbankan melalui mobile banking dan QRIS, peningkatan kualitas pelayanan berbasis teknologi, serta strategi pemasaran berbasis komunitas. Selain itu, BSI juga memperkuat kerja sama dengan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) serta berbagai lembaga guna meningkatkan penetrasi perbankan syariah di masyarakat. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti persaingan dengan bank konvensional dan keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, strategi yang diterapkan terbukti mampu meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dan strategi yang dilakukan oleh BSI Cabang Agus Salim Pamekasan dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia dalam menghadapi dinamika industri yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Education in the millennium era is very important. It is make the development of high technology give many negative and positive impacts. High-tech make people’s life easier than in the past. There are many new product based on technology, such as mobile phone that used internet network. There are many important and interesting application inside it. One of the negative impact of high-tech is the degradation of moral value because of over using social media as a new trend. People prefer interact with their friends in the social media than friends around them. There is no limitation of time and country to do anything with it. Some parents who are worry about it, teach character education or called akhlaqul karimah in Islam to their children as young generation, so that they have a good personality when they are grow up in the future. Akhlaq is very important in Islam and it is taught first by our prophet Muhammad SAW before teaching tauhid (Allah is the only God). He said that a muslim who have good akhlaq will reach the level of someone who is fasting and praying and Allah promised heaven for it. To grow good akhlaq as character education, parents or teacher should teach as early age as possible to the children. Based on Piaget and Brown, the characteristics of children that started from 2 years old they are begin to think symbolically and as good imitators. In the millennium era there are many digital media to facilitate them knowing akhlaqul karimah as character education. Cartoon film “Omar and Hana” series is a suitable media for children because it has and nice picture to attract their attention and completed with song with nice lyrics related to akhlaq to make them more joyful while watching. They can gain the information and message from it. They also able to memorize it easily. The characters of this film are able to become good model of good muslims in terms of act, talk, and behave in the daily life, so that it will grow akhlaqul karimah of the children as character education until they are adult.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand dan level pedas terhadap repeat order konsumen di restoran “Mie Gacoan” Pamekasan. Mie Gacoan dikenal luas karena kekuatan merek yang khas dan variasi level kepedasan yang menjadi daya tarik utama bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan tetap Mie Gacoan di Pamekasan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial antara variabel brand (X₁) dan level pedas (X₂) terhadap repeat order (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand dan level pedas secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan repeat order konsumen. Secara parsial, brand memiliki pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan level pedas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan citra merek memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk loyalitas konsumen, meskipun sensasi pedas tetap menjadi faktor penentu pengalaman kuliner yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pelaku usaha kuliner dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang fokus pada penguatan brand sekaligus mempertahankan variasi rasa yang menjadi ciri khas.

Abstract

Keberadaan kampus dengan potensi pasar mahasiswa dan warga kampus lainnya merupakan peluang bagi terciptanya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mendiskripsikan dampak eksistensi atau keberadaan kampus terhadap tumbuhnya kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat wawancara dan observasi dilakukan kepada para pelaku usaha dan perangkat desa. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan fenomenologis dan digeneralisasi secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan sebagian besar alasan masyarakat membuka usaha disekitar kampus adalah potensi dalam mendapat keuntungan sangat besar karena letak yang strategis. Pangsa pasar yang memadai menjadikan usaha mereka sangat prospektif. Melalui hasil penelitian ini diharapkan para pemangku kebijakan setempat, yaitu perangkat desa untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi desa.

Abstract

Academic pursuit the objective of the study is to examine the impact of brand image on sales growth and quantify the extent to which a strong brand image affects sales growth. Learn This aligns with the quantitative-descriptive approach. Target population This data consists of resellers and samples of MS GLOW Pamekasan obtained from a substantial population of 25 respondents using a specific sampling quota. Exploring advanced data collection techniques to enhance analysis This questionnaire employs testing data analysis techniques such as validity, reliability, and regression tests. Data processing approaches utilize the SPSS software tool, namely version 16.0. The research findings indicate that brand image has a significant impact on increasing sales. The t-test findings indicate that the coefficient correlation is 6.484, with a t count of 6.484 and a t table value of 1.714. The significance level is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This provides evidence to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha). The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the R square value is 0.646, which is statistically significant. This means that brand image (image brand) has a significant impact on sales, accounting for 64.6% of the variation. Other variables not included in the research model account for the remaining 35.4%. This. The estimated r value of 0.646 indicates a significant correlation, falling within the range of 0.60-0.799 according to table interpretation.

Abstract

Sharia banks primarily operate in accordance with Islamic law, which is based on concepts of fairness, balance, benefit, and the avoidance of prohibited aspects such as gharor, maisir, and usury. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is an exemplary sharia-compliant financial organization that offers financing and other services. It operates using sharia-compliant contracts that have been certified by the National Sharia Council. Microfinance has played a vital role in the financial sector since the early 1980s, with the goal of offering financial services to individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises who are economically disadvantaged. The primary focus is on achieving sustainable development by effectively managing and harmonizing the financial, social, environmental, and governance dimensions. The study employs a qualitative methodology to examine the impact of microfinancing on the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the various forms of MSME development. The study examines the provision of funding by banks to businesses and self-employed individuals, with a focus on factors such as trust, agreements, duration, and associated risks. Financing has multiple purposes, such as encouraging commerce and economic activities, mitigating unemployment, allowing the movement of products and money, and fostering economic progress. MSMEs have a substantial impact on the Indonesian economy by making considerable contributions to the country's gross domestic product and employment rates.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed various sectors, including education. The journal explores the integration of digital technology in English language instruction (ELT), highlighting its impact on classroom dynamics, student engagement, and overall learning outcomes. This article also discusses the challenges and strategies of effective implementation, providing recommendations for educators aiming to integrate digital technologies that have transformed English language instruction (ELT) by introducing innovative tools that enhance classroom engagement, personalize the learning experience, and provide access to authentic materials. The research method used in this article is a literature research design, which involves a structured process in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting findings related to phenomena. Exploring the benefits of these innovations, including increased student motivation and improved language proficiency. The study concludes with recommendations to effectively combine digital technology with traditional teaching methods to optimize language learning outcomes to improve language mastery through digital innovation.
