Abstract

The lack of information about the beauty of Sombomerti spring in the community is one of the factors that cause people's choice of traveled Sombomerti is still low. This research on Sendang Sombomerti Yogyakarta aims to determine the effect of tourist preferences related to ticket prices, accessibility, beauty, facilities, information and service quality on community traveled choices at Sendang Sombomerti. This research design uses quantitative methods supported by surveys. The population in this research is tourists sendang sombomerti with a quota system sampling of 50 respondents. The research instrument for collecting research data was submitted in the form of questionnaire questions to respondents with the size of the answer adopting the Likert scale. Observation and documentation of secondary data from similar research were also used to clarify the analysis. This research result indicates that on this fact of the six tourists variable preference study, there are two variables significant impact on choice sendang sombomerti traveled in light of beauty and customer service. While together the six researched tourist preference variables can significantly affect the field trip options at sombomerti.

Abstract

Effect Of The Number Of Visitors Attraction At The Occupancy Hotel With Moderating Variables Of Rooms Are Available In Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta as a tourist city saves the potential of tourist visits which strongly supports the growth of the hospitality industry. With the potential of foreign and international tourist markets visiting existing tourist attractions, at least become a potential market niche in the hotel industry in the morning to increase occupancy hotels. Hotel expectations of tourist arrivals increase the optimism of hotel management that room occupancy rates will be met according to the planned budget. However, it needs to be measured how much the influence of foreign tourists and the archipelago on occupancy hotels, so the hotel management is not wrong in its planning. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant direct influence from foreign tourists on room occupancy rates, while domestic tourists have a significant direct influence on room occupancy rates. With moderating variables the number of rooms available, hence there is an increase in indirect influence of foreign and domestic tourists on the occupancy rate of hotel rooms in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

A website that has an easy-to-use user interface for visitors to interact (usability) or communicate in sharing information is needed by web visitors. This study aims to provide an assessment of the website developed by Bejiharjo tourism village from the perspective of web visitors, in terms of the interactivity (usability) function of the website interface in general. Besides that it also aims to find out website development strategies to increase website usability by web managers. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method that is supported by SWOT analysis to develop discussions to the discovery of website development strategies. The results of this study are IFAS (internal factor analysis summary) score from the analysis of the website obtaining a score of no more than 2.5. While the EFAS score (external factors analysis strategy) obtained a score of 2.87. This score shows that the opportunities and threats to the development of the Bejiharjo tourism village website are greater than the strengths and weaknesses. Therefore we need a development strategy based on a SWOT analysis that includes adding types of social media accounts that are connected to the website, maintaining continuity with website content updates, increasing the detail of information on the main website content, equipping the website with video content, reservation forms and visitor comment columns.

Abstract

Piyungan Bantul District, Yogyakarta has a very interesting natural tourism potential where there are many plants that can be developed into an attraction, one of which is located in the village of Wanojoyo Kidul, there is a tourist spot called Taman Bronjong. As the name implies, Bronjong is water retaining so that the land on the banks of the river is not eroded by river currents, especially in Kali Gawe. Taman Bronjong has direct views of the Bukit Bintang and has a child-friendly stream. The research method used in this research process is descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative data. The observations show that in this garden there are many plants that can be used for the manufacture of local beverage products such as lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, kencur. With the potential possessed by Taman Bronjong, researchers aim to empower local plants as beverage products in order to develop tourist attraction in the area.
