Abstract

Corruption is a crime enormous harm to the community and it is an issue that needs serious treatment by law enforcement. This paper discusses the perspective of a progressive Islamic law in the integrity of national law against corruption. This paper analyzed the approachs of national law and Islamic law. The results showed that law enforcement corruption in the legal review of progressive Islam begins with awareness and understanding of modernization. Awareness of the system of political and economic laws, officers, the public, and anyone, so as to integrate its values on positive law and can directly change the character of the personality of the soul and mind personalized Muslim-majority Indonesia are Muslim, so it will bear legal certainty, usefulness Indonesian law and justice in a truly progressive of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet.

Abstract

Abstract:Implementation of the MUI DSN Fatwa is one of the regulations that is specifically made and must be implemented for sharia economic activities, one of which is in the sharia-based banking sector, one of the sharia banking products that is based on the fatwa is the mudharabah product listed in the MUI DSN fatwa Number 115/DSN-MUI /IX/2017 regarding mudharabah. Apart from the DSN MUI fatwa, sharia banks must improve product service, whether the products they release are in accordance with the fatwa and in accordance with the needs of the surrounding community, product service is an effort by the company to meet community expectations for the products the company releases. This research is field research using interview methods with employees of BTN Syariah KCP Indramayu. Based on the results of research that all mudharabah products are appropriate and fulfill the requirements determined by the DSN MUI fatwa Number 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 concerning mudharabah as seen by people. the contract, capital, highlight and ratio as well as the DSN MUI fatwa Number 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 have a huge impact on the level of product service because the mudharabah products issued by the bank are in accordance with the expectations of customers and BTN Syariah KCP Keywords: implementation, mudharabah, product service Abstrak Implemestasi Fatwa DSN MUI merupakan salah satu peraturan yang dibuat khusus dan harus diterapkan untuk kegiatan ekonomi syariah salah satunya pada sektor bank yang berlandas syariah, salah satu produk perbankan syariah yang berlandaskan fatwa yaitu produk mudharabah yang tercantum pada fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 tentang mudharaba. selain dengan dengan fatwa DSN MUI bank syariah harus meningkatkan sebuah pelayanan produk apakah produk yang dikelurakan sudah sesuai dengan fatwa dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat sekitar, pelayanan produk adalah sebuah usah dari perusahaan untuk memenuhi ekspetasi masyarakat terhadap produk yang perusahaan tersebut keluarkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode wawancara dengan karyawan BTN Syariah KCP Indramayu.berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwasannya semua produk mudharabah sudah sesuai dan memenuhi syarat yang telah ditentukan oleh fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 tentang mudharabah yang dilihat dari orang yang berakad,modal,shighot dan nisbahnya serta fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 memilki dampak yang begitu besar bagi tingkat pelayanan produk dikarenakan produk mudharabah yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak bank sudah sesuai dengan harapan nasabah dan BTN Syariah KCP IndramayuKata Kunci: implementasi, mudharabah, pelayanan produk

Abstract

Itsbat nikah adalah penetapan atas perkawinan yang telah memenuhi syarat dan dilaksanakan sebelum adanya UU No. 1 Tahun 1974. Keluarnya Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung Nomor 3 Tahun 2018 menolak hak anak pada permohonan itsbat nikah. Penentuan batas umur untuk melangsungkan perkawinan sangatlah penting, yaitu untuk menciptakan kemaslahatan keluarga dan rumah tangga. Pembatasan usia dalam perkawinan oleh pembuat undang-undang dimaksudkan agar rumah keluarga yang dibentuk dapat mencapai tujuan perkawinan. Pemberian dispensasi umur pernikahan tidak semerta-merta tanpa adanya alasan. Banyak faktor-faktor yang melatar belakangi ditetapkannya dispensasi umur pernikahan. Baik factor dari pemohon maupun dari pertimbangan hakim selaku pemberi dispensasi umur perkawina. Dari putusan-putusan yang telah ada banyak pertimbangan yang dikemukakan, seperti untuk menghindari terjadinya hal-hal yang bisa menjeremuskan pada perzinahan, karena kedua calon mempelai merasa sudah siap untuk melakukan perkawinan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze poverty in terms of the Covid-19 Pandemic and in general before the Pandemic hit Rungkang Village, and how to overcome poverty occurs through the role of government and the Islamic economy so that it can eliminate poverty. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, and the approach used in this research is ethnographic research. The research location taken was in Rungkang Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. The implementation time is from November 2021 to May 2022. The data taken is real data obtained from the field. Sources of data in this study were obtained from communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Rungkang Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses interactive Milles and Huberman analysis. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 Pandemic has had an impact on changing the behavior of the people of Rungkang Village where economic activity has driven an increasing poverty rates where unemployment has reduced the economy.
