Abstract

General elections are a mechanism for determining the people's representatives who will occupy the people's representative institutions and elect the president and vice president. The history of General Elections in Indonesia has unique characteristics that are interesting to research, with several elections that have been held since the Old Order era in 1955, the New Order in 1971, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, and 1997, as well as during the ongoing Reformation period. from 1999 to 2019. This research was conducted through literature study with a focus on how general elections were carried out from the beginning of independence until 2019. The results of the research show that elections during the Old Order era could be considered democratic, characterized by the participation of many political parties. However, during the New Order era, this democracy declined along with the dominance of the Soeharto regime. Meanwhile, general elections during the Reformation period, especially in 2004, became more democratic. The 2019 elections were held simultaneously for the first time, although many obstacles occurred in its implementation. The author hopes that this journal will be useful in increasing academic insight regarding the implementation of general elections, as well as providing political learning for the community and input for subsequent elections.

Abstract

The research aims to determine: (1) the formation of students' social attitudes in Civics Education (PPKn) learning at MTs Al-Hidayah Sadeng, Semarang City; (2) the role of Civics Education teachers in forming students' social attitudes related to PPKn learning at MTs Al-Hidayah Sadeng, Semarang City; (3) the impact of forming students' social attitudes in PPKn learning at MTs Al-Hidayah Sadeng, Semarang City. The research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. The research targets include class IX A students, PPKn teachers, the school principal, and the student affairs vice-principal at the school. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Validity testing uses source and technique triangulation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifying. The research results indicate that in the formation of students' social attitudes in PPKn learning. There are indicators, including honesty, discipline, tolerance, and politeness. Furthermore, the role of Civics Education teachers is crucial in forming social attitudes by guiding, fostering, and educating students. This will influence the impact of social attitude formation, including psychological and social impacts. The research suggestions are: (1) students should practice making social attitude indicator tables in their respective classes after implementing social attitude formation; (2) PPKn teachers should be more active in creating assessment sheets related to social attitude formation indicators in PPKn learning; (3) schools should support, facilitate, and establish regulations related to the formation of social attitudes for both students and PPKn teachers in the school environment.

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan karakter mandiri adalah komponen yang paling penting dalam motivasi belajar. Mahasiswa yang termotivasi akan menunjukkan minatnya untuk melakukan aktivitas belajar, merasakan keberhasilan diri, mempunyai usaha-usaha untuk sukses dalam menyelesaikan tugasnya. Kemandirian adalah kebebasan individu untuk memilih dan menentukan dirinya sendiri. Pendidikan karakter sangat penting untuk diterapkan setiap mahasiswa. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah: ada tidaknya hubungan Pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi mahasiswa dimasa pandemi covid-19 serta seberapa besar hubungan Pendidikan karakter dengan motivasi mahasiswa dimasa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif teknik pengumpulan data secara deskriptif. Analisis data yang dilakukan bersifat induktif berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang ditemukan di lapangan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Pendidikan karakter mandiri dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, dimana dapat dijelaskan perkuliahan mahasiswa akan optimal apabila karakter mandiri dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa baik. Namun, jika karakter mandirinya kurang baik maka motivasi belajarnya juga akan kurang optimal.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Karakter Mandiri, Motivasi Belajar. AbstractIndependent character education is the most important component in learning motivation. Motivated students will show their interest in doing learning activities, feel self-success, have efforts to be successful in completing their tasks. Independence is the freedom of the individual to choose and determine himself. Character education is very important for every student to apply. The problems studied in this study are: whether there is a relationship between character education and student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic and how much character education has to do with student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research on descriptive data collection techniques. The data analysis carried out is inductive based on the facts found in the field. From the results of the study, it shows that there is a relationship between independent character education and student learning motivation, where it can be explained that student lectures will be optimal if the independent character and student learning motivation are good. However, if the independent character is not good, the motivation for learning will also be less than optimal.Keywords: Education, Independent Character, Motivation to Learn

Abstract

AbstrakBelajar adalah suatu proses yang pasti terjadi pada setiap orang sepanjang hidupnya. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan study eksperimen. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajran visual terhadap hasil belajar saat tidak menggunakan media visual dan saat menggunakan media visual dalam proses pembelajaran. hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diketahui terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa saat menggunakan media pembelajaran visual dan tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran visual. Hasil tes= menggunakan media visual–tidak menggunakan media visual = 83%- 70% = 13%.Kata Kunci: Media, Hasil Belajar AbstractLearning is a process that inevitably occurs in every person throughout his life. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with an experimental study. The implementation of this study is to determine the influence of the use of visual learning media on learning outcomes when not using visual media and when using visual media in the learning process. The results of the research that has been carried out, it is known that there are differences in student learning outcomes when using visual learning media and without using visual learning media. Test result= using visual media–not using visual media = 83%- 70% = 13%.Keywords: Media, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan karakter adalah sebuah usaha untuk menerapkan nilai-nilai agama,moral,etika pada anak melalui ilmu pengetahuan,yang dibantu oleh orang tua,guru serta masyarakat yang sangat penting dalam pembentukan dan perkembangan karakter peserta didik.Setiap anak memiliki potensi yang baik sejak lahir,namun potensi tersebut harus terus terus diasah dan disosialisasikan dengan baik agar karakter setiap anak terbentuk dan berkembang secara maksimal. Di zaman serba digital ini juga anak dengan mudahnya menggunakan media digital. Zaman digital yang bukan hanya memiliki dampak positif,namun juga dampak negative pun menjadi tugas sendiri bagi orangtua dan masyarakat dewasa dalam membimbing dan memantau apa yang anak lakukan dengan media digitalnya tersebut,sehingga anak mampu memanfaatkan media digitalnya sebaik mungkin dan mendapatkan manfaat yang baik untuk dirinya sendiri dan hidupnya.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Anak Usia Dini, Digital AbstractCharacter education is an effort to apply religious, moral, ethical values to children through science, which is assisted by parents, teachers and society which is very important in the formation and development of student character. Abstract

AbstrakPemuda identik dengan sebutan generasi penerus bangsa dan menjadi sosok tumpuan bagi negara. Pemuda merupakan manusia yang pola pikirnya kritis dan kreatif akan suatu ide, dinamis, intelektual-terdidik serta memiliki semangat guna mengisi dan mempertahankan kedamaian serta kerukunan akan kemerdekaan yang sudah Indonesia dapatkan. Pemuda sebagai generasi penerus yang baik adalah pemuda yang tumbuh serta berkembang menuju pribadi yang unggul, berkarakter serta mandiri dalam melaksanakan setiap tugas yang diemban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis terkait tentang upaya yang dilakukan Pemuda Banuarea setempat bersama dengan para masyarakat guna membangun objek Wisata Alam Seribu Goa di Desa Banuarea, Kecamatan Pakkat, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah Penasehat objek Wisata Alam Seribu Goa, masyarakat Desa Banuarea, yaitu pemuda dan penjaga yang sekaligus sebagai pemandu objek Wisata Alam Seribu Goa Desa Banuarea, sedang obyek penelitian adalah objek Wisata Alam Seribu Goa Banuarea. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif bersifat deskriptif, dengan teknik observasi (meninjau langsung), wawancara yang diikuti dengan dokumentasi. Hasil pengumpulan berupa data dan keterangan yang didapat yang mendukung penelitian dianalisis dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Banuarea, terutama para pemuda setempat dalam upaya membangun objek Wisata Alam Seribu Goa masih kurang optimal sebab belum mendapat perhatian dari Pemerintah Kabupaten. Youth are human beings whose mindset is critical and creative about an idea, dynamic, intellectual-educated and has the spirit to fill and maintain peace and harmony with the independence that Indonesia has obtained. Youth as a good next generation is a young man who grows and develops towards a person who is superior, has character and is independent in carrying out every task carried out. This study aims to analyze related to the efforts made by the local Banuarea Youth together with the community to build a Thousand Goa Nature Tourism object in Banuarea Village, Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The subjects of this study are advisors to the Thousand Goa Nature Tourism objects, the people of Banuarea Village, namely young men and guards who are also guides for the Thousand Goa Nature Tourism object of Banuarea Village, while the object of research is the Object of Natural Tourism Thousand Goa Banuarea. Research conducted using a qualitative approach is descriptive, with observation techniques (direct review), interviews followed by documentation. The results of the collection in the form of data and information obtained that support the research are analyzed and ended with drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it shows that the people of Banuarea Village, especially local youths in an effort to build the Thousand Goa Nature Tourism object are still not optimal because they have not received attention from the District Government. Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan karakter berbasis IESQ merupakan suatu sistem pendidikan gabungan dari beberapa karakter kecerdasan, yakni kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ). Keseimbangan IESQ semestinya diterapkan dalam praktik pendidikan di Indonesia. Selain itu, untuk menyukseskan Indonesia Emas 2045 melalui pendidikan karakter ini juga memerlukan partisipasi dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak, tidak hanya dari pemerintah saja tetapi dari seluruh elemen yang ada dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur yang berhubungan dengan kecerdasan intelektual (IQ), kecerdasan emosional (EQ), dan kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) yang kemudian dikombinasikan menjadi suatu kesatuan basis pendidikan karakter yang disebut sebagai IESQ. Konsep ini bisa menjadi sebuah solusi untuk mewujudkan Indonesia Emas 2045.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, IESQ, Indonesia Emas 2045 AbstractIESQ-based character education is a combined education system of several intelligence characters, namely intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ). The balance of IESQ should be applied in educational practices in Indonesia. In addition, to succeed Indonesia Emas 2045 through character education also requires participation and support from various parties, not only from the government but from all elements in the community. This study aims to analyze literature related to intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) which are then combined into a unified character education base referred to as IESQ.
