Abstract

Public Service Analysis of Village Tlanak Support of Lamongan District. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors and solution of Public Service of Village Government of  Tlanak Kedungpring District of  Lamongan Regency and to know the implementation of Good Governance in Public Service of Village Government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency. The type of this research is non-doctrinal (sosiologis) legal research. Non-doctrinal method is a type of scientific study with the intention just to learn just and not to teach something doctrine. The research method used is research method with qualitative analysis. The results of this study concluded that the quality of Public Service Village Tlanak Kedungpring District Lamongan through Programs, policies, and attitudes is Services Open, easy and accessible by all parties who need and provided adequate and easy to understand, can be accounted for in accordance with the provisions of legislation - invitation, inhibiting the public service of Tlanak village administration of Kedungpring Sub-district of Lamongan Regency is seen in the condition of society which still have a lot of parochial political culture. The solution of inhibiting factor of public service in Tlanak Village, Kedungpring Sub-district, Lamongan Regency by strengthening service system, improving professionalism of each employee, conducting public awareness program to help dissemination and comprehension of information to society about matters related to service activity and giving sanction that is firm. The village government of Tlanak Kedungpring District of Lamongan Regency has not fully implemented the Good Governance principles in the implementation of the village government's tasks, functions, authorities, rights, and obligations in terms of planning, service, implementation of village development, especially those related to village governance.Keywords: Quality Analysis of Public Service, Good Governance.

Abstract

AbstractEducation is a very important field for human life. Education can encourage the improvementof human quality in the form of increasing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies.The purpose of this study was to find out the views of students of Pancasila and citizenshipeducation programs on the teaching profession. This study was designed as a qualitativedescriptive study with a single embedded case study strategy. Data sources were obtained fromthe research subjects as follows; 1) Informants / Resource Persons, namely students of thePancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program; 2) Student activities when discussing theprofession of an educator. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, directobservation and document analysis. The data validity technique uses standards of credibility,transferability and dependability and confirmation. Data analysis techniques use interactivemethods. The results of the study can be concluded that the views of students on the teachingprofession are teaching professionals is a respectable profession, the existence of the teachingprofession in the community according to students Educators are community teachers,educators as dampening conflicts of cultural differences and profiles of ideal educatorsaccording to students and reasons students view the teaching profession The ideal teacher doesnot have selfishness so the teacher can be said to be a teacher who is able to understand thewishes of students.Keywords: Views, Students, Professional Educators

Abstract

The individuals within the university community, encompassed in the academic society, constitute a vital component of the nation that functions as supporters of Pancasila values. Indonesia as a nation that acknowledges God, emphasizes humanity, unity, democracy, and social justice, regards Pancasila as a valuable foundation. This research aims to elucidate how Pancasila should be actualized within the educational environment, particularly from a legal perspective, focusing on IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. The research question is: "How is the actualization of Pancasila in the legal perspective within the university environment?" This study adopts a qualitative research approach, utilizing data collection methods such as interviews and documentation. The findings indicate that the societal order, especially within the university environment, needs to reflect Pancasila's values in daily life. As students equipped with knowledge and technology, coupled with a profound intellectual sense, they can leverage their capabilities and the support provided by the academic institution to collectively achieve shared goals.

Abstract

Social change becomes an inevitability in social life, which is then accompanied by changes in existing laws. This legal change is the result of a clash or conflict of attitudes, opinions, behaviors, goals and needs that are always conflicting. This research is a type of normative research. The subject of the study is conceptualized as norms or rules that apply to society and become a reference for everyone's behavior. New discoveries in the field of technology are the impact of social changes that become revolutions, the modernization of education, and so on, which can cause a shift in the function of law. The higher the percentage of information technology users, the higher the opportunity for cybercrime. Thanks to advances in technology, everyone can easily access cyberspace networks. Criminal acts have shifted not only to those contained in the Criminal Code but also clearly give rise to criminal acts that occur through ITE.

Abstract

Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi pendidikan dalam pembelajaran dengan model STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) dengan menggunakan Wolframalpha sebagai alat bantu pada proses pembelajaran. Dalam hal ini subyek pengabdiannya adalah mahasiswa IKIP PGRI Bojonegoro. Wolframalpha merupakan platform yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk memasukkan pertanyaan atau perintah matematika, ilmiah, atau linguistik dalam bentuk teks biasa dan kemudian menghasilkan jawaban yang komprehensif dan terstruktur. Wolframalpha menggunakan algoritma dan kurasi data untuk menyajikan informasi yang relevan dan sering kali disertai dengan visualisasi atau penjelasan yang membantu pemahaman. Penyuluhan dilaksanakan dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui serangkaian kegiatan praktis yang memanfaatkan Wolframalpha sebagai alat utama, dengan fokus pada pengaplikasian konsep model pembelajaran STEAM dalam konteks dunia nyata. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen lapangan dengan melibatkan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes, dan kuesioner untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan serta pengaruhnya terhadap potensi dan literasi pendidikan mahasiswa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wolframalpha dalam model pembelajaran STEAM secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, keterampilan berpikir analitis, dan kreativitas peserta didik. Literasi pendidikan STEAM juga mengalami peningkatan yang dapat diukur melalui peningkatan nilai ujian mahasiswa. Pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran STEAM dengan memanfaatkan teknologi modern, seperti Wolframalpha, untuk meningkatkan literasi pendidikan mahasiswa. Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach. The purpose of this study is the application of instilling a sense of nationalism in students through the storytelling learning method. The data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. With the object of research being 5th grade students at SDN Bendomungal II Bangil, Pasuruan Regency. The results of this study prove that by using the storytelling method, students' enthusiasm for learning becomes higher. This can be seen through the results of observations and interviews with students. In addition, students' knowledge of heroes in Indonesia is increasing. Students even feel more confident in telling short biographies of the heroes they have previously searched for.
