Abstract

Digital literacy is an essential skill in the modern era for understanding information and using digital media effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of digital literacy in combating hoaxes among Generation Z. This study uses secondary data from national journals. Data collection techniques use the read-and-record method. Data validation techniques use triangulation. The results of the survey indicate that digital literacy in combating hoax news among Generation Z has three roles: 1) helping to improve digital literacy among Generation Z, 2) developing verification and information literacy skills, and 3) strengthening understanding of digital ethics and responsibility. This study concludes that there are three roles of digital literacy in combating hoax news among Generation Z.

Abstract

Abstrak Perempuan merupakan penggerak arah perkembangan suatu negara dan penentu arus generasi penerus bangsa. Sebuah negara perlu meningkatkan kesetaraan gender untuk meningkatkan daya saing negara dan pembangunan, dengan cara meningkatkan hak, tanggung jawab, kapabilitas dan peluang yang sama bagi perempuan dan laki-laki. Tentunya hal itu harus terimplementasi dari keadilan gender dalam system hukum. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaiamana sistem hukum berkeadilan gender sebagai arah pembangunan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan 3 macam bahan hukum yakni : Bahan Hukum Primer berupa semua bahan/materi hukum yang mempunyai kedudukan mengikat secara yuridis seperti Undang-undang Dasar 1945 Negara Republik Indonesia dan Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan, Bahan Hukum Sekunder berupa doktrin-doktrin yang ada di dalam buku, jurnal hukum dan internet, Bahan hukum tersier berupa Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia dan Kamus Hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan kasus. Sistem hukum berkeadilan gender sebagai arah pembangunan di Indonesia terbagi menjadi 3 sistem yaitu struktur pembuat regulasi harus kredibilitas, kompeten dan independen sesuai asas umum penyelengaraan Negara. Subtansi hukum harus sesuai dalam penyusunan peraturan perundang-undangan mengacu pada Undang-undang nomor 12 tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan disebutkan dalam pasal 6 ayat 1 huruf G yaitu “asas keadilan” dan pada huruf H “asas kesamaan kedudukan dalam hukum dan pemerintahan” tentunya juga harus terkonsep . Kultur hukum yang tidak tergolong patriarki, dimana memposisikan laki-laki jauh di atas perempuan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peran perempuan dalam pembangunan sangatlah penting karena perempuanlah pihak yang melahirkan serta mendidik generasi-generasi pembangun Negara Kata Kunci: Sistem Hukum Berkeadilan Gender, Pembangunan Indonesia   Abstract Women are the drivers of the direction of development of a country and determine the flow of the next generation of the nation. A country needs to improve gender equality to improve state competitiveness and development, by increasing equal rights, responsibilities, capabilities and opportunities for women and men. Of course, it must be implemented from gender justice in the legal system. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the gender justice legal system as a development direction in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods with 3 kinds of legal materials, namely: Primary Legal Materials in the form of all legal materials / materials that have a juridically binding position such as the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Laws and Regulations, Secondary Legal Materials in the form of doctrines in books, law journals and the internet,  Tertiary legal materials are the Big Indonesian Dictionary and the Legal Dictionary. This research uses a statutory approach and a case approach. The gender-just legal system as the direction of development in Indonesia is divided into 3 systems, namely the structure of regulators must be credible, competent and independent according to the general principles of state governance. The legal substance must be in accordance with the preparation of laws and regulations referring to Law number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Laws and Regulations mentioned in article 6 paragraph 1 letter G, namely "the principle of justice" and in letter H "the principle of equality of position in law and government" of course must also be conceptualized. A legal culture that is not classified as patriarchal, which positions men far above women. This shows that the role of women in development is very important because women are the ones who give birth and educate generations of State builders Keywords: Gender Justice Legal System, Indonesia's Development
