Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian mengenai pengklasifikasian tingkat keparahan penyakit Diabetes Retinopati berbasis image processing masih hangat dibicarakan, citra yang biasa digunakan untuk mendeteksi jenis penyakit ini adalah citra optik disk, mikroaneurisma, eksudat, dan hemorrhages yang berasal dari citra fundus. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan perbandingan algoritma SVM dengan KNN untuk klasifikasi penyakit diabetes retinopati (mild, moderate, severe) berdasarkan citra eksudat dan microaneurisma. Untuk proses ekstraksi ciri digunakan metode wavelet  pada masing-masing kedua metode tersebut. Pada penelitian ini digunakan 160 data uji, masing-masing 40 citra untuk kelas normal, kelas mild, kelas moderate, kelas saviere. Tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode KNN lebih tinggi dibandingkan SVM, yaitu 65 % dan 62%. Klasifikasi dengan algoritma KNN diperoleh hasil terbaik dengan parameter K=9 cityblock. Sedangkan klasifikasi dengan metode SVM diperoleh hasil terbaik dengan parameter One Agains All.   Kata Kunci : Diabetic Retinopathy, KNN , SVM, Wavelet. This study was performed to compare SVM method with KNN method for classification of diabetic retinopathy disease (mild, moderate, severe) based on exudate and microaneurysm image. For feature extraction uses wavelet method, and each of the two methods. This study made use of 160 test data, each of 40 images for normal class, mild class, moderate class, severe class. The accuracy obtained by KNN higher than SVM, with 65% and 62%. KNN classification method achieved the best results with the parameters K = 9, cityblock. While the classification with SVM method obtained the best results with parameters One agains all . Keywords : Diabetic Retinopathy, KNN, SVM, Wavelet.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDeteksi keberadaan objek secara otomatis pada ruangan diperlukan ketika terdapat keterbatasan dalam melakukan penginderaan. Pemanfaatan sistem radar menjadi saah satu solusi untuk penginderaan objek. Pada paper ini, diimplementasikan prototipe radar menggunakan sensor ultrasonik, mikrokontroller Arduino UNO R3 dan motor servo. Sistem ini dirancang dengan tiga buah sensor ultrasonik dengan motor sebagai penggerak horizontal dan vertikal dalam sistem pemindainya. Sensor yang berjumlah tiga buah, diletakkan pada titik yang berbeda sehingga dapat membaca jarak, sudut dan ketinggian objek dari arah titik tersebut, hasil dari pengukuran objek ditampilkan pada PC melalui aplikasi pemograman GUI. Dari hasil pengujian, radar mampu mendeteksi objek antara 5 cm dari depan radar dengan jarak maksimum 30 cm dan diperoleh tingkat kesalahan pengukuran jarak dan ketinggian sebesar 1 - 2 cm sedangkan untuk sudut 1˚- 3˚.Kata kunci: Deteksi, Radar, Ultrasonik, Jarak, SudutABSTRACTAutomatic detection of objects in the room is required when there are limitations in the sensing. Utilization of radar system becomes one solution for sensing object. In this paper, we implemented a prototype radar using ultrasonic sensor, Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller and servo motor. The system is designed with three ultrasonic sensors with motors as horizontal and vertical drive in the scanning system. Three sensors are placed at different points so that they can read the distance, angle and height of the object from that point, the result of measuring the object displayed on the PC through the GUI programming application. From the test results, the radar is able to detect objects between 5 cm from the front of the radar with a maximum distance of 30 cm and obtained the error rate measurement of distance and altitude of 1 - 2 cm while for the angle of 1˚ - 3˚.Keywords: Detection, Radar, Ultrasonic, Distance, Angle

Abstract

Smart parking system as a part of smart city development has been widely proposed with several research. In this research, proposed a system of parking management application that functions to monitor and control the location of parking slot that can be used by the parking management and parking users. The web application connected to ultrasonic sensor and GPS using MQTT protocol and real-time database. The research used modify algorithm of the SSGA, to optimize the allocation of empty parking slot and MQTT protocol to obtain the faster response time of the system when many users are accessing the website application. The results obtain a variation of sending delays from the client publish to firebase at 4 seconds. Meanwhile, for the sending delay from the broker to firebase the variation was at 2 seconds for each time of data sending.

Abstract

Every single day, garbage is always produced and sometimes, due to the unbalance between high volume produced and the garbage volume transported to the landfill; it then leads to the buildup. To prevent any negative impact on environment, a system is needed to support the waste management process. Smart Garbage Monitoring System consists of two parts: portable garbage can and monitoring application using android smartphone. The use of ultrasonic sensor, GPS and GSM Module on the garbage can aims to provide the data on the garbage and send it to the real time database, in which the data will be processed by the monitoring application on smartphone to determine the time of garbage transport purposely to prevent any buildup. The system doesn't need a server to process, because the entire process of will be run by android application on a smartphone. Test results showed the capability of the system in monitoring the garbage can with the minimum distance between the wastes by three meters. The information on the height level of garbage can be synchronized in real time to smartphone, with an average delay on the EDGE network of 4.57 seconds, HSPA+ of 4.52 seconds and LTE of 3.85 seconds.

Abstract

The stethoscope is a piece of medical standard equipment that isused by a physician for an initial examination of the patient. Generally, the stethoscopeis used for auscultating sounds which are generated by the workings of organ systems such as cardiac, lung or digestive. In the present condition with the growing number of the patient population, it has an impact on the burden of hospitals and medical practitioners. So that treatment is not optimal, especially patients who need continuous monitoring. Thus it needs a system that can work dynamically, flexibly and remotely based. This paper focuses on the implementation of the electronic stethoscope which is integrated with a mobile phone as the modality of online data transmission through the internet network. The prototype of an electronic stethoscope uses condenser mic, pre-amplifier, wide bandpass filter (20 Hz-1 KHz) and audio amplifier. The maximum gain is 28.63 dB in the 20 Hz-690 Hz frequency range. The signal output can be connected to the android mobile through the jacked phone to be stored in MP3 format and then sent to the cloud server for further monitoring and analysis. The application called “Steder” supports realtime communication between patient and physician for medical check-up, consultation, and discussion activities.

Abstract

E-KMS Application for Data Collection and Recapitulation of Toddler Growth in Posyandu Mekar Arum 18Abstract. Mekar Arum Posyandu 18, which located in Lengkong village, has a low to moderate participation rate of mothers and toddlers, ranging from 15% to 25%. Besides, the registration of growth and development of infants is done manually or handwritten by the cadre on a Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS). KMS loss often occurs so that parents and Posyandu officials have difficulty finding a history of growth and development of infants. The purpose of this activity is to increase the number of toddlers who come to the Posyandu. Besides that, this activity intends to make it easier for parents of toddlers to get information about Posyandu activities schedules, data on children's growth and development, health information also Posyandu programs. While for Posyandu cadres, this activity can help to collect data and recapitulate the growth of children and also make it easier to reports to the village office or Puskesmas. This activity uses the technology implementation method through the creation of the Posyandu mobile application (mPosyandu). This application is an electronic KMS (e-KMS) based on Android. Electronic-based data collection methods are used as a basis for planning and implementing activities. From the measurement results, this community service activity can meet all the indicators of success. Those indicators are including, the number of mothers of toddlers who use the application reaches 90%, the number of toddlers who come to Posyandu has increased to 90%, all toddlers in Posyandu Mekar Arum 18 recorded digitally, the level of high satisfaction society and the level of suitability of activities that reach 100%.Keywords: Posyandu, e-KMS, toddler.Abstrak. Posyandu Mekar Arum 18 yang berlokasi di desa Lengkong memiliki tingkat partisipasi ibu dan balita yang terbilang rendah hingga sedang, berkisar antara 15 sampai dengan 25 persen. Selain itu pencatatan tumbuh kembang balita dilakukan secara manual atau ditulis tangan oleh kader pada selembar Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS).  Kehilangan KMS sering terjadi sehingga para orang tua dan petugas posyandu kesulitan mencari riwayat tumbuh kembang balita. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah balita yang datang ke posyandu. Disamping itu kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk memudahkan orang tua balita untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang jadwal kegiatan posyandu, data tumbuh kembang anak dan informasi kesehatan serta program-program posyandu. Sedangkan bagi kader posyandu, kegiatan ini dapat membantu untuk pendataan dan rekapitulasi pertumbuhan balita dan juga dapat memudahkan dalam pelaporan ke kelurahan atau puskesmas. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode penerapan teknologi melalui pembuatan aplikasi mobile Posyandu (mPosyandu). Aplikasi ini merupakan sebuah elektronik KMS (e-KMS) berbasis android. Metode pendataan berbasis elektronik digunakan sebagai landasan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dari hasil pengukuran, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mampu memenuhi semua indikator keberhasilan diantaranya, jumlah ibu balita yang memakai aplikasi mencapai 90%, jumlah balita yang datang ke posyandu meningkat hingga 90%, semua balita di posyandu mekar arum 18 sudah terdata secara digital, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat yang tinggi dan tingkat kesesuaian kegiatan yang mencapai 100%.Kata Kunci: Posyandu, e-KMS, Balita.

Abstract

Car Remote Control is a smaller size miniature car, which is controlled directly by the remote or joystick using transmitter module as a communication, in this journal propose design and realization of car remote control based on Internet of things using Firebase Cloud Messaging, first data from joystick application sent to the realtime database, and NodeMCU on car RC synchronizes the data from realtime database . The results obtained average value of delay from realtime database to NodeMCU is 1.191 second, while the value of sending data from the joystick application to Firebase is 3.13 Kb/s for upload and 2.28 Kb/s for download.

Abstract

There are two ways of billing system currently applied by PT PLN to bill electric power usage by subscriber, ie : conventional system and token system. In the conventional system done by staff by attending the location of the subscriber’s KWH Meter for recording the position of KWH Meter as data tobe used for billing system. The disadvantage of this way is the wasting time and costly. While the disadvantage of the token system is: no early warning when the token balance near to zero, but the power goes off suddenly. Another disadvantage of token system is the updating of balance of KWH Meter only can be done at one place, ie on the keypad near the KWH Meter device. It contrary with the updating way of the balance in mobile phone billing system thatr can be done "any place", by mean smart phone. In this research, designed a digital KWH Meter using Arduino Uno which equipped with communication system to get some features based on SMS as needed to solve those problems. The features are: the updating way of balance of KWH meter is integrated with mobile billing system, ie done by typing on the subscriber’s smart phone easily. Another feature is the checking of the remaining of the balance of KWH Meter also can be done on subscriber’s smart phone any where, any time. And the third feature is the early warning system (notifification message) to subscriber’s hand phone when the remaining of the balance of KWH meter reach the critical value according to preset value determined by subscriber to avoid the power source in the home goes off suddenly. As the final step of this research is the testing of the system which shown that the accuracy of KWH Meter by 99.34%, the average delay response of updating of the balance of KWH Meter (round trip delay) is 12,25 seconds, the delay response of balance checking of KWH Meter (round trip delay) is 14,25 seconds, and the delay of the early warning system (one way delay) is 7,15 seconds

Abstract

Sistem cadangan/backup catudaya mutlak diperlukan pada perangkat elektronika yang memerlukan energi listrik yang tidak terhenti. Cadangan catudaya digunakan untuk menggantikan sumber utama PLN. Pada penerapannya diperlukan sebuah perangkat pendukung berupa Automatic Transfer switch (ATS) untuk melakukan pensaklaran dari sumber utama ke cadangan catu daya atau sebaliknya. Pada paper ini, dibahas realisasi perangkat ATS berbasis mikrokontroler yang bekerja berdasarkan pembacaan arus dan tegangan. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan komunikasi berbasis LAN untuk mengirim data monitoring. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, perangkat ATS dapat mengukur arus dan tegangan dengan rata-rata kesalahan 3,76% dan 0,21% pada pengukuran generator set dan sumber PLN. Pengujian lainnya, sistem relai dapat berfungsi untuk memindahkan sumber listrik dari sumber utama ke sumber cadangan atau sebaliknya.
