Abstract

Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, streaming video telah menyumbang sebagian besar lalu lintas informasi yang disalurkan melalui Internet, dan terus bertumbuh pada tingkat yang stabil setiap tahun. Netflix adalah salah satu layanan streaming video-on-demand paling populer di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh trust dan expected outcome dan peran attitude toward behavior sebagai variabel mediasi customer willingness to pay dengan pandangan mereka tentang free mentality, perceived sacrifice dan perceived benefit terhadap attitude toward behavior di kalangan pelanggan Netflix di Indonesia. Survei dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis yang dinyatakan, dan data dikumpulkan melalui online survei kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan skala Likert, dengan respon terhadap masing-masing indikator konstruk mulai dari sangat tidak setuju untuk sangat setuju pada skala 1 hingga 5. Kami menganalisis data dan menguji hipotesis menggunakan PLS teknik dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS v3.3.3. Berdasarkan sejumlah konstruk yang diteliti, menunjukkan bahwa free mentality berpengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap sikap responden untuk berlangganan Netflix di Indonesia.

Abstract

Human resource management is an important aspect in the business world, in a company the potential of human resources will determine the direction in achieving a goal set by the company. This study explains the effect of work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health on the work productivity of UD Mugi Lestari Papar employees. The number of samples taken in this study was 33 employees. In this study, it was found that work discipline had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity, work safety had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity and occupational health had a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity. Furthermore, work discipline, occupational safety and occupational health have a silmutant and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the significant influence between Organizational Culture and Work Environment on the Performance of Nutrition Installation Employees at Kediri District Hospital. This research data was obtained from the results of respondents' responses (questionnaires), as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study, in this case primary data from employees of the Kediri District Hospital's Nutrition Installation with a sample of 39 respondents, and using saturated sampling as a sampling technique. , where the entire population is sampled. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25.00 program. The results of this research showed that the Organizational Culture variable obtained a tcount value of 3.715 > ttable 1.688, so the Organizational Culture variable partially influenced Employee Performance, then the Work Environment variable obtained a tcount value of 2.461 > ttable 1.688, so the Work Environment variable partially influenced Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Organizational Culture and Work Environment influence the Performance of Nutrition Installation Employees at Kediri Regency Regional Hospital with the results of the Fcount test being 70.126>Ftable 3.25. In addition, a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.796 or 79.6% is obtained. This indicates that the Performance of Installation Employees Nutrition at Kediri District Hospital is influenced by Organizational Culture and Work Environment by 79.6%. Meanwhile, the remainder is influenced by other independent variables which are not included in this research, amounting to 20.4%

Abstract

Dibalik banyaknya kemudahan yang dimiliki, Shopee Food juga memiliki kekurangan yang membuat konsumen ragu untuk menggunakannya, seperti keamanan pembayaran, kekhawatiran atas penipuan, atau kualitas produk yang tidak memadai, dan biaya ongkos kirim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Tagline “Gratis Ongkir” terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, menggunakan Teknik sampling simple random sampling. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil adalah Mahasiswa fakultas Ekonomi Uniska-Kediri yang pernah menggunakan Shopee Food. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran Kuesioner dengan hasil penelitian: variabel Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Tagline “Gratis Ongkir” berpengaruh signifikan (parsial) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Dan Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, dan Tagline “Gratis Ongkir” berpengaruh secara bersama – sama (simultan) terhadap Keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) variables on employee performance (Y) at UD Karya Pala Kediri. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. Sample selection using saturated sampling method, the number of samples in the study obtained as many as 34 respondents at UD Karya Pala Kediri. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and Determination coefficient test. The results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.312 + 0.365X1 + 0.603X2 and the results of the t test variable work discipline and work environment partially significant effect on employee performance. The F test results obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that work discipline and work environment simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran koesioner kepada karyawan Cafe Belikopi Kediri dan dihitung menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinan, Uji t dan Uji F. Pada Uji Validitas diketahui bahwa seluruh item pertanyaan (X1, X2, X3, dan Y) memiliki nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga masing- masing variabel dinyatakan valid, kemudian pada Uji Realibilitas diketahui bahwa hasil nilai Cronbach Alpha > 0,60 sehingga indikator setiap pertanyaan dinyatakan reliabel. Pada Uji t diketahui bahwa 2 variabel memiliki nilai yang positif dan < 0,05 sehingga 2 variabel berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan 1 variabel memiliki nilai tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemudian pada Uji F diketahui bahwa nilai sig untuk seluruh item secara bersama-sama sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 9,477 > 2,44 maka dapat disimpulkan motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik, disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of brand awareness and brand image on repurchase interest at Warmindo, Kediri City. The data analysis technique used by researchers in this research uses statistical tests through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests with SPSS version 16.0 tools. The methods used in this research are questionnaires, interviews and observation. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sample technique, with a total of 100 respondents. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from the multiple linear regression equation Y = -1,786 + 0.613X1 + 0.795X2. The results of the analysis carried out, the research results show that the brand awareness variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest with evidence that Sig t 0.000 < 0.05, the brand image variable has a significant effect on repurchase interest with evidence that Sig t 0.000 > 0.05, the variable discipline has a significant effect on repurchase interest with evidence of Sig t 0.000 < 0.05, and the results of brand awareness and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on repurchase interest with evidence of Sig t 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the analysis value R2 = 0.949 or 94.9%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a company engaged in the agency. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of dual roles, work stress and workload on the performance of female employees. This research was conducted at UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. This research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were all female employees as many as 30 employees of UPTD Puskesmas Ngadiluwih. the technique used to analyze is with the SPSS IMB version 27 program. Data analysis techniques in this study with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and R2 determination coefficient test. The results of this test concluded that the t test showed that the dual role variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of <0.001 and a tcount value of 3.874. The work stress variable partially has a non-significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.065 and a tcount value of 1.925. The workload variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.932 and a tcount value of -0.086. And the results of the f test show that the dual role variable, work stress and workload have a significant effect on the performance of female employees with a significant value of <0.001 and a Fcount of 18,145 .
