Abstract

Background; In Indonesia, the referral system is organized in a tiered form, which functions as part of the system and relates to each other. Satisfaction is a very important indicator in measuring health services in hospitals. The problem that often occurs in a tiered referral system that affects patient satisfaction is that patients do not understand the tiered referral system. The objectives of the research; Analyzing the level of understanding of the tiered referral system on BPJS patient satisfaction at RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Regency. Methods; This type of research is quantitative with descriptive research design. Result; The level of understanding of the tiered referral system with BPJS patient satisfaction obtained that 4 respondents had a low level of understanding felt less and quite satisfied. A total of 41 respondents had a moderate level of understanding although there were still respondents who felt less satisfied and satisfied, but most respondents who had a moderate level of understanding felt quite satisfied. A total of 10 respondents had a high level of understanding and were satisfied. Summary; There is a significant relationship between the level of understanding of the tiered referral system and BPJS patient satisfaction at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo Regency.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the important things needed by the company, especially hospitals in achieving both short-term and long-term goals. Therefore, improving the performance of hospital employees is one of the most important things to maintain the quality of health services provided to patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the implementation of E-Absenteeism and employee performance at RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. This research method is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive research design that aims to determine the picture of the relationship between the implementation of E-Absenteeism and employee performance at RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen. The population of this study were all non-medical employees working at RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen with a total of 76 employees. The sample of this study was total sampling that met the inclusion criteria. The data collection technique used the Likert scale. Data analysis used the product moment correlation technique with the Alpha Cronbach test technique. The data collection technique used the Spearman Rank test of 0.002 (P <0.05) with a coefficient value of 0.351. That there is a significant relationship between the implementation of E-Absenteeism and employee performance at RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro, Sragen.

Abstract

The main objective of the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and integration capabilities in health services, starting from outpatient services, inpatient services, emergency departments, surgical installations, medical records, nutrition units, and to management. hospital financial accounting. So it is necessary to optimize the use of HMIS will be an effort to improve the quality and quality of services from hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior of nurses in the use of HMIS in Karanganyar District Hospital. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional design. The number of samples used was 67 respondents. The technique of collecting samples by random sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test. From the results of the t-test, it shows that the variable complexity of the tool and motivation has the same value, namely: P-value = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence on the behavior of nurses. While the knowledge and attitude variables had no effect on the behavior of nurses with P-values ​​of 0.109 < 0.05 and 0.134 < 0.05, respectively. For the simultaneous influence of knowledge, attitude, tool complexity, and motivation variables on behavior is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Background; JKN Mobile is a non-face-to-face application that has many features and facilities participants in maximizing the national health insurance program organized by BPJS Health. In 2013, the number of JKN Mobile users in Surakarta reached 373.212 users. Providing information and understanding through video media to the public is a first step in increasing the use of JKN Mobile application. Objective; As a media of information and education to improve the use JKN Mobile applications in the community. Method; The method of this activity is implemented in the form of socialization through video media related to JKN Mobile. Result; Before the education related to the use of JKN Mobile application only 45% of population knew and used the application. After the education, 90% of the people who followed the activity knew and will use the JKN Mobile application to get health services. Conclusion; after educating through the video “ Let’s Use JKN Mobile: Online Health Services Solutions”, the public becomes aware of the use of JKN Mobile applications and will use them to access online health services.

Abstract

The obstacles faced by the senior caders at RW 09 Jebres's current welfare are his ability to provide support to the community. Awareness of the cadres is still low. So the current knowledge, especially the problems of the elderly, is still not updated while the development of science continues to advance, thus making the service of cadres ineffective in the implementation of posyandu activities. Kader Posyandu should create a digital health promotion model like social media. Kader should combine social media with health communication and health promotion plans. There are many interesting online applications for editing content for health promotion, but cadres need to develop their ability to make full use of them. The method used in this digital-based health promotion media planning training is by dividing it into three stages, namely the preparatory stage, the implementation stage, and the post-implementation stage of evaluation and reporting. The event is a community service program held at RW 09 Kelurahan Jebres in July 2024. The result of these training activities is the increased knowledge of senior cadres to design health promotion media (66.7%), while the skills of most cadres are still under-skilled. In the future, he will be able to continue training senior cadres directly on the topic of senior health combined with skills to increase senior productivity

Abstract

Telemedisin sebagai salah satu inovasi di bidang kesehatan, menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan akses dan kualitas layanan kesehatan, terutama di daerah-daerah terpencil. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih terbatas akibat rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai telemedisin melalui sosialisasi dan pengenalan aplikasi Halodoc dan Mobile JKN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain pra-eksperimen. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Maret 2024, di Kelurahan Jebres, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta, dengan peserta yang terdiri dari 20 ibu-ibu PKK. Data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan setelah sosialisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan di kalangan peserta. Sebelum sosialisasi, hanya sebagian kecil peserta yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang telemedisin, namun setelah sosialisasi, hampir seluruh peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi telemedisin dapat secara efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang layanan kesehatan berbasis teknologi. Peningkatan literasi digital di kalangan masyarakat diharapkan dapat memperluas akses dan kualitas layanan kesehatan, serta mendorong adopsi teknologi telemedisin secara lebih luas. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk mengembangkan program sosialisasi berkelanjutan guna mendukung transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan

Abstract

Rekam medis elektronik sangat penting untuk penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan karena informasi di dalamnya berasal dari data dan informasi kesehatan. Dengan demikian, rekam medis elektronik dapat digunakan sebagai indikator kualitas atau kualitas sistem penyelenggaraan pelayanan Kesehatan. Rumah sakit PKU Karanganyar telah mengimplementasikan penggunaan rekam medis elektronik sejak akhir tahun 2023 akan tetapi belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap penerapan rekam medis elektronik sehingga diperlukan upaya evaluasi yang formatif untuk melihat kualitas rekam medis elektronik dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yaitu menilai sebuah sistem berdasarkan dimensi kemudahan (ease of use) dan persepsi manfaat (usefulness) yang dapat mempengaruhi penggunaan sistem (attitude toward using) dan mengaplikasian sistem secara berkelanjutan (actual usage). Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analitik yang bersifat menganalisis dan menyajikan secara sistematik. Subyek dalam penelitian berjumlah 55 orang. Teknik analisis data dengan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived ease of use dengan perceived of usefulness (p-value 0.000, r= 0.832), terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara perceived of usefulness dengan attitude toward using (p-value 0.000, r= 0,689), terdapat pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik antara perceived ease of use dengan attitude toward using (p-value 0.122, r= 0.183), dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara attitude toward using dengan actual usage (p-value 0.000, r= 0.789). penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjelaskan faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna terhadap keberhasilan implementasi rekam medis elektronik.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

Abstract

Percepatan digitalisasi layanan kesehatan di Indonesia mendorong implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di berbagai fasilitas kesehatan. Namun, adopsi RME seringkali menambah beban kerja perawat yang berdampak pada tingkat kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan perawat dalam penggunaan RME di unit rawat jalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 22 perawat dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan spearman rank (Rho) dengan ketentuan α < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dan kepuasan perawat (r = -0,724; p = 0,000), yang berarti semakin tinggi beban kerja, semakin rendah kepuasan perawat terhadap penggunaan RME. Temuan ini mendukung teori NASA-TLX dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), serta memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi peningkatan efektivitas sistem RME dan kesejahteraan kerja perawat di layanan rawat jalan.

Abstract

The current lack of public knowledge regarding telemedicine correlates with its low utilization as a remote health service. This is supported by Central Statistics Agency survey data, which indicates that 58,2% of subjects are unaware of telemedicine, compared to only 41,8% who are familiar with it. This research intended to analyze the determinants of public interest in utilizing telemedicine, employing the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology or UTAUT model, and also social cognitive theory. Quantitative methodology was used, with data collected through a survey of subjects familiar with or using telemedicine. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to investigate the correlation among many variables by assessing both the direct and indirect influences of exogenous variables on endogenous ones. The study was conducted in 2024, involving a total of 215 subjects from various regions, specifically Surakarta, Yogyakarta, and Kalimantan. The study revealed that social influence, self-efficacy, and performance expectancy were significant predictors of individuals' interest in adopting telemedicine. Conversely, effort expectancy, gender, age, and moderating variables did not show a significant effect. This study concludes that strategies focused on increasing self-efficacy, performance expectancy, and social influence need to be optimized to encourage wider adoption of telemedicine services in the community.
