Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya dibidang kesehatan selalu menjadi tujuan pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Telemedice adalah pemakaian telekomunikasi untuk memberikan informasi dan pelayanan medis jarak-jauh. electronic health atau e-health diartikan sebagai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang hemat biaya dan aman untuk mendukung berbagai hal di bidang kesehatan. dalam hal ini tujuan Pengabdian masyrakat yang telah dilaksanakan adalah untuk mengenalkan E-health kepada masyrakat di kelurahan pucangsawit, agar setiap warga dapat memanfaatkan e-health sebagai penunjang untuk pelayanan kesehatan secara jarak jauh atau daring tanpa membuat masyarakat di kelurahan pucangsawit harus melakukan perjalanan keluar rumah, sehingga hasil akhir dari pengenalan E-health tersebut banyak warga yang mulai memanfaatkan E-health guna sebagai media informasi kesehatan dan perawatan kesehetan.

Abstract

Kejadian pasien jatuh merupakan masalah serius dalam pengelolaan perawatan kesehatan, dengan potensi dampak negative terhadap pasien dan biaya perawatan. Pemahaman tenaga Kesehatan tentang faktor – faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap resiko pasien jatuh sangat penting dalam upaya pencegahan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemahaman tenaga kesehatan terkait resiko pasien jatuh di rumah sakit 'Aisyiyah Muntilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan sttudi desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 13 subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 92% tenaga kesehatan memiliki pemahaman yang sangat baik terkait resiko pasien jatuh dan 8% memiliki pemahaman yang baik.

Abstract

Background: Midwifery quality service affect to quality satisfaction level and lead to a decreasing maternal mortality rate and infant mortality rate in Indonesia. Midwifery service is mostly delivered in primary health care. Therefor it is important to analyse the quality of midwifery service. Methode: A cross sectional survey, conducted in 6 primary health care and involving 75 respondents. Two questionaire were used to measure perceptions of midwifery quality service and quality satisfaction level. Result: The results showed the quality of midwifery services affected the level of service satisfaction by 2.8%. The majority of respondents felt that the midwifery service they received was satisfying as many as 39 respondents (52%). However the majority of (92%) in antenatal care the respondents stated their dissatisfaction in antenatal care service. This is caused by communication factors between midwives and patients. Conclusion: Many respondents stated that communication by midwives was still poor. This is caused by several factors including due to personal needs, internal communication factors, and patient service factors at the primary health care. This can be seen from the many respondents who gave an not qualified response to item reliability on the variable quality of midwifery services.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a communication information technology system that can process and integrate all service process flows in the Hospital into a network that coordinates between divisions, both reporting and administrative procedures to be able to obtain precise and accurate information, and is part of a Health Information System. As an effort to improve the performance of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), its implementation must be followed by an evaluation of the system itself to determine the positive aspects that encourage the use of the system and identify factors that cause obstacles. Evaluation is an important thing to do because it can produce negative findings from the use of a system. Evaluation covers various aspects of the use of information and communication technology in hospitals. The HOT-Fit method is one of the theoretical frameworks used to evaluate information systems in the field of health services. The HOT-Fit method also addresses the core components of information systems, namely Human, Organization, Technology and Net Benefit. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) with the HOT-Fit Method in the Outpatient Unit at PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital. The research method used was quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of research on the evaluation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) with the HOT-Fit Method which shows positive and useful things in supporting health services to patients.

Abstract

P-Care BPJS Health is a web-based patient service information system application provided by BPJS Health intended for primary health facilities to provide easy data access to BPJS servers, both registration, diagnosis, therapy, to laboratory services. P-Care was introduced throughout Indonesia in early 2014. The P-Care application has been implemented since 2014, but its use has not been optimal due to several things, one of which is the frequent errors in the P-Care application, namely P-Care officers at health facilities often experience problems when entering BPJS patient data, causing officers perform double entry of BPJS patient data. The purpose of this activity is to assist officers in optimizing the use of the BPJS P-Care application. The method used in the form of counseling and interviews. As a result of this activity, officers better understand how to use the BPJS P-Care application.

Abstract

Patient safety includes safe care, risk assessment, risk management, and incident reporting. The most frequent patient safety incidents are falls, which rank second after medication errors. Objective: To analyze the knowledge and compliance of nurses in implementing prevention for patients at risk of falls in the inpatient room at PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital. Method: This research uses mixed methods, which combines collection, analysis and mixing of quantitative and qualitative data in one study. The research population was 20 nurses at the PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital Inpatient Installation in 2024. Results: Respondents aged 26-35 years (45%), female (85%), last education was D-III Nursing (80%), and length of service 1-5 years (40%). Most respondents had a high level of knowledge (70%), and high compliance (80%). Nurses with poor knowledge who did not comply were 66.7%, while all nurses with good knowledge complied 100%. Chi-square analysis was 0.003, showing that compliance was influenced by level of knowledge, length of work, age, and self-awareness. Conclusion: A nurse's compliance cannot be separated from the nurse's level of knowledge in implementing risk prevention for patient falls. Apart from the level of knowledge, length of work and a person's age also greatly influence the implementation of risk prevention for patient falls, a person's lack of self-awareness can also influence a person's compliance to progress and be successful.

Abstract

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Abstract

This community service activity is carried out to increase the knowledge and understanding of the Sanggrahan Village community regarding the use of the JKN mobile application. As well as providing an understanding of the features contained in the JKN mobile application. The implementation period of activities with a period of 1 month. After the counseling, this community service activity is expected to increase the knowledge and understanding of Sanggrahan Village residents regarding the use of the JKN mobile application. Object of this community service activity is the community in Sanggrahan Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. Method used is counseling and explaining the features contained in the JKN mobile application. The education provided is about the national health insurance program (JKN) and the use of the JKN mobile application to make it easier for the public to access national health insurance services (JKN). Outreach results can be measured through a questionnaire that will be given to participants at the time of counseling in Sanggrahan Village. Results of this community service showed that 59% of the community felt helped by the JKN mobile application. It is easier for the public to access health services by utilizing the features in the JKN mobile application. For the level of user satisfaction, 51% of the public expressed satisfaction in using the JKN mobile application. Conclusion This Community Service Activity really helps the community in optimizing the use of the JKN mobile application

The results show that the ease of application achieved a score of 65.9%, suitability of content 69.4%, completeness reached a score of 58.8%, suitability of desired knowledge needs 52.9% and help make it easier to understand maintenance science reached 70%. Simpulan Aplikasi SBCMomBoby dapat dengan mudah The application is used, appropriate for baby care content, comprehensive, and facilitates understanding of baby care knowledge. However, it does not fully meet the desires of postpartum mothers regarding certain knowledge that has not been included in the SBC MomBaby application.

Abstract

Background: Telemedicine is a long-distance health service carried out by health professionals using information and communication technology, and this is also expected to include the exchange of information for diagnosis, treatment, prevention of injury and research as well as evaluation of education. Research objective: is to determine the analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. The specific objective of this research is to find out: To determine the percentage of community satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application ( Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. To find out the percentage of good or bad implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Method: This research is quantitative research with a survey approach. This research aims to collect numerical data to measure an analysis of the level of community satisfaction with the implementation of the Telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village. Results: Based on data analysis and discussion, the results of the research can be stated. It can be seen from the values ​​presented, the researcher found that good service quality will provide satisfaction for users. Conclusion: An overview of the level of community satisfaction in Sanggrahan Village is high for 50 respondents (100% ).The description of the implementation of the Mobile JKN application in Sanggrahan Village is mostly high with 40 respondents (80%). There is a relationship between community satisfaction with the implementation of the telemedicine technology health service application (Mobile JKN) in Sanggrahan Village, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05 ).
