Abstract

The entrepreneurial spirit and value can be influenced through the initiation process, and business training. pharmacological analysis of teak shoots (Tectona Grandis l.f) had antibacterial, antioxidant, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, anti-diuretic, and hypoglycemic activity. The use of teak leaves in the form of easy use should be disseminated and introduced through initiation and entrepreneurship training. The results of this studied indicate had a significant influence between initiation and training of teak leaf packaging with the entrepreneurial spirit and  value. Entrepreneurship training can provide a good / positive contribution to the implementation of the business of students participating in the training because it helps in solving the obstacles that have been whacking business students. Semangat dan nilai kewirausahaan dapat dipengaruhi melalui proses inisiasi, dan pelatihan bisnis. Analisis farmakologis tunas jati (Tectona Grandis l.f) memiliki aktivitas antibakteri, antioksidan, antijamur, antiinflamasi, antipiretik, analgesik, anti diuretik, dan hipoglikemik. Penggunaan daun jati dalam bentuk mudah digunakan harus disebarluaskan dan diperkenalkan melalui pelatihan inisiasi dan kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan antara inisiasi dan pelatihan pengemasan daun jati dengan semangat dan nilai wirausaha. Pelatihan kewirausahaan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik / positif untuk pelaksanaan bisnis siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan karena membantu dalam memecahkan hambatan yang telah memukul siswa bisnis.

Abstract

Batas kelulusan (standart setting) atau disebut juga kriteria ketuntasan minimal pada mata pelajaran kimia ditentukan berdasarkan kurikulum yang berbasis indikator yang dapat dicapai oleh siswa setelah proses pembelajaran atau batas kelulusan yang ditentukan pemerintah.Pada metode diatas, butir-butir tes ditentukan tingkat kesulitannya, ke- mudian butir-butir tersebut diurutkan berdasarkan tingkat kesulitannya yang selanjutnya menjadi nomor halaman. Pelaksanaan metode ini melibatkan guru kimia berpengala- man sebagai panelis yang menentukan pada halaman bera- pa peserta mulai tidak bisa mengerjakan, dan memerlukan suatu tes/perangkat ujian mata pelajaran kimia yang ter- standar, dan instrumen sederhana untuk menuliskan hasil tiap panelis. Tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan, putaran 1, dan putaran 2. Rerata hasil putaran 1 dan 2 merupakan hasil penentuan batas kelulusan mata pelajaran kimia

Abstract

This article discuss about the RD&D stages that will be used to develop the MESp digital platform. This RD&D stage is done in stages and cyclically. Each phase is evaluated, with the hope that a valid, practical and effective product will be produced, and has been tested. The development of the MESp digital platform uses the RD&D method, using the literature review method. The RD&D phases consist of: Research (Analysis, Define), Development (Design, Demonstration, Development), Diffusion (Delivery, Diffusion, Adoption). Each phase is equipped with sub-activities that must be done. Each phase evaluates PAI (Purphose, Activities, Interim Product). Users are allowed to move to the next phase, when an evaluation has been produced that can answer: the achievement of its objectives, the activities that have been done, and the temporary products produced. Users are given the freedom to add sub-activities from each phase, if that necessary and for a clear reason.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat berbentuk program (perangkat lunak) untuk komputer dengan model pengembangan jenis Unified Process (UP). Pengembangan ini memerlukan program Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 (Visual Basic.Net) dengan MySQL Workbench 8.0 CE sebagai database. Setelah program dibuat, program ini dilakukan uji unit, integration, validation (alpha and beta testing) dan system testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, program ini dinilai sangat layak. Pengujian unit dan integration mencapai tingkat keberhasilan 100%. Hasil validation testing menunjukkan angka V = 0,95, dianggap memadai. Terakhir, hasil system testing menunjukkan rata-rata maintainability index sebesar 63,16 (daerah hijau) dan navigasi berfungsi mencapai 100% saat dijalankan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the feasibility of the test instrument as a measuring tool for student knowledge of alkane compounds in the online form of 15 multiple choice questions on the concept of characteristics, physical properties, and nomenclature of alkanes. The questions were tested on 85 students who had studied the subject of alkanes. The feasibility analysis includes the level of problem difficulty, construct validity, content validity, and reliability. The results of the analysis show that the items developed are feasible according to the Rasch model.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that early childhood cognitive development is still lacking due to monotonous learning. The research objective was to determine the level of cognitive development through the introduction of number symbols. This research is a descriptive qualitative type. Research setting at PGIT Al Firdaus Nogosari, Boyolali from July to September 2020. The research subjects were center teachers, principal informants and students. Collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used data triangulation technique. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the implementation of learning on the cognitive aspect of recognizing the symbol of numbers in the preparation center consists of 1. Learning planning by compiling Prota, Prosem, RPPM and RPPH. 2. Implementation of learning by introducing number symbols, counting using fingers, and connecting objects with a number symbol, closing activities are carried out by recalling. 3. The assessment is carried out using the child's daily assessment and anecdotal notes.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic caused teachers to experience difficulties in assessing students' psychomotor abilities in online learning. Application of learning practicum activities with strategies to improve student skills and assist teachers in assessing their psychomotor abilities. This study aims to determine the psychomotor abilities of students on the rate of reaction during practicum learning activities at SMAN 8 Semarang. The basis of this study was the use of qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling with a sample of 14 students of class XI MIPA 5. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of data analysis with the help of NVIVO software showed psychomotor skills with different levels of ability in the aspects of moving, manipulating, communicating, and creating. However, the difficulty lies in all sub-indicators of psychomotor abilities, including the ability to measure volume, measure solution temperature, listen to opinions, analyze problems, and compile practicum reports.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk mengidentifikasi dampak kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, serta pengelolaan konflik pada stres kerja guru di Madrasah. Metode yang dipergunakan ialah pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisa data dijalankan dengan memakai analisa deskriptif serta analisa inferensial (analisa jalur). Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika (1) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (2) kecerdasan spiritual secara langsung memberi pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada pengelolaan konflik di Madrasah . (3) kecerdasan emosional secara langsung memberi pengaruh negatif serta signifikan pada Stres kerja guru di Madrasah . Abstract

Understanding the Nature of Science (NoS) could help improve thinking and reasoning skills. Students could use their critical thinking (CT) skills to help themselves in solving problems. Based on the NoS, this study sought to assess the CT skills of chemistry pre-service teachers at university. This study used a qualitative with a case study as the method. A purposive sampling technique was elaborated to select the research object. The respondents were chemistry students at university. The data sources were open-ended questions and interviews from the NoS questionnaire. The method of data triangulation was employed to conclude the study findings. The results showed that the CT skills possessed by chemistry pre-service teachers: were interpretation skills, inference skills, and self-regulation skills. Those skills were still in the low category. The participants also lacked in explaining, evaluating, and analyzing the students' abilities. Thus, the understanding of NoS informants can be categorized in the transitional cohort. The research findings became the department's input because some students still struggled to analyze NoS aspects in chemistry, especially through each stage of CT skills. Hence, future research is suggested to develop the students' CT skills in applying the NoS aspect in chemistry learning, especially for the pre-service teacher.

Abstract

. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4D yang diintegrasikan dengan model pengembangan Luther. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I SD di wilayah Kendal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang berfokus ada tiga hal yaitu kevalidan, diperoleh melalui validasi oleh validator; keefektifan, diperoleh melalui hasil belajar dan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran; kepraktisan, diperoleh dari instrumen penilaian oleh validator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kevalidan yaitu 0.92. prosedur penggunaan media Pembelajaran happy body sudah sangat baik dengan rata-rata total skor sebesar 3,66. Implementasi media happy bodi terhadap Siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan meningkat menjadi 28 siswa atau 93%.
