Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan guru IPS dalam menggunakan media dan bahan ajar berbasis digital dan mendeskripsikan hambatan guru IPS dalam menggunakan media dan bahan ajar berbasis digital di SMP Negeri 12 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan data reduction, data display, dan verification. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan bahwa dalam menggunakan media dan bahan ajar berbasis digital pada perencanaan pembelajaran oleh guru IPS sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik akan tetapi belum bisa dikatakan berhasil karena kurangnya pemahaman guru IPS dalam menggunakan media dan bahan ajar berbasis digital dengan baik dan benar, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perencanaan yang dibuat oleh guru IPS sebagian belum memperhatikan indikator dari unsur perencanaan baik itu dari segi ilmiah, relevan, sistematis, konsisten, memadai, aktual konseptual, fleksibel dan menyeluruh. Hambatan guru IPS dalam menggunakan media dan bahan ajar berbasis digital antara lain guru kurang mahir, sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, kesulitan dalam merancang media dan bahan ajar berbasis digital dan keterampilan dan kreativitas guru IPS memang masih kurang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the management and leadership of the kiai at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School in Jakarta so that it continues to exist and even becomes a prototype of the leadership and management of modern Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The research used a descriptive qualitative method which was carried out by collecting data obtained from documentation, observation and interviews, and supported by literature studies, both from books and journals. The results of the study show that the modernity of Pondok Darunnajah is seen in the management implementation which is different from other Islamic boarding schools in general. Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School management is carried out based on the principles of transparency and accountability as well as togetherness. Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School adheres to a collective leadership model

Abstract

Dalam rangka melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya seorang kepala madrasah dituntut memiliki beberapa kemampuan dan keterampilan, yang ditunjukkan dalam bentuk kinerjanya. Hanya saja tidak semua kepala madrasah memiliki kualitas kinerja yang baik, sehingga perlu dilakukan berbagai macam upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja kepala madrasah tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepemimpinan kepala madrasah sebagai agen perubahan, agen penggerak, visioner, kepala madrasah sebagai penentu kualitas dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian tindakan Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang, yang terdiri dari 1 orang kepala Madrasah, 6 orang guru, dan 1 orang pegawai tata usaha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan pemberian kuisioner. Data hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif yaitu dengan mencari rata-rata peningkatan kinerja kepala madrasah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru serta out put yan dihasilkan.

Abstract

Library, as a place holding pivotal roles to support instructions at schools, should be led by a competent and qualified leader. The present research is purposefully conducted to assess the training program intended for school library leader candidates. Qualitative method was employed by the implementation of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model. The data were collected through observations, interviews and document analysis. Snowball sampling technique was utilized to choose the research participants. The participants involved in this research were the head of assurance council, the head of training program, and the training partners. The present research indicates the following findings. Generally, the training is regarded as successfully implemented. To be more specific, 1) context evaluation assesses legal standing, objectives, and target of the training; 2) input evaluation assesses resource of the training; 3) process evaluation assesses trainee recruitment, teaching and learning process, and monitoring-evaluation of the training; and 4) product evaluation assesses cognitive, affective and skill domain of the trainees. The present research implies program segmentation for each level of education due to different problems encountered in reality. Training resource aspect also needs special attention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze efforts of cultivation of religious values through school culture at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) of South Bengkulu, describe the support of school culture for disseminating religious values at the MAN of South Bengkulu and identify the factors that influence the application of religion-based character values through school culture at MAN of South Bengkulu. This study uses descriptive qualitative research. The Madrasah head, student advisers, teachers, and students of MAN South Bengkulu provide the most information. This research uses interviews, observations, and documentation. Results of this study: Providing literacy to Islamic religious values, conducting value transactions, and internalising values like worship, discipline, honesty, obedience to rules, responsibility, motivation, keeping the environment clean, tolerance, democracy, togetherness, and caring for others through academic and social culture are examples of value transformation. Second, support a school culture that promotes religious-based character values like praying and trying well, being polite and kind, respecting others, honest in learning, diligent, disciplined, following school rules and teacher rules, self-motivated, and responsible. Third, teachers' active participation in school programmes, competence in their fields, trained teachers and staff with undergraduate to doctoral education, dormitory buildings, etc., influence religious character values in school culture at MAN South Bengkulu.
