Abstract

Software development has various methods, so the choice of software software method for a developer is very important in order to produce quality software according to standards. Based on this description, the importance of knowledge for a developer in choosing a development method, the authors will conduct a literature review in mobile software development methods. The choice of mobile software development method itself is due to the current mass shift among software providers from desktop and web to mobile. This systematic review aims to analyze a mobile-based software development model. In the compilation of this systematic review we use the new PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis). This review shows the predominant method used in the development of mobile-based male devices. The conclusion of this systematic review is that the most commonly used software development models in mobile software.

Abstract

Franchise business is a business which has high number of raw material transactions with more than 1300 partners number. Currently, the transaction logging is still done manually which relies on the conventional documents, therefore the overall transaction recording of raw materials in the form of database is really necessary to minimize the errors in terms of the data management. The database management system certainly holds an important role in this case. This system is able to provide assistance in solving problems, to speed up the transaction process of incoming and outgoing goods and also to produce report of raw materials in every distributor or every franchise partner

Abstract

The concept of a SmartCity which is becoming a big issue in big cities around the world encourages the active role and participation of the community in city management using a citizen centric approach so that there is a more dynamic and close interaction between citizens and service providers. The aim of implementing a SmartCity is to be able to form and implement a city that is safe, comfortable, controlled and facilitates access for its citizens and strengthens the competitiveness of the city in terms of economy, social and technology. SmartCity must have a strong governance-oriented approach that emphasizes the role of social capital and relationships in urban development. The Smart City concept is no longer limited to ICT diffusion, but looks at people and society's needs. To meet and exceed citizen expectations, city leaders must innovate in core service areas in the application of the SmartCity concept. In order to create innovative, creative and resilient leaders, it is necessary to design a Smart Integrated Leadership (SMILE) to support the success of a SmartCity.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) is to create alignment between the enterprise architecture and the strategic plans of institutions and business functions, allocation of institutional resources, and selection of information technology tailored to the institutional business needs. To develop the application of EA, an EA methodology is needed with a Blended Methodology approach from several EA (Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodologies, The Open Group Architecture Framework - Architecture Development Method (TOGAF-ADM), Oracle Architecture Development Process (OADP), Enterprise Unified Process. (EUP). By knowing the relationship between several EA methodologies, a new methodology can be generated that can help develop the EA implementation of an institution to achieve its strategic objectives.

Abstract

This research will evaluate the ERP application which has implemented in PT. Bozzeto Indonesia. The application of the information system used only by some of department. Some of them are money accounting department, sales marketing, and production department. As known that inside ERP system there are so many modules in it. Every department using different module for inputting the data, to determine the component of information system running well need the evaluation process. this research aimed to evaluate the running system and to analysis the strength and the weakness of ERP PT. Bozzeto Indonesia information system which used Framework pieces by measuring six variables they are performances information/data, economic, control, efficiency, and services. Which has an analysis point is evaluation referential and information system analysis also to determined what is the impact of profit rate that increase in system used for make the company follow up from the business prospect for facing the global defiance. The results of the research show that ERP PT. Bozzeto Indonesia information system that is using by the company has many advantages and strength that support the business company but also found the disadvantages and weakness so that ERP PT. Bozzeto Indonesia information system need to improve.

Abstract

Data is a collection of various kinds of facts that are stored but do not have meaning. Mining is a mining process. So data mining can be interpreted as the process of mining large and complex amounts of data for new knowledge or information that can be useful for data owners. There is a sequence of systematic ways to solve problems in Data Mining, known as Data Mining algorithms. The IEEE International Conference on data mining which was conducted in 2006 produced the 10 most frequently used data mining algorithms by the research community around the world. Two of the ten most commonly used algorithms are the C4.5 algorithm and the Support Vector Modeling (SVM) algorithm. The methodology used in this research is The Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stage. This study aims to compare the C4.5 with the SVM in terms of performance where what will be seen is the value of Area Under Curve (AUC), Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC), Accuracy, Error, Precison, and Recall.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the selection of raw water source options at the location of Pamsimas III program. This analysis will affect the condition of the facilities that will function properly. The data mining method used in this study is a classification model with the Naive Bayes algorithm using the Rapidminer application tool. The data processed is SIM Pamsimas III data with the object of research on the new village drinking water facilities for the 2017-2019 Pamsimas program. This research analyzes the prediction of the condition of drinking water facilities based on the option of raw water sources. So this research can helps to determine the level of potential facilities that will function properly based on the specified raw water source options. Based on the research conducted, predictive analysis using Naive Bayes has an accuracy rate of 85.05%. So that the selection of the raw water source option can predict the condition of the drinking water facilities being built will function properly.

Abstract

Changes in information and communication technology necessitate rapid adaptation in the application of technology to the learning process in education. As participants in learning activities, teachers are required to be able to develop engaging, technology-based learning models, one of which is the use of interactive multimedia learning resources. In vocational high school learning, there are 2D animation courses that teach the fundamentals of creating 2D animation. This subject is interesting because it can be a forum for students' creative skills; therefore, it is highly appropriate to use Interactive Learning media, which can reduce a static atmosphere and create an effective, interesting, interactive, and enjoyable learning process. In this study, interactive multimedia learning is implemented in 2D animation classes in vocational high schools by modifying the 2D animation learning curriculum. The approach of application development employs the Multimedia Development Life Cycle model, which comprises of the steps of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, and testing. The concept of multimedia design employs the notion of simplicity, which tries to make the material's content not overly complex, concise, clear, instructive, and convincing in order to pique students' interest. Testing the program utilizing a blackbox technique that demonstrates the application has functioned properly and is in compliance with the user needs analysis.
