Abstract

This study highlights the need to actualize the multi-stakeholder coordination process in a child civil registration service. The idea of multi-stakeholder coordination in a public service arises from taking one of the essences of the concept of collaborative governance. This research uses a qualitative approach with the locus located in Bandar Lampung City. Coordination-based public services were initiated by the Bandar Lampung Population and Civil Registration Service as an innovation to optimize civil registration for children. The results of this study show that coordinating public service has succeeded in having a good impact on the ownership of population administration at the age of the child. Criticism that the coordination context that needs to be actualized is present after showing that all children in Bandar Lampung have not yet had a population administration document sent as regulated by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Demonstrations are frequently characterized merely as protests against government policies or expressions of public dissent. However, viewed through the lens of Jürgen Habermas' deliberative democracy, they possess profound significance. Beyond mere confrontation, demonstrations serve as an arena for public communication where citizens interact, deliberate, and shape a collective political will. This study investigates the significant wave of protests across Indonesia in late 2025, demanding transparency and accountability in public budget management— specifically concerning the salary and allowance hikes for House of Representatives(DPR) members. Employing a qualitative case study design and critical discourse analysis, this research reveals that demonstrations function as informal deliberative spaces operating outside state institutions. Through spontaneous communication, participants not only articulate political demands but also construct a shared understanding of public exigencies, particularly fiscal justice and financial accountability. This phenomenon illustrates that deliberative practices are not confined to formal forums; they can emerge organically on the streets, transforming citizens into active subjects of policy discourse. Consequently, this study validates demonstrations as a legitimate component of Indonesia's deliberative democracy and contributes to the conceptual strengthening of participatory and responsive public governance.

Abstract

Kesenjangan partisipasi perempuan dalam pendidikan tinggi masih menjadi tantangan di berbagai wilayah, termasuk di lingkungan pesantren. Padahal, pendidikan tinggi merupakan instrumen penting bagi pemberdayaan perempuan agar mampu berperan aktif dalam pembangunan di era global. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran santriwati Pesantren Putri Diniyyah Putri, Lampung, terhadap pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi sebagai bagian dari strategi pemberdayaan perempuan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi interaktif dan reflektif yang mencakup ceramah motivatif, diskusi kelompok, serta sesi refleksi bersama alumni pesantren yang telah menempuh pendidikan tinggi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan tingkat pemahaman dan motivasi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran dan aspirasi santriwati terhadap pendidikan tinggi, disertai penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman yang mendukung semangat belajar sepanjang hayat. Kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pesantren memiliki potensi strategis sebagai ruang pembentukan kesadaran kritis perempuan dan pusat pemberdayaan yang berakar pada nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual Islam.

Abstract

This research targets micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Bandar Lampung, Indonesia with operational resilience among MSMEs using a local economic governance system that relates to well-being employees as core issues. It uses an exploratory qualitative research design with thematic analysis; primary data collected included interviews of local practitioners that fulfilled the sample criteria were paired with secondary data from official documents, industry and governance reports as well as policy and regulatory literature. The research indicates that these businesses are more than small economic units — they support family income and facilitate the operation of the local economy as social spaces. Moreover, through the lens of public administration, this research describes economic governance as a bridge between central government administrative competence and economic behaviour, alongside recasting how MSME resilience is measured. The revised criteria require the measurements to go beyond the single requirement of business survival, and add new dimensions: retaining staff to stabilize employment and safeguarding employee well-being. Drawing on the legal authority granted to governments at all levels to support, protect, and empower MSMEs under  Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 2021 and  and similar regulations at the local level, this study puts forward the policy proposition that governments must participate in strengthening local economic governance.

Abstract

Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih merupakan instrumen kelembagaan ekonomi yang diarahkan untuk memperkuat aktivitas ekonomi berbasis anggota di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Keberadaannya tidak hanya menuntut legalitas, tetapi juga kapasitas pengelolaan yang mumpuni, mencakup aspek pemahaman kebijakan, tata kelola keuangan, serta kemampuan mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada 4 Februari 2026 di Kelurahan Kupang Kota, Bandar Lampung, dengan tujuan memperkuat pemahaman pengurus koperasi agar mampu mengelola organisasi secara lebih terarah, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan. Dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat, kegiatan ini menyajikan materi terkait regulasi, pengelolaan keuangan, serta strategi pengembangan usaha melalui metode edukasi, ceramah interaktif, dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penguatan koperasi memerlukan pendekatan terpadu yang mencakup pemahaman regulasi, penataan administrasi, tertib pencatatan keuangan, serta pemetaan potensi lokal. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara keilmuan dalam mendukung pengelolaan Koperasi Merah Putih di tingkat kelurahan.
