Abstract

Tahapan pembangunan perangkat lunak atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) memiliki beberapa tahapan termasuk tahapan analisis. Dalam tahap analisis pemodelan ke dalam bentuk diagram biasanya dilakukan secara mendalam untuk memodelkan masalah yang dihadapi. UML merupakan bahasa de facto dalam pemodelan kebutuhan perangkat lunak berorientasi objek. Aplikasi pemodelan yang berkembang mayoritas lebih ditujukan untuk dunia industri serta memerlukan instalasi dan lisensi yang terbatas. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pemodelan kebutuhan perangkat lunak khususnya pemodelan class diagram. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis web, sehingga tidak perlu ada instalasi dan tidak perlu membayar lisensi. Fitur yang dikembangkan yakni pengenalan notasi-notasi class diagram beserta  penjelasannya. Aplikasi juga menyediakan area kerja untuk menggambarkan diagram beserta fitur cetak hasil diagram yang telah dibuat. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan prototyping, sehingga didapatkan prototipe aplikasi. Prototipe aplikasi dapat terus dikembangkan sehingga mendapat hasil yang maksimal. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan metode pengujian black box didapatkan bahwa 100% fungsi berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan pengujian user acceptance dengan tiga parameter didapatkan bahwa 92% responden setuju bahwa aplikasi memiliki kinerja yang baik, 90% responden setuju aplikasi mudah digunakan dan 89% responden puas terhadap aplikasi yang dibangun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas masalah ketidakseimbangan data dalam klasifikasi risiko stroke, di mana kasus non-stroke secara signifikan lebih rendah daripada kasus stroke. Ketidakseimbangan kelas cenderung menimbulkan bias terhadap kelas mayoritas, yang menyebabkan berkurangnya efektivitas klasifikasi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, SMOTE (Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique) digunakan untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan kelas dalam dataset dan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) digunakan untuk klasifikasi. Dataset mengalami preprocessing, aplikasi SMOTE, dan algoritma KNN dilatih dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik standar termasuk akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1-score. Penerapan SMOTE bersama dengan KNN menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil klasifikasi, mencapai akurasi 91,87%, presisi 94,27%, recall 89,20%, dan F1-score 91,66%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan yang diimplementasikan berkinerja baik dalam mendeteksi risiko stroke meskipun ada set data yang tidak seimbang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginformasikan kemajuan teknologi deteksi dini stroke yang lebih kuat dan mendukung peningkatan dalam penyediaan layanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Sistem Pendidikan Indonesia sering berubah – ubah berdasarkan perkembangan teknologi di Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada setiap sekolah baik SD/MI sampai jenjang SMA/SMK. Pada kurikulum 2013 terjadi perubahan baik dalam materi maupun administrasi. Di bidang materi setiap guru bisa mempersiapkan dengan baik dan terpercaya. Namun untuk segi administrasi diperlukan waktu untuk mempelajarinya khususnya dalam pembuatan raport. Untuk itu, maka dinas pendidikan memberikan sistem yang dipelajari oleh setiap guru yang sudah menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Sehingga perlu diadakan pendampingan agar dalam pembuatan raport kurikulum 2013 bisa direalisasikan. Sebagai hasil dari pendampingan ini, maka setiap guru bisa membuat raport kurikulum 2013 dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

BPJS (Social Security Provider) Employment Branch Pekalongan has the Information Technology division that having  responsibilities to implement data recapitulation such as  incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, and inventory data. Currently the data management still uses conventional methods that is manual system resulting some problems, these are; really takes time in searching data and less effective in doing the job. The aim of this study are to design and to build a system inventory information on BPJS Employment Branch Pekalongan supported by waterfall method. In the information system has the features of good data management items of incoming and outgoing goods. Continued to make the reports that can be printed in pdf format. The evaluation was done to measure several parameters such as the usefulness of the application parameters, usability and user satisfaction. Based on the results of the evaluation in the user environment involving four respondents obtained positive results. This indicates that the information system has the benefit value, usefulness and help in improving the performance of the relevant sections.

Abstract

Penggunaan media edukasi dewasa ini semakin berkembang ke beberapa platform seperti website. Developer aplikasi media edukasi perlu memperhatikan antarmuka yang baik agar interaksi pengguna dengan aplikasi berjalan dengan baik dan nyaman. Salah satu media edukasi keluarga berbasis website yakni mendadakparenting.com. Website ini kami evaluasi kepada pengguna dengan  memperhatikan fitur dan menu yang belum tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki desain dan meningkatkan ketertarikan pengguna dalam menggunakan media edukasi keluarga berupa website tersebut. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode design thinking. Pemilihan metode ini telah kami pertimbangkan karena cocok dengan pendekatan kepada pengguna. Teknik evaluasi yang kami gunakan adalah system usability scale. Pada kuisioner sebelum dilakukan perancangan ulang didapatkan skor 65.3, sehingga memang perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang. Kemudian setelah kami lakukan perancangan ulang dengan penambahan beberapa fitur sesuai masukan pengguna. Tingkat kemudahan berdasarkan evaluasi kepada pengguna mengenai perancangan aplikasi website media edukasi keluarga menghasilkan skor 82 dengan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi, skala nilainya A, dan rating adjektifnya masuk dalam kriteria luar biasa. Sehingga redesign yang telah kami lakukan berhasil sesuai hasil evaluasi SUS.

Abstract

News has a major role as a source of information to convey reports on opinions, events, and the latest findings in various aspects of life. News headlines, as an important component, can be a determinant of news content. The sentiment contained in news headlines can be classified using sentiment analysts, as is the case in the online media platform Kompas.TV. News headlines are retrieved using an automated program that utilises the HTML body with the help of NodeJs as the technology for program creation. This research is focused on the application of Naïve Bayes Classifier method to classify sentiment on Kompas.TV news headlines in Semarang City. The results showed an accuracy rate of 91.04%, with a ratio of training data and test data of 90:10. The conclusion of this study is that the Naïve Bayes Classifier method is effective in identifying news headlines with negative sentiment on Kompas.TV, with a precision of 89% and recall of 94%. This finding makes a positive contribution to the understanding of sentiment analysis on news headlines in online media, especially in the context of Kompas.TV news in Semarang City.

Abstract

UPT Puskesmas Tirto is a public health center located in the West Pekalongan sub-district that provides maternal and child health poly services.  This poly provides educational services related to the problem of stunting in children through Posyandu activities. However, providing educational services is less effective and efficient because some parents do not have much time to attend counseling so information is not conveyed properly. This research aims to optimize the provision of educational services to parents, prospective mothers, and young women through the use of information technology by developing a website-based stunting prevention educational media service using the ReactJs framework. The development process of this research is carried out by prototyping method. Based on the results of testing using the Blackbox method, it shows that the main features such as nutrition check services, consultation services with Puskesmas nutritionists, and literacy services in the form of articles in the application can run well according to their functions in providing stunting prevention information with 100% results.

Abstract

Car rental has become one of the most profitable industries, as cars have become an essential means of transportation for various societal needs, such as family activities and work. Many car rental companies still rely on conventional methods for promotions and reservations. There is one car rental place whose rental and promotion system still uses WhatsApp chat and telephone or comes directly to the rental. A website-shaped system is crucial as a company platform to showcase available vehicles, enable online transactions for rentals, and facilitate easy and convenient payments. The development of this website involves prototyping with PHP and MySQL programming languages, and the payment system incorporates the Midtrans payment gateway. The system is tested using Blackbox and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This website's development aims to simplify the booking process for customers and enhance the company's ability to manage vehicle data and payments efficiently. Following the system's construction, testing is conducted, with the results of the UAT indicating a user satisfaction score of 90.8%. Based on the evaluation, the majority of users strongly agree with the developed application.

Abstract

Information technology has developed and provided progress such as the increasing use of computers and the internet in the world, especially in the world of education. Through computers and the internet, all information can be disseminated and can be used as learning materials for students. The development of information technology and the internet, not all information is disseminated positively. Some information is disseminated negatively such as fake news (hoaxes), radicalism, and hate speech. There needs to be skills in using the development of information technology. Digital literacy trains users not only to be proficient in using information technology but also to have the ability to think critically, creatively, and innovatively to produce digital competence. SMA At Thohiriyyah is one of the high schools in Semarang that focuses on understanding and improving the abilities of its students in digital literacy. Insight is needed for SMA At Thohiriyyah students in understanding the importance of digital literacy. Animation video training is one way to increase student creativity in digital literacy in creating learning videos. With this training, it is hoped that students can develop learning videos that can be used on social media such as YouTube

Abstract

Digitalization drives business service optimization through more efficient and interactive systems. E-catalogs enable structured product information delivery but still have limitations in product search and customer interaction, which rely heavily on administrators. This study proposes the integration of a decision tree-based chatbot in a web-based e-catalog to enhance service efficiency and user experience. The prototyping method was implemented through four stages: requirement identification via interviews and observations, system design involving user interface and chatbot interaction flow, web-based implementation, and testing using Black-box Testing for functionality evaluation and the System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure user satisfaction. The results indicate that the system improves product search and ordering efficiency, with the chatbot providing automatic recommendations and reducing the workload of administrators. All system features functioned properly, and the SUS evaluation yielded an average score of 87.2. It is reflecting a high level of user satisfaction. The integration of chatbots in e-catalogs has proven to enhance service efficiency and customer interaction and can be applied to other SMEs facing challenges in digital promotion and order management.
