Abstract

Implementasi RME dapat mengubah cara rumah sakit mengelola dan mengakses informasi pasien. Dengan RME, data medis pasien tersedia secara elektronik, mudah diakses, dan dapat dibagikan antara departemen dan profesional kesehatan yang terlibat dalam perawatan pasien. Hal ini memungkinkan koordinasi yang lebih baik antara tim medis, mengurangi risiko kesalahan, dan meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan diagnosis. Dalam implementasi RME merupakan langkah penting dalam peningkatan mutu rumah sakit. Dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan data medis, rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan keamanan pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, analisis data yang canggih juga memungkinkan perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam pelayanan dan pengambilan keputusan klinis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan rekam medis elektronik dengan mutu pelayanan. Metode penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional, merupakan penelitian yang di lakukan pada saat waktu dan satu kali, tidak ada follow up, untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikasi pada uji chi square ialah 0.000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara penggunaan rekam medis elektronik dengan mutu pelayanan.

Abstract

RINGKASAN - Kegiatan Pengolahan penyimpanan rekam medis pasien semakin cepat kegiatan pengolahan berkas dapat diselesaikan jika dikembalikan ke unit rekam medis tepat waktu disebut pengembalian berkas rekam medis. Pengolahan berkas rekm medis merupakan tindakan pengolahan berkas data pasien. pengembalian berkas rekam medis yang tidak tepat akan menghambat tugas-tugas seperti assembling, coding, analysis, dan indexing serta dapat meningkatkan bahaya kehilangan atau kerusakan karena berkas rekam medis tidak disimpan di ruang penyimpanan berkas medis yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan: tujuan pengamatan ini adalah faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakketepatan Sejarah medis para profesional medis adalah sesuatu yang ingin didokumentasikan oleh penulis. mengambil judul Ketidaktepatan Penjajaran Rekam Medis Rawat Jalan di Unit filing RS X Batam. Metode: Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu dengan wawancara dan mengobservasi kegiatan penyimpanan berkas rekam medis. Metode wawancara dilakukan dengan cara bertanya langsung dengan petugas rekam medis Sedangkan metode observasi dilakukan dengan cara mengamati langsung proses petugas rekam medis pada penyimpanan. Hasil: Setelah dianalisis maka hasil pengamatan faktor ketidaktepatan penyimpanan rekam medis oleh tenaga medis dan penyimpanan rekam medis pasien baru. Oleh sebab itu perlunya ketelitian petugas, dan perlunya monitoring.Kata Kunci: penjajaran, ketidaktepatan, penyimpanan.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has highlighted the importance of integrating routine and high-quality data as part of the digital transformation process. One crucial data component that needs to be maintained is the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Puskesmas Baloi Permai is currently piloting the implementation of EMR and requires technical assistance in digitizing paper-based medical records into electronic form. Digitization is necessary to ensure the continuity of patients' medical history information. This effort aims to support the successful implementation of EMR at Puskesmas Baloi Permai. Solutions are implemented to address the partner's challenges through training and the transfer of knowledge and technology. Training activities involve counseling and demonstrations. The knowledge and technology transfer in Puskesmas Baloi Permai entails introducing new methods and technologies for digitizing medical records and replacing outdated practices. The activities are divided into two stages: initially, a presentation is given on the procedures for digitizing electronic medical records, followed by discussions on the digitization process. To ensure the success of medical record digitization, demonstrations are conducted, including sorting the medical record forms to be scanned, simulating the scanning process, saving files for easy identification, and importing image files into the EMR system through appropriate media.

Abstract

Community service at Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital from August 14 to August 26, 2023 aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of inputting outpatient data. This activity focused on socialization to health workers to better understand the constraints in the Raja Ahmad Tabib Regional General Hospital Management System Application. The results of observations and interviews showed several factors causing the problem. First, the number of coder personnel has not met the standard, causing data entry to be not optimal. Second, SOPs related to inputting outpatient data need to be more specific so that the process is more uniform. The literature study also shows the need for integration of information management systems to facilitate staff, but there is a gap between INA-CBGs and SIMRS at Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital. Another problem is related to the incomplete medical record files of BPJS patients, where accident information is less specific. Emergency department assessments and history taking also did not always reflect the details of the accident. Financial constraints are the main obstacle, limiting the addition of personnel and updating the information management system which still uses a desktop. With limited budgets, resolving issues related to staffing, methods, and system integration is difficult. Special attention is needed to ensure that outpatient information management becomes more efficient and accurate.

Abstract

Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements performed with the aim of enhancing the functional abilities of the body. Regular elderly gymnastics can lower blood cholesterol levels in the elderly. If cholesterol levels decrease, it is highly beneficial for the body as it can reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. The objective of this community service implementation is to lower cholesterol levels among the elderly at the Kawan Seiring Posyandu in the Bambu Kuning Village within the working area of Puskesmas Rejosari in 2024. The method of community service implementation involves providing education and active physical activities through elderly gymnastics. There were 10 elderly participants in this community service activity. The results of this service activity show differences in cholesterol levels before and after gymnastics among the elderly, as elderly gymnastics are highly beneficial for human health, including improving the function of the heart, lungs, and blood vessels.
