Abstract

Islamic law covers all aspects of human life, both in this world and in the hereafter. As is well known, the rules of Allah in the form of Islamic law have been categorized by experts into two major groups. First, the law of 'ibadah, which is a rule concerning the relationship between man and his creator (Hablumminallah). Second, the law of mu'amalat, which concerns the legal system of relations between fellow humans and the surrounding nature (Hablumminannas). Among the laws governing human relations with others that have been determined by Allah is one of them inheritance. Before the distribution of inheritance property, the family must carry out obligations including organizing the corpse, paying off debts and wills. For this reason, the Ad-Da’wah death pillar was formed to make it easier for families to fulfill their obligations in organizing the corpse. The Ad-Da’wah death association was formed in 2016 and until now the Ad-Da’wah death association is still running with 300 members. The law of inheritance must be distributed to the heirs if the property owned is still remaining. The division of inheritance is divided into three ways, the first is the division of inheritance according to Islam, the division of inheritance based on customary law and based on western law or the Civil Code. As a Muslim, we should use Islamic inheritance law in the distribution of inheritance as stated in the Qur'an.

Abstract

The Beringin Indah Permai Housing Association for Death is a community association in the Beringin Indah Permai housing area and its surroundings which was formed to facilitate and assist its members in organizing matters related to death cases. The Beringin Indah Permai Housing Society currently has 153 members, and has entered its second leadership period. This death association is responsible for the process of handling the body when a death occurs in its operational area, starting from washing the body, preparing the shroud, praying for the body, making the coffin, to digging the grave. This research aims to find out how far Islamic inheritance law has been implemented by members at the Beringin Indah Permai Housing Society in 2022. To obtain accurate data, the research was carried out based on deductive descriptive characteristics. This research, which uses empirical sociological methods, succeeded in obtaining data through interview observations and various literature. Referring to the research results, it was found that Islamic inheritance law has not been implemented properly and completely in the scope of death at the Beringin Indah Permai Housing Complex. Most of the distribution of inheritance within the scope of death at Beringin Indah Permai Housing does not use Islamic inheritance law in its implementation

Abstract

This article describes the implementation of lecturer service in providing scientific writing training material for students of Universitas Islam Indragiri, STMIK Indragiri, and STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan. This training is important to add insight into scientific writing techniques in this case writing scientific articles in scientific journals. The partner's problem is that there are still many students who find it difficult to compile or make good scientific articles. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to make it easier for students and increase their understanding because they will not be separated from writing scientific papers. The implementation of this activity is hybrid (online and offline) and uses lecture and practice methods or accompanied independent assignments for several weeks. The participants who participated in this training were 76 students. This training was welcomed enthusiastically by partners, namely students from 3 (three) universities in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This service activity shows its success, it is proven that there are several students who have succeeded in collaborating in writing scientific papers in the form of journal articles that have been successfully published in several unaccredited and accredited national journals. This means that the proof of performance from the results of this assisted self-assignment is the achievement of the success of this activity. Furthermore, it is recommended to conduct continuous training to hone students' abilities in writing and creating scientific papers.

Abstract

Hukum waris Islam adalah aturan yang menentukan siapa yang berhak dan tidak berhak mewarisi, serta bagian mana yang diterima oleh setiap ahli waris dan cara pembagiannya. Dalam pelaksanaannya, hukum ini sangat diperhatikan karena pembagian warisan antar ahli waris saling berhubungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman hukum waris Islam oleh 25 mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) STAI Auliaurrasyidin Tembilahan semester III tahun 2021. Metode penelitian lapangan (empiris) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sementara itu, metode pengumpulan data digunakan melalui Google Forms atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mencapai beberapa kesimpulan, seperti berikut: 1. Mahasiswa memahami hukum waris Islam secara keseluruhan 76,9%; kesadaran akan pentingnya memahami hukum waris Islam 100%; dan 3. Mahasiswa yang kesulitan belajar hukum waris Islam 53,8%. 4. Penerapan hukum waris Islam dalam keluarga dan masyarakat 53,8%.

Abstract

Islamic inheritance law is a part that is taught by Islam for all Muslims in the distribution of inheritance, but in reality there are still many Muslims who do not know or even study about it. Muslims now prefer to use customary law that has been in effect and developed in people's lives, it is rare to find the application of the distribution of Islamic inheritance law when dividing inheritance, this can be caused by a lack of knowledge and understanding of the rules and teachings of Islamic inheritance law. In this journal, the authors conducted research on the level of students' understanding of Islamic inheritance law in the Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Indragiri Islamic University (UNISI) Semester III class of 2021. The purpose of this research, the authors expect students to understand the distribution of inheritance in Islam to avoid division or conflict between communities or families. In writing this article, the authors used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google From to Law Faculty students class of 2021 semester III. In this study, the authors found the following conclusions: 1. Regarding students' understanding of inheritance law Islam reached 52.6%. 2. Regarding the importance for students to understand the law of inheritance to reach 100%. 3. Regarding Obstacles in studying Islamic inheritance law reaching 63.2%. 4. Regarding the level of understanding of students after attending the Islamic inheritance law course for 1 semester it reached 63.2%. 5. Regarding students' interest in Islamic inheritance law, it reached 78.9%. 6. Regarding the application of Islamic inheritance law in the family and surrounding community, it reaches 57.6%. 7. The most dominant applied in the distribution of inheritance is 78.9% Islamic inheritance law.

Abstract

Violence against women and children remains a pressing social issue, particularly in rural areas where access to legal services and information is limited. This community engagement activity aimed to enhance legal awareness and empower local communities in preventing and addressing acts of violence through legal education and grassroots empowerment. The study employed a participatory qualitative approach integrated into a legal outreach program conducted in Teluk Dalam Village, Kuala Indragiri District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Methods included field observation, interactive lectures, and participatory evaluation. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of legal rights, types of violence, and reporting mechanisms. Active community participation in discussions and reflections indicated a shift in perception, where violence was no longer seen as tolerable but as a violation requiring action. The conclusion of this activity emphasizes that community-based legal education is an effective strategy for building legal awareness and strengthening local protection systems for vulnerable groups.

Abstract

Religious tourism has great potential in preserving religious traditions and supporting community welfare, but challenges in environmental conservation and community empowerment are still the main obstacles. This research aims to analyze the role of religious traditions in supporting religious ecotourism, identify the application of blue economy principles, and formulate strategies for optimizing the sustainability of Sheikh Abdurrahman Sapas's tomb tourism in Indragiri Hilir. Using a mixed methods approach, the research population consisted of religious tourism stakeholders and local communities. The sample was determined through purposive sampling for qualitative data (15 key informants) and random sampling for quantitative data (150 respondents). The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis and SEM-PLS. The results showed that religious traditions had a significant effect on religious ecotourism (β=0.742), the blue economy had a significant effect (β=0.568), and community empowerment had a significant effect (β=0.623). Religious ecotourism has proven to be a strong mediator towards tourism sustainability (β=0.756). The novelty of the research lies in the integration of religious traditions with the blue economy in the context of religious ecotourism. The implications of the research provide a sustainable tourism development model that synergizes spiritual values, environmental conservation, and community economic empowerment for coastal religious tourism destinations. Wisata religi memiliki potensi besar dalam melestarikan tradisi keagamaan dan mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat, namun tantangan dalam pelestarian lingkungan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat masih menjadi kendala utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran tradisi keagamaan dalam mendukung ekowisata religi, mengidentifikasi penerapan prinsip ekonomi biru, dan merumuskan strategi optimalisasi keberlanjutan wisata makam Syekh Abdurrahman Sapat di Indragiri Hilir. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods, populasi penelitian terdiri dari pemangku kepentingan wisata religi dan masyarakat lokal. Sampel ditentukan melalui purposive sampling untuk data kualitatif (15 informan kunci) dan random sampling untuk data kuantitatif (150 responden). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tradisi keagamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekowisata religi (β=0,742), ekonomi biru berpengaruh signifikan (β=0,568), dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan (β=0,623). Ekowisata religi terbukti menjadi mediator kuat menuju keberlanjutan pariwisata (β=0,756). Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi tradisi keagamaan dengan ekonomi biru dalam konteks ekowisata religi. Implikasi penelitian memberikan model pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan yang mensinergikan nilai spiritual, konservasi lingkungan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat untuk destinasi wisata religi pesisir.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, driven by technology, wider internet access, and changing lifestyles, has popularized the dropshipping system. Sellers in this system ship orders directly from suppliers to consumers without holding inventory. This method facilitates starting a business with low capital and risk but also raises legal issues like consumer protection, potential fraud, and business disputes. Given Indonesia's predominantly Muslim population, Islamic legal aspects of online transactions are crucial. Sharia principles such as transparency, honesty, and fairness must be applied to ensure transactions are legally valid and align with Islamic values. This research analyzes legal regulations for online sales using dropshipping in Indonesia and their application from an Islamic law perspective. It aims to provide a deep understanding of the rights and obligations of parties in the dropshipping system and offer regulatory improvement recommendations to support the healthy and sustainable growth of e-commerce in Indonesia.
