Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Redirin Co-Grow pada supervisi manajerial analisis konteks meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah binaan. Strategi ini telah berhasil memberikan perubahan sikap kepala sekolah, kinerja kepala sekolah yang lebih baik, menumbuhkan motivasi kepala sekolah, sehingga kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dapat berkembang secara optimal. Analisis konteks yang dilakukan bersama tim pengembang sekolah dengan alur prosedur kerja yang benar menghasilkan gambaran profil sekolah yang sesuai dengan kondisi nyata. Pada akhirnya, hasil analisis konteks dapat dijadikan acuan untuk menyusun kurikulum sekolah dan berbagai rencana sekolah untuk berbagai jenjang perencanaan. Sebagai hasil dari penerapan strategi Co-GROW Redirin, kompetensi manajerial Kepala Sekolah juga mendapatkan peningkatan yang diharapkan. Dengan demikian strategi Redirin Co-GROW terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan supervisi manajerial dalam konteks analisis sekolah binaan.

Abstract

This article is intended to describe the results of a study on Nadran as a source of social value formation in Cirebon society. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method, and field studies through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data processing technique used is the data triangulation technique. The results of the study indicate that there are social values (gotong royong, and economics) which are the main values in nadran, then there are other supporting values, including: religious values, love for the homeland, and unity. These values can be used as sources in education in elementary schools, so that the quality of students' character is getting better.

Abstract

Teachers' understanding of assessment concepts and practices is an important element in measuring of student learning outcomes, but in reality there are teachers not understand in assessment concept and practice it well. The purpose of this study was to measure the level of teacher understanding of assessment concepts and practicing it in learning. The method used in this study is descriptive analytics. The study sample was teachers from 3 elementary schools in Bandung Regency and surrounding areas. The results showed that as many as 57% of respondents understood the concept of assessment well and 57% of respondents could practice assessment well. The implication is the need to strengthen the understanding of concepts and assessment practices for teachers to improve their competence in learning. In addition, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate by the principal to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Abstract

Lesson Study has been recognized as an effective solution in teachers' pedagogical development, focusing on collaboration, reflection, and continuous improvement in teaching practices. Meanwhile, teacher pedagogy is a crucial element in the learning process that directly impacts student achievement or learning outcomes. Through a scoping literature review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) approach, this research aims to explores the impact of Lesson Study on teacher pedagogy, identifying its impacts, challenges faced, and opportunities that exist in the last decade for future research and educational practice. Article data were obtained from the Scopus (n=117) and ERIC (n=7) databases, then through a screening and eligibility process, 16 articles were selected for further analysis. This Scoping Literature Review focuses on the trends in Lesson Study research, factors influencing teacher pedagogy through Lesson Study, and its effects on student achievement. The literature results show that the United Kingdom is dominant in applying Lesson Study, high school-level implementation is prevalent, and mathematics is the main subject area. Furthermore, two main categories of factors influencing teacher pedagogy through Lesson Study were identified: Collaborative Strategies and Strategic Planning. Further findings reveal that Lesson Study not only enhances students' conceptual understanding and learning outcomes but also boosts their confidence and mathematical thinking abilities. The conclusion of this research affirms the critical role of Lesson Study in the professional development of teachers, promoting significant collaboration and strategic planning to improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The challenges of changing times require individuals to have adaptive life skills. Literacy and numeracy skills are two general skills that students need to have. The research aims to analyze elementary school (SD) students' understanding of literacy and numeracy through the use of digital applications in learning. Data collection was carried out through survey techniques using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The participants in this study were 177 grade 4 (four) elementary school students, four teachers, and two school principals. Processing and analysis of data using descriptive quantitative analysis by combining the results of interviews and observations using a comprehensive analysis technique. The results showed that students' understanding of literacy material reached 39.32, and numeration material reached 34.81. On other aspects, based on the observation of the implementation of learning, it was found that 91% of teachers had delivered literacy and numeracy material in the excellent category. Based on the interviews and field observations, data was obtained that all sample schools had literacy and numeracy strengthening programs and carried them out regularly at school. Strengthening literacy and numeracy using digital application assistance in assessments in schools is currently unable to increase students' understanding of literacy and numeracy significantly.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the value of Gotong royong as local wisdom of Mapag Cai tradition in the Banceuy Village Indigenous Community to be a commodity of wisdom value development in the educational scene of Sociology learning. This research was conducted as an effort to utilize local wisdom so that students understand the meaning of “gotong royong” and strengthen the ties of social interaction in the digital era, which causes indirect interaction that impacts students' interpersonal intelligence. This research uses a descriptive research method that is precise to the characteristics of Mapag Cai social activities. The research was conducted through direct observation and interviewing Banceuy Indigenous Community Leaders, literature studies, and other sources relevant to the writing topic. The results illustrate that the Mapag Cai tradition means the spirit of cooperation and solidarity in maintaining the cleanliness of irrigation channels based on the values and rules held firmly by residents, which can be an inspiration for learning with a contextual approach in building soft skills to foster the spirit of cooperation and social interaction between students. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan nilai gotong royong sebagai kearifan lokal tradisi Mapag Cai di Kampung Adat Banceuy Desa Sanca, Kecamatan Ciater Kabupaten Subang menjadi komoditas pengembangan nilai kearifan dalam adegan pendidikan pembelajaran Sosiologi. Alasan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah sebagai upaya memanfaatkan kearifan lokal agar peserta didik memahami makna gotong royong dan memperkuat jalinan interaksi sosial di era digital yang menyebabkan tingginya interaksi tidak langsung sehingga membawa dampak terhadap kecerdasan interpersonal peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif secara tepat terhadap sifat-sifat kegiatan sosial Mapag Cai. Penelitian dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan mewawancarai Tokoh Masyarakat Adat Banceuy serta studi pustaka dan sumber lain yang relevan dengan topik penulisan. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan tradisi Mapag Cai bermakna semangat gotong royong dan solidaritas dalam menjaga kebersihan saluran irigasi yang dilandasi oleh nilai dan tata aturan yang dipegang teguh warga dapat menjadi inspirasi pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual dalam membangun soft skill guna menumbuhkan semangat gotong royong dan interaksi sosial antar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Kampung adat banceuy; pendidikan; gotong royong; kearifan lokal; mapag cai
