Abstract

This research investigation aims to investigate a connection between seIf-efficacy and emotionaI inteIIigence with work engagement among startup employees. This study uses a correIationaI quantitative approach invoIving 105 startup empIoyees as sampIes taken through totaI sampIing. Data coIIection instruments used the UWES 17 scale for work engagement, the seIf-efficacy scaIe, and the trait emotionaI inteIIigence questioner SF V.1.50 scale. The anaIysis resuIts indicate that, simultaneousIy, seIf-efficacy and emotionaI intelligence have a significant reIationship with work engagement. The coefficient of determination value provides, seIf-efficacy and emotionaI inteIIigence contribute effectiveIy to work engagement by 24.4%. Based on resuIts of the regression coefficient equation test, it was found that seIf-efficacy and emotionaI intelligence can predict work engagement scores. PeneIitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi keterhubungan antara efikasi diri dan emotionaI inteIIigence dengan work engegement pada karyawan startup. PeneIitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 105 karyawan startup sebagai sampel yang diambiI melalui teknik totaI sampIing. Instrumen pengambilan data dilakukan melalui skala UWES‑17, skaIa efikasi diri dan skala trait emotionaI inteIIigence questioner SF V.1.50. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, efikasi diri dan emotionaI inteIIigence terdapat hubungan signifikan pada work engagemennt. Berdasarkan niIai koefisien determinasi didapatkan efikasi diri dan emotional intelligence menghasilkan sumbangann efektif kepada work engagement sejumIah 24,4%. Berdasarkan hasiI uji persamaan koefisien regresi didapatkan bahwa efikasi diri dan emotionaI inteIIigence dapat memprediksi niIai work engagement.

Abstract

Kualitas kerja adalah hasil yang dapat diukur dengan efektifitas dan efisiensi suatu pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Pegawai yang berkualitas dan mampu mempersiapkan masa purna tugasnya dengan baik akan bekerja dengan efisien dan menjadi lebih unggul. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan pada tanggal 24 April 2022 dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan. Hasil analisis pre-test dan post test dihitung menggunakan SPSS 20 for windows dengan menggunakan Uji Mann Whitney U-Test. Hasil analisis pada persiapan pensiun diperoleh skor Z sebesar -9,916 dengan signifikasi = 0,000 (p<0,05). Artinya dapat dijelaskan bahwa ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara persiapan pensiun dosen ketika sebelum dan sesudah diberi pelatihan. Kemudian, Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada kualitas kerja dosen diperoleh skor Z sebesar -9,920 dengan signifikasi = 0,000 (p<0,05). Artinya dapat dijelaskan bahwa ada perbedaan yang sangat signifikan antara kualitas kerja dosen ketika sebelum dan sesudah diberi pelatihan.

Abstract

Employee welfare is important because employees are a valuable asset of the company. Employees who have psychological well-being will contribute more to the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between mindfulness and employee psychological well-being with self-compassion as a mediator. Non-experimental quantitative research method with survey method, using google form. The research scale used was Ryff Psychological Well Being 18 items, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) 15 items, 12 items Short Form Neff's Self-Compassion. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the JASP Program. The results of the study showed that all hypotheses were accepted, mindfulness had an effect (estimate=0.147) on the psychological well-being of employees. Self Compassion has an effect (estimate=0.808) on psychological well-being. Mindfulness can increase self-compassion (estimate= 0.399) so that individual interpersonal interaction improves, self-compassion is one of the potential mechanisms that link mindfulness with psychological well-being (estimate=0.323). The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between mindfulness, self-compassion and psychological well-being. Increasing mindfulness and self-compassion will improve the psychological well-being of employees. Employees who have high psychological well-being will automatically be better in their performance and performance.

Abstract

Job hopping is a phenomenon of frequent job changes that has become increasingly prevalent among Generation Z, who are young workers. Generation Z tends to switch jobs in order to meet their expectations related to satisfaction and work-life balance. This study aims to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and work-life balance with job hopping behavior among Generation Z. The subjects of this study were Generation Z employees currently working at PT. X Surabaya, with a population size of 130 individuals. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the random sampling method, resulting in a sample of 108 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was employed as the data analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction and work-life balance have a simultaneous and significant relationship with job hopping. Both job satisfaction and work-life balance were found to have a negative association with job hopping, with job satisfaction having a stronger influence compared to work-life balance.

Abstract

AbstractConsumptive behavior can result in waste, anxiety and feelings of insecurity in individuals. Consumer behavior in individuals can be influenced by various factors, including hedonic lifestyle and self-control. This research aims to analyze the relationship between hedonic lifestyle and self-control and consumer behavior among Shopee e-commerce users. The type of research used is quantitative correlational with multiple regression analysis techniques. There were 282 participants in this research. The research results show that hedonic lifestyle and self-control have a very significant relationship with consumer behavior, shown by obtaining a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.01). Partially, hedonic lifestyle shows a t value of 11.296 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.01). This means that there is a very significant positive relationship between hedonic lifestyle and consumer behavior. Meanwhile, self-control shows a t value of -3.114 with a significance of 0.002 (p<0.01). Perilaku konsumtif pada individu dipengaruhi oleh berbagai macam faktor diantaranya yaitu gaya hidup hedonis dan kontrol diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara gaya hidup hedonis dan kontrol diri dengan perilaku konsumtif pada pengguna e-commerce Shopee. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik analisis regresi ganda. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 282 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup hedonis dan kontrol diri memiliki hubungan sangat signifikan dengan perilaku konsumtif, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,01). Secara parsial, gaya hidup hedonis menunjukkan nilai t sebesar 11,296 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p<0,01). Artinya ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara gaya hidup hedonis dengan perilaku konsumtif. Sementara kontrol diri menunjukkan nilai t sebesar -3,114 dengan signifikansi 0,002 (p<0,01). Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between job stress and resilience with work engagement in teachers at the Attarbiyah Surabaya College Foundation. This research is a type of quantitative research using multiple regression analysis research. The subjects in this study were 123 teachers at the Attarbiyah Surabaya College Foundation. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results obtained simultaneously show a coefficient of 18,313 with a significance of 0.000 <0.01, which means that there is a positive relationship between job stress and resilience with work engagement. The results obtained in partial regression of work stress with work engagement show a coefficient of -2.178 with a significance of 0.031 <0.05 which means that the lower the work stress, the higher the work engagement, in partial regression between resilience and work engagement shows a coefficient of 4.757 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 which meansthat the higher the resilience, the higher the work engagement.Keywords: Work stress, Resilience, Work Engagement, Attarbiyah College FoundationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress kerja dan resiliensi dengan work engagement pada guru di Yayasan perguruan Attarbiyah Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian analisis regresi berganda . Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 123 Guru di Yayasan perguruan Attarbiyah Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner meggunakan skala likert. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan menunjukkan koefiesien 18.313 dengan signifikansi 0.000 <0.01 yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif antara stres kerja dan resiliensi dengan work engagement. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh secara regresi parsial stress kerja dengan work engagement menunjukkan koefisien -2.178 dengan signifikansi 0.031 < 0.05 yang artinya rendah stress kerja maka semakin tinggi work engagement, secara regresi parsial antara resiliensi dengan work engagement menunjukkan koefisien 4.757 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya semakin tinggi resiliensi maka semakin tinggi juga work engagement.Kata kunci: Stres kerja, Resiliensi, Work Engagement, Yayasan Perguruan Attarbiyah

Abstract

AbstractCompanies currently are facing the challenge of improving organizational performance through more proactive employee behaviors, such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior, which not only depends on the achievement of primary tasks but also on additional contributions that benefit the organization. Several factors are believed to influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, such as Work Life Balance and Self Efficacy. However, the relationship between these three factors has not been extensively explored, particularly within the context of organizations in Indonesia. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is one form of voluntary behavior that is highly beneficial to companies. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from employees as respondents. The results of the study indicate a significant relationship between Work Life Balance and Self Efficacy with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Employees with a high level of Work Life Balance tend to have higher Self Efficacy, which in turn increases the likelihood of exhibiting Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results show that both Work Life Balance and Self Efficacy have a strong positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (R = 0.694, p < 0.05). Overall, this study suggests that companies should maintain a positive work environment to ensure that levels of Work Life Balance, Self Efficacy, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among employees remain high.Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Self Efficacy, Work Life BalanceAbstrakPerusahaan saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui perilaku yang lebih proaktif dari karyawan, seperti Organizational Citizenship Behavior, yang tidak hanya bergantung pada pencapaian tugas utama, tetapi juga kontribusi tambahan yang bermanfaat bagi organisasi. Beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah Work Life Balance serta Self Efficacy. Namun, hubungan antara ketiga faktor ini belum banyak dieksplorasi secara mendalam, khususnya dalam konteks organisasi di Indonesia. Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan salah satu bentuk perilaku sukarela yang sangat menguntungkan bagi perusahaan. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari responden yang merupakan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Work Life Balance dan Self Efficacy dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Karyawan dengan Work Life Balance yang tinggi cenderung memiliki Self Efficacy yang lebih tinggi pula, sehingga meningkatkan kecenderungan munculnya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance dan Self Efficacy memiliki hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (R = 0,694, p < 0,05). Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan dapat mempertahankan lingkungan kerja yang positif agar tingkat Work Life Balance, Self Efficacy, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada kalangan pekerja tetap tinggi.Kata kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Self Efficacy, Work Life Balance

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the relationship between relationship transformasional leadership, resilience, and burnout. Burnout is often a problem for workers. Through a quantitative approach, data was collected from workers who work. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and resilience and Burnout. Workers with high levels of transformational leadership tend to have high resilience, thereby reducing the tendency to burnout. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. The research results show that transformational leadership and resilience have a significant negative relationship with Burnout workers (R = 0.945, p < 0.05). These findings are expected to provide insight for the development of intervention programs aimed at increasing transformational leadership and resilience and reducing burnout in workers.Keywords: Burnout, Resilience, Transformational LeadershipAbstrakPerusahaan saat ini menghadapi tantangan dalam kinerja organisasi melalui perilaku yang lebih proaktif dari karyawan, seperti kepemimpinan transformasional, tetapi juga juga kontribusi tambahan yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa adanya hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, resiliensi, dan burnout pada pekerja MyRepublic Surabaya. Burnout sering kali menjadi masalah bagi pekerja. Setelah melakukan hasil uji mean empirik dan mean hipotetik, terbukti bahwa banyak pekerja MyRepublic yang mengalami burnout. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari pekerja . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan resiliensi dengan burnout. Pekerja dengan kepemimpinan transformasional yang tinggi cenderung memiliki resiliensi yang tinggi, sehingga mengurangi kecenderungan burnout. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan resiliensi memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan Burnout pada pekerja (R = 0,945 p < 0,05). Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan program intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepemimpinan transformasional dan resiliensi serta mengurangi burnout pada pekerja.Kata kunci: Burnout, Resiliensi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional
