Abstract

Untuk menghadapi persaingan yang kompetitif, pelaku usaha semakin dituntut untuk mencari solusi bagi pengembangan usahanya terutama untuk pengembangan strategi inovasi produk. Inovasi yang dilakukan secara terus menerus oleh pelaku usaha akan mendominasi pasar dengan kreativitas, model, dan penampilan produk baru. Beras ketan merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang biasa dikonsumsi sebagai makanan dan belum terdapat inovasi produk yang dijadikan sebagai minuman, padahal beras ketan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Beras ketan merupakan salah satu komoditi Desa Pulosari, Jombang dan komoditi ini jarang sekali dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk menciptakan sebuah inovasi produk baru di bidang minuman yang berbahan dasar beras ketan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni metode pendampingan yang diawali dengan survei, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Kelompok 04 KKN-T MBKM menggandeng UMKM Ardefal Jombang Group untuk merealisasikan inovasi produk baru yang bernama Minuman Ketan Karbonasi (Mikasi Drink). Dengan adanya inovasi produk ini diharapkan dapat memberikan multiplier effect bagi masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

The MSME sector plays a large and important role in the development of the national economy and the regional economy. For the regional economy, MSMEs can increase income, reduce unemployment in villages and can increase their entrepreneurial experience.  Ngampungan Village has a variety of MSMEs that have the potential to improve people's welfare.  However, the problem faced by UMKM in Ngampungan Village is the lack of knowledge about product branding.  Not a few MSME products from Ngampungan Village still don't have labels and use packaging that seems old-fashioned and less attractive.  The purpose of this service is to provide assistance in the manufacture and renewal of labels and packaging to make them more attractive and competitive with competitors.  The methods used in this service are surveys, interviews and discussions, as well as implementation.  The results obtained in this service are the creation of new labels and packaging, as well as increased knowledge of MSME partners in Ngampungan Village regarding packaging and labels that comply with terms and conditions.

Abstract

Waste management is one thing that needs to be of concern to the community. Waste management is carried out as an effort so that waste does not pollute the environment and can be utilized so that it functions. Waste management in the community can be done through making compost that can be reused by the community. The goal of the composting process is to convert organic matter from household waste into compost that can be safely applied to fields without causing negative effects to either the soil or domesticated plants. The results of this compost are solid or liquid. Procurement of composters was carried out for the community in all hamlets of Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency, East Java, by holding socialization and composting practices to provide education to all Bareng Village residents located at the Village Hall. Procurement of composters is carried out as an effort to increase knowledge about waste management through composters, so that people can make the most of household waste.

Abstract

Production and counseling activities for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students made Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves aimed at the surrounding community. Appropriate Technology (TTG) This Plant Shelf contains vegetable plants that are easy to care for and are often used by the local community, especially mothers. The plant contains vegetable plants in the form of chilies, eggplants and tomatoes. MBKM Thematic KKN 03 students succeeded in making 1 shelf containing 16 plants with the hope that these plants would make things easier for the local community. After the Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Racks became Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students conducted counseling to the surrounding community, especially PKK mothers regarding the benefits and how to care for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves so that they last a long time so that they will continue to provide benefits to the surrounding community in Kebondalem Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency.
