Abstract

Dalam kondisi ekonomi saat ini media sosial sangat diperlukan apalagi pandemi covid 19 benar benar belum sempurna hilang, sehingga media sosial masih sangat dibutuhkan dalam pemasaran produk dan menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk melakukan kegiatan promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk dan produk yang ditawarkan lebih dikenal banyak orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui promosi yang dilakukan bakmi jowo denbagus melalui fitur whatsapp bisnis, sehingga tetap memilih media sosial whatsapp bisnis sebagai media promosi. Penelitian inia menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa whatasapp bisnis sebagai media sosial sangat efektif dilakukan karena mampu menjangkau dan mengenalkan lebih banyak orang tentang produk bakmi jowo denbagus, sangat praktis untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan tetap, sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. The purpose of this research is to find out the right strategy in business development and knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Yulia's melted cake business during the current New Normal situation. The research was conducted on Yulia's melted ballen cake UMKM in Demak. Methods of data collection is done by observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the strategy used in business development is through management strategy namely the process of planning, organizing, directing, supervising the business carried out by UMKM, so that the product, price, taste and location of the business make a business become developed which previously was in the house now has a shop by the side of the road, Then investment strategies such as personal capital, loans from banks, equipment, vehicles, shop houses owned by , Bolen Lumer Yulia, make the business grow, with a business strategy that maintains product quality, quality of human resources, promotions, cooperation, expanding capital will affect the business development undertaken by UMKM, cakes bolen lumer yulia. However, the development strategy that will be implemented must be in accordance with the external and internal environment, so in a competitive strategy an analysis of external and internal factors is needed through a SWOT analysis, namely by looking at the strengths and weaknesses as well as threats and opportunities.

Abstract

MSMEs play a role in improving the welfare of the wider community, as well as improving the national economy. In the Indonesian economy, MSMEs are the business group with the largest number and have been proven to be able to withstand various kinds of economic crisis shocks. The development of MSMEs receives support from various parties, where the government and elements of society help develop and improve MSMEs so that people who own these businesses can improve their economy, and academics also contribute by providing or holding activities, counseling and training aimed at increasing success and improving the economy for business owners. One of the MSMEs in Semarang is engaged in milkfish processing. The owner, Mrs. Kurniawati, has a milkfish processing business with the brand "EnaXmen Boga Rasa." A home industry business located in Semarang. Currently, the obstacles faced by business owners are employees coming in and out and when they leave they create a similar business after they understand the process. This Community Service production will provide increased understanding of managing Human Resources, especially in providing motivation to employees by treating them as partners with the hope that employees can have loyalty in working without going in and out and of course as business owners can focus more on developing their business in the present and future. come

Abstract

This study tries to analyze the relationship between Size, ROA and DER on Tax Avoidance with the mediating variable of the Audit Committee.The nature of quantitative research uses Eviews 12 analysis tools to build relationships between variables. The sample uses purposive sampling technique, with the sample criteria being companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the population is taken according to what has been previously determined. To conduct the analysis, 27 sample companies were obtained and analyzed using the best method so that the maximum test results were obtained.The results of the research show that Size, DER, and ROA have no effect on Tax Avoidance nor do they mediate the Audit Committee variable. The weakness of this relationship proves that there are many factors that affect the process of tax avoidance practices. Furthermore, tax avoidance practices by companies may not be influenced by the company's internal environment, so the biggest factor may be from outside the company.The practice of tax avoidance by companies in Indonesia which has been indicated to come from internal companies is not entirely true. factors such as Size, ROA, DER have no effect on tax avoidance. The Audit Committee as a Moderating Variable also failed to moderate Size, ROA, DER on Tax Avoidance Practices. This is possible from outside the company as a factor influencing corporate tax avoidance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kuncup Melati School consists of Kindergarten, Elementary School and Junior High School is one of the private schools located in the middle of the city which is quite strategic and very easy to access and in a densely populated area. In addition to being in a strategic and densely populated location, this school is a private school that does not charge any fees to its students. Funded by a Khong Kauw Hwee Foundation.Every year like other private schools, it opens registration opportunities, but even though the school is free, there are not many students, especially the community in the school environment, the school already has social media which is a means of information and promotion of activities and activities from the school, but registrants who enter this school sometimes do not meet the quota provided by the school. On this occasion, the Community Service Team will carry out activities with the theme of optimizing effective promotional media that can help achieve the target of students who register at Kuncup Melati School. , namely with promotional activities other than social media can be done with other media. The hope is that with this promotional optimization activity, it can increase public interest in entering school at Kuncup Melati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap eksistensi Kota Baru Resto. Karena keberadaan Resto tersebut tetap bertahan dan eksis ditengah dinamika perkembangan bisnis kuliner di Kota Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif atau sering disebut metode penelitian naturalistik karena penelitiannya dilakukan pada kondisi yang alamiah (natural setting). Metode ini untuk mengungkap Eksistensi keberadaan Kota Baru Resto yang tetap bertahan ditengah gempuran jaman. Dengan tujuh partisipan sebagai informan yaitu pemilik usaha,karyawan dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi manfaat dan pengetahuan didalam mempertahankan eksistensi pengelolaan bisnis restoran bagi pelaku bisnis dan dapat menjadi lanjutan penelitian yang akan datang
