Peran Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Jaringan PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro Nia Tufaila; Yuniawan Heru Santoso

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload and job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro. Testing on the accuracy of respondents' reactions was carried out by distributing questionnaires at PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro and is an employee with a total of 97 respondents. The test method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS for Windows Version 24 Program. The conclusions obtained are that: (a) Workload has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; (b) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; and (c) Workload and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained is 65.0% which indicates that the Employee Performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro can be explained by 65.0% by the independent variables, namely Workload (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro. Pengujian terhadap ketepatan reaksi responden dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner di PT. PLN (Persero) Bojonegoro dan merupakan karyawan dengan jumlah 97 responden. Metode pengujian menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan Program SPSS for Windows Versi 24. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwasannya: (a) Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; (b) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro; dan (c) Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 65.0% yang menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bojonegoro dapat dijelaskan sebesar 65.0% oleh variabel independen yaitu Beban Kerja (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2)Keywords: service quality, price, trust, intention to purchase

Program Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur dan mendukung organisasi mencapai tujuannya. Pengembangan SDM dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan pelatihan (training). Secara konseptual, training dilakukan berdasarkan model atau sistem ADDIE yaitu tahap-tahap Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Program Development, Training Implementation, dan Training Evaluation. Pelaksanaan semua tahap pelatihan tersebut tidak lepas dari teknologi digital. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sebagai bagian dari teknologi digital untuk digunakan dalam penyusunan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan. Lokasi kegiatan adalah Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur yang selama ini belum sepenuhnya menggunakan teknologi digital termasuk dalam menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah tatap muka dan diskusi serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menyepakati fitur-fitur (features) yang harus diakomodasi dalam aplikasi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan manfaat bagi BPSDM Jawa Timur dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan secara digital dan diperlukan kerja sama secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung digitalisasi program pengembangan SDM aparatur.

The old city of Gresik is recognized for its Arab Kampong in Gapurosukolilo Village, home to the graves of the first harbor master and the first regent of Gresik. These sites have now become significant cultural heritage and pilgrimage tourism attractions. This study aims to investigate the conditions and impact of tourism in the Arab Kampong Gresik during the Covid-19 pandemic and to provide insights for the post-COVID-19 era. Employing a qualitative historical perspective, the research analyzes data from documents and interviews regarding past events. The findings reveal that during the pandemic, the number of tourists visiting the Arab Kampong of Gresik decreased, resulting in a substantial decline in the local community's income. The interpretation focuses on the processes of rethink, rebuild, and restart, which have led to the creation of strategic programs designed to assist the community in effectively navigating the challenges of the Post Covid-19 era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kepemilikan nilai-nilai budaya berdasarkan penerapan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) 9042:2021 tentang Clean, Health, Safety, and Environment (CHSE) pada destinasi wisata budaya Rumah Batik Gajah Mungkur (RBGM) di Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan melaksanakan observasi lapangan, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta melakukan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bersih dan asri merupakan nilai-nilai yang paling merepresentasikan penerapan CHSE di lingkungan wisata budaya RBGM. Nilai-nilai sehat dan aman, dinilai memerlukan fokus perhatian dari pihak pengelola RBGM. Terdapat beberapa kesenjangan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan dan keselamatan di lingkungan RBGM. Penerapan dimensi CHSE diyakini mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan wisatawan. Kepemilikan nilai-nilai budaya adalah modal sosial yang penting bagi keberlanjutan destinasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan partisipasi dari semua pihak bagi penerapan standar CHSE, untuk memastikan kenyamanan dan keamanan wisatawan, sehingga dapat mendukung pemulihan sektor pariwisata pasca pandemi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi model pengembangan kampung wisata yang berkelanjutan di Surabaya, melalui desain rute tematik dan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada pelanggan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai keramahan, kebanggaan lokal, dan misi keberlanjutan berperan sebagai inti budaya organisasi. Identitas budaya diperlukan untuk merekatkan beberapa kampung yang tergabung pada kesatuan rute tematik yang baru. Sehubungan dengan orientasi kepada pelanggan, diperlukan kepemimpinan dan strategi sebagai pilar pendukung. Berikutnya diperlukan inisiatif eksternal dan internal, dalam menjaga keberlanjutan orientasi layanan kepada wisatawan. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi misi pariwisata berkelanjutan dan penerapan strategi pengembangan kampung wisata di Indonesia.

Degradasi pengetahuan tradisional tentang tanaman obat di masyarakat pedesaan menimbulkan tantangan signifikan terhadap konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, pelestarian budaya, dan kemandirian dalam perawatan kesehatan. Banyak penduduk pedesaan kurang menyadari manfaat ekonomi, ekologi, dan kesehatan dari tanaman obat lokal, yang memperburuk ketergantungan mereka pada sistem perawatan kesehatan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi tanaman obat di Desa Ngadiwono, Jawa Timur, melalui pendekatan etnowellness yang memadukan pengetahuan tradisional dengan praktik kesehatan holistik modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, termasuk wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus, untuk mendokumentasikan perspektif masyarakat dan mengidentifikasi strategi untuk mengembangkan wisata etnowellness. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran publik tentang nilai tanaman obat dan meningkatnya minat untuk memanfaatkan sumber daya ini untuk pariwisata dan pembangunan ekonomi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan kerangka etnowellness untuk memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan, menggabungkan pelestarian budaya dengan keberlanjutan ekonomi. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pendidikan partisipatif dan upaya kolaboratif dalam mempromosikan pembangunan pedesaan yang berkelanjutan.

This study examines the resilience and recovery of the Arab Tourism Village in Gresik, focusing on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the strategies implemented for post-pandemic recovery. The village, renowned for its Arab Kampong in Gapurosukolilo, is home to the graves of the first harbor master and the first regent of Gresik, which have become significant cultural heritage and pilgrimage tourism sites. However, during the pandemic, tourism in the area was severely affected, with a significant decline in visitor numbers and a substantial reduction in the local community's income. Using a qualitative historical approach, the research analyzes documents and interviews regarding the impact of the pandemic and the subsequent efforts to recover. The findings indicate that the pandemic served as a critical period for reflection and adaptation in the village's tourism sector. Strategies focused on improving health and safety standards, promoting virtual religious tourism experiences, and developing new marketing initiatives. The village embraced the processes of rethink, rebuild, and restart, leading to the implementation of strategic programs aimed at helping the community navigate the post-Covid-19 era effectively. The urgency of this study lies in understanding how the pandemic can be used as an opportunity to rethink and rebuild sustainable tourism models for cultural and religious destinations. The novelty of the research is its focus on the Arab Tourism Village in Gresik, offering insights into how a historical, culturally rich area can adapt to the challenges of the post-pandemic tourism landscape. This study contributes to the broader discourse on tourism recovery, providing valuable lessons for similar religious and cultural tourism destinations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the tourism sector, resulting in the closure of tourist attractions, such as the Surabaya Zoo tourist attraction. The impact of Covid-19 then gave birth to an innovation in virtual educational tour packages formed by the Surabaya Zoo team as an alternative for tourists to carry out tourism activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in the study was a descriptive qualitative approach method, with data collection techniques using primary data sources from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data sources from references, articles, journals, and websites. The Surabaya Zoo virtual educational tour package is one of the educational tour packages formed by the Surabaya Zoo during the Covid-19 pandemic. This package is intended for tourists who want to get to know animal life online, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Surabaya Virtual Zoo educational tour package has 4 route options, of which 4 routes have differences, namely, the route passed, the animals explained, and the discussion spots. Virtual zoo educational tour activities are carried out through the online zoom meeting application with a duration of 90 minutes. Promotion of virtual zoo educational tour packages is done directly such as distributing brochures and contacting agencies, the second way is indirectly such as uploading on every social media. Pengudang Village in Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency, has a well-preserved and diverse mangrove ecosystem that has strategic potential to be developed as a community-based ecotourism destination. Current management remains limited to recreational aspects, while the educational value and contribution to the local economy have not been fully optimized. This community service program aimed to strengthen the development of mangrove educational tourism by enhancing community capacity, providing educational facilities, and encouraging innovation of products based on coastal resources. The method involved a needs assessment through questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussions, which served as the basis for designing a training curriculum. The curriculum consisted of modules on mangrove and seagrass ecology, English for tourism, and seaweed-based product processing, supported by learning media such as field guidebooks, posters, and dialogue materials. The results showed an increase in community knowledge of the ecological functions of mangroves, which were previously perceived only as “coastal trees” but are now understood comprehensively as providing coastal protection, serving as carbon sinks, and offering habitats for aquatic biota. Simulation-based English training improved tourism communication skills, despite some pronunciation difficulties, while the integration of digital technology, including the use of ChatGPT, enhanced the learning process. Seaweed processing training resulted in the development of an innovative seaweed pie, a distinctive culinary product with promising economic potential. High community participation, particularly among young people, became an important social asset for program sustainability. The program demonstrated that integrating ecological, educational, and creative economic aspects could strengthen Pengudang Village as a model for sustainable mangrove-based educational tourism development.
