Abstract

The determination of outstanding students is the giving of awards to those who excel in academic and non-academic fields, aimed at motivating increased achievement. However, this process is often hampered by various criteria that must be considered, such as English language skills, work results, awards, and so on. The solution offered to overcome this problem is the development of a decision support system for selecting outstanding students using the AHP and Profile Matching methods. So, the aim of this research is to develop a decision support system for selecting outstanding students using a combination of the AHP and Profile matching methods, where later the system developed can assist decision makers in determining outstanding students. The results obtained from this research are a decision support system that uses 8 criteria and 26 alternative sample data which shows that "Mahasiswa F" is an outstanding student with a score of 4.09. The results of manual calculations with the system show similarities, which shows that the system developed is in accordance with expectations.

Abstract

Pottery sales in East Masbagi have decreased after Covid 19 and in 2022, many art shops will still be affected by closing, so to know further, a good strategy is needed for pottery craftsmen in East Masbagi Village based on analysis to create various strategic options that can be chosen according to the problem. craftsmen, using SWOT analysis and assessment of customers to provide definite information for designing strategies using PLC. This research uses the Field Research type of research. The data in this research were obtained from the results of a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with pottery craftsmen in East Masbagik. The results of the research show that based on the results of the customer assessment strategy and SWOT analysis which were processed using product life cycle (PLC) analysis, 4 decisive alternative strategies were obtained, which were then selected through the QSPM matrix. The results of the QSPM matrix show that the highest score is 2434, namely creating creativity by developing products to attract consumer interest in accordance with the reality that the existing products and designs produced are still eye-catching and there is not as much housing as possible.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is a virtual object capable of conveying information so that it can assist humans in carrying out their daily work. The teaching and learning process carried out in grade 3, especially for the material on theme 1, sub-theme 3, learning 3 regarding the types of fish and their characteristics, has limitations, and the teacher has difficulty if he has to present various kinds of fish directly. This study aims to apply an interactive learning media for the introduction of fish species based on Augmented Reality at SDN 1 Mataram. The methodology used is the ADDIE method which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results achieved are interactive learning media applications for the introduction of types of fish using Augmented Reality which can be run on an Android smartphone. The conclusion of this study is that the application of interactive learning media applications for the introduction of fish species based on Augmented Reality for grade 3 students at SDN 1 Mataram can help students obtain a wider variety of fish and more complete information. The test results are using a Likert scale with a value of 33.46 which is in the Strongly Agree category. Abstract

Tropical diseases are common in tropical and subtropical regions and are often difficult to diagnose due to symptoms that resemble other conditions and limited access to healthcare facilities. This study aims to develop a self-diagnosis application that integrates the Certainty Factor and Dempster-Shafer methods to improve the accuracy and reliability of tropical disease diagnosis. The application is expected to assist the public in conducting preliminary diagnoses independently, enabling timely treatment and reducing mortality and morbidity rates. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of these two artificial intelligence methods, offering an innovative solution to enhance diagnostic capabilities. The system achieved an accuracy rate of 83% based on testing, with the Certainty Factor method addressing uncertainty in symptom inputs, while the Dempster-Shafer method complements its limitations by managing uncertainty more adaptively. This combination enables more comprehensive diagnostic recommendations. However, challenges remain in cases with limited symptom data, indicating the need for further development to enhance algorithm performance and expand the clinical database

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the main objective of increasing public awareness of the importance of tourism awareness as a foundation for achieving sustainable tourism development, particularly in the coastal area of Batu Layar, Senggigi. The activity was implemented using educational and participatory approaches involving more than 20 community partners, consisting of village officials, youth groups, MSME actors, community leaders, and local representatives. The implementation process included several key stages: delivering awareness material, conducting focused group discussions, simulating tourism service practices, and evaluating participants' understanding through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results of the activity showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding of tourism awareness concepts. This was evidenced by evaluation data, where the average pre-test score of 63.2 increased to 84.5 in the post-test. In addition to the cognitive improvements, this activity also resulted in tangible community impact in the form of collective commitments to support sustainable tourism development. Real actions taken by the community included the formation of a tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis), initiation of beach clean-up programs, and digital tourism promotion through social media platforms. This activity demonstrates that a well-designed, interactive, and stakeholder-inclusive socialization strategy can be an effective means of building collective awareness and encouraging active community participation in developing inclusive, competitive, and sustainable tourism destinations.
