Abstract

This study examined artificial intelligence impact on higher education in Batam, focusing on its potential to improve teaching, learning, and administration while addressing concerns such as reduced human interaction and ethical dilemmas. The research aimed to provide insights into the effective integration of AI to enhance educational outcomes and promote innovation in Batam. Data from 331 college students in Batam were collected using Cluster Disproportional Random Sampling and analyzed through PLS-SEM, examining seven variables. Perceived Risk did not significantly impact Attitude, as students perceived AI uncertainty but remained unaffected, while Facilitating Conditions weakly influenced Behavioural Intention, likely due to students prioritizing other factors and having independent access to AI via personal devices. AI's impact on education showed that factors such as resources, ease of use, and performance shaped students perspective, although the study's limitations include a small sample size in each university and a lack of demographic diversity

Abstract

Website company profile merupakan salah satu media penting bagi perusahaan untuk membangun citra profesional, memperkenalkan layanan, dan menjalin komunikasi dengan klien serta mitra bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan website company profile pada PT Cipta Network Technology, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang infrastruktur jaringan dan sistem keamanan elektronik. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Scrum, dengan tahapan perencanaan, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, hingga implementasi. Hasil dari proyek ini adalah website yang informatif, responsif, dan mudah dikelola oleh tim internal perusahaan. Website ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan visibilitas digital perusahaan serta memperkuat daya saing di industri teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This study explores how implementing DevOps influences perceived productivity in software development within startup companies in Batam, Indonesia. A quantitative method was used through a structured survey involving 261 respondents from ten software houses. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS to assess relationships among seven constructs adapted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Results show that Social Influence and Perceived Feasibility significantly affect the Intention to Adopt DevOps, which in turn has a positive impact on Perceived Productivity. Conversely, Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, and Perceived DevOps Practices show no significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of social support, collaborative culture, and technical readiness in shaping adoption intentions in resource-limited startups. The model demonstrates good fit (CFI = 0.924, TLI = 0.914, RMSEA = 0.065), explaining 74.2% of variance in perceived productivity, with the strongest path between Intention to Adopt DevOps and Perceived Productivity (β = 1.032, p = 0.001).
