Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between variables promotions, service, location, interest rates on customers interest BKM Seyegan District of Sleman Yogyakarta. The respondents were citizens of an advanced society members BKM number of 130 people. The sampling technique used in this research is by using the Simple Random Sampling. Models were analyzed using software Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on results of analysis show that the variable of the promotion and the location proved to have a positive and significant effect on customer interest. While aspects of the service and interest rates are not shown to affect the interest of the customer.

Abstract

This research make an analysis about influence of macro variables look towards inflation in Indonesia. The techni-ques at this research is used multiple linier regression with variable independent cen-tral government personnel expenditure, money supply look towards dependent varia-ble inflation. This result is showing that central government personnel expenditure have negative influence, and money supply have positive influence, so support previ-ous research.

Abstract

Abstract

Purpose- The purpose of this study was to determine the potential, problems, and formulation of the Sendangsari village development strategy, Pajangan sub-district, Bantul District, Yogyakarta Special Region. Design/methodology/approach- This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Key people as primary data sources are village officials and village community leaders. Secondary data were obtained from Disdukcapil, Central Bureau of Statistics, village office. The research method for analyzing research data uses descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis.Findings- The results of the study found that many village potentials could be developed with the right strategies and programs. The potential of natural, historical, and cultural tourism can be developed in Sendangsari village.Implications- Development. The resulting development program has implications for the economic recovery of the Sendangsari village community. Increased human resources in the form of providing training will be able to increase human resource competencies.Keywords: Rural Potencies, Village Issues, SWOT, Development Strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, teamwork, career development on employee engagement at PT Sangsaka Surya Karunia Jogja. This study uses a causal associative research method with a quantitative approach using the SPSS ver 21.0 program. The study population consisted of 104 employees of PT Sangsaka Surya Karunia Jogja and a sample of 83 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation had a significant positive effect on employee engagement with a regression coefficient of 0.110 and sig 0.048. Teamwork has a sig positive effect on employee engagement with a regression coefficient of 0.653 and sig 0.000. Career development has a significant positive effect on employee engagement with a regression coefficient of 0.154 and sig 0.008. The results of the study simultaneously compensation, teamwork, and career development have an effect on employee engagement with a sig value of 0.000 and F count of 32,360. The effect of compensation, teamwork, and career development on employee engagement is shown by the Adjusted R Square value of 53.4%, the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Therefore, all hypotheses in this study are accepted.

Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM Kinasih Fish berada di dusun Piringan, Caturharjo, Pandak, Bantul, kabupaten Bantul. UMKM ini masih sangat tradisional pengelolaannya, yang belum menerapkan manajemen keuangan meskipun sederhana, dan juga belum memiliki ijin usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pembuatan identitas usaha melalui logo, packing, dan juga pelatihan pembukuan sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara tatap muka, dengan mengkombinasikan teori dan praktik, serta pendampingan implementasi program sampai berhasil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang teridentifikasi, pengabdi memberikan pelatihan tentang membuat logo, packing, serta pengurusan perijinan pada Dinas Kesehatan untuk mendapatkan SP-IRT. Selain hal tersebut, pelatihan pembukuan juga diberikan, serta pengurusan hak cipta atas inovasi bentuk tampilan produk.Abstract: Kinasih Fish SME is located in Piringan hamlet, Caturharjo, Pandak, Bantul, Bantul district. This SMEs is still very traditional in its management, which has not implemented financial management even though it is simple, and also does not have a business license. This community service activity aims to provide training on creating business identity through logo making, packaging, and also simple bookkeeping training. The method of implementing this community service activity is done face-to-face, by combining theory and practice, as well as accompanying the implementation of the program until it succeeds. To overcome the identified problems, the service provider provides training on creating logos, packaging, and obtaining permits from the Health Department to obtain SP-IRT. In addition, bookkeeping training is also provided, as well as copyright management for innovation in product appearance.

Abstract

Abstract. Vinyl crafts Jogja in Code hamlet, Trirenggo, Bantul district, still produces products according to orders and markets products traditionally. This service activity aims to provide knowledge to digital marketing, online media creation, and implementation assistance. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out offline and online, by combining theory and practice, and showing assistance in program implementation until it is successful. A program that offers training and mentoring related to digital marketing, logo creation is the solution offered to solve problems that have been identified. The result of this activity is that producers are able to create online media for digital marketing, have company logos, create marketplace stalls on Instagram and Facebook. The conclusion of this activity is digital marketing can be a solution to increase the marketing reach of Vinyl Jogja crafts.  Abstrak. Kerajinan Vinyl Jogja di dusun Code, Trirenggo, kabupaten Bantul, masih memproduksi produk sesuai pesanan, dan memasarkan produk secara tradisional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan tentang digital marketing, pembuatan media online, dan pendampingan implementasinya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan secara daring dan luring, dengan mengkombinasikan teori dan praktik, serta dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan implementasi program sampai berhasil. Program pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait digital marketing, pembuatan logo menjadi solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang sudah diidentifikasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah produsen mampu membuat media online untuk digital marketing, memiliki logo perusahaan, membuat lapak marketplace di Instagram dan facebook. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah digital marketing dapat menjadi solusi untuk peningkatan jangkauan pemasaran kerajinan Vinyl Jogja.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: This research explores Dynamic Adaptive Capability to achieve Team Performance in higher education institutions, focusing on the challenges posed by a rapidly changing global environment. The study emphasizes the importance of dynamic adaptability as a mediating variable, connecting Authentic Leadership and Justice Climate as key elements influencing Team Performance. Background Problems: The main question of this research is whether Authentic Leadership improves Team Performance through Dynamic Adaptive Capability. The urgency of this research in Indonesia's higher education context is critical, considering that the ever-changing global environment demands rapid and effective adaptation to remain competitive and relevant. Novelty: Empirical evidence explaining how Authentic Leadership can improve Team Performance in Indonesian higher education still needs to be explored. Therefore, research that finds this mechanism is still required and adds Dynamic Adaptive Capability as a mediator. Research Methods: This research collected a survey of the Head of the Study Program as a team representative, used purposive sampling, and utilized AMOS SEM analysis to test the hypothesis. Finding/Results: The research shows that Authentic Leadership positively impacts Dynamic Adaptive Capability and Team Performance. Meanwhile, Justice Climate has no relationship with Team Performance but positively impacts Dynamic Adaptive Capability. Dynamic Adaptive Capability positively mediates Authentic Leadership and Team Performance while negatively mediating Justice Climate and Team Performance. Conclusion: In addition to supporting several hypotheses, this research also highlights the complex and diverse nature of these relationships, prompting recommendations for strategic planning and further investigation to deepen our understanding of the dynamics in organizational environments.

Abstract

Optimal employee performance can create positive impacts, such as increased productivity, better work quality, and more efficient target achievement. This study investigates how transformational leadership and physical work environment affect employee performance in Indonesia’s public sector, with work motivation as a mediator. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from all 244 employees of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Department of Manpower and Transmigration and analyzed via SEM-PLS. Results reveal that transformational leadership directly improves employee performance and indirectly through work motivation. While the physical work environment does not directly impact performance, it significantly enhances motivation, which in turn boosts performance. These findings underscore that psychological factors (motivation) play a more critical role than physical workspace conditions in driving performance. The study highlights the dominance of transformational leadership and motivational mechanisms over environmental factors in public sector settings. Practically, organizations should prioritize leadership development and motivational strategies rather than focusing solely on physical workspace improvements. By integrating internal (motivation) and external (leadership, environment) factors, this research provides novel insights into performance dynamics in government institutions, challenging traditional assumptions about the direct impact of physical work conditions. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how public sector performance can be enhanced through leadership and psychological empowerment

Abstract

Kehadiran TikTok Shop turut meramaikan bisnis e-commerce di Indonesia. Nivea sebagai pelaku dalam e-commerce melalui platform TikTok Shop mengembangkan berbagai strategi pemasaran digital. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh Nivea antara lain dengan meningkatkan keterlibatan celebrity endorser dalam mempromosikan produk, membangun citra merek yang positif dan online customer review dari konsumen. Beberapa strategi pemasaran digital yang dilakukan oleh Nivea apakah efektif dalam meningkatkan niat beli konsumen menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Sampel peneltian ditentukan dengan kriteria memiliki rentang usia 17-27 tahun atau masuk dalam rentang usia Gen Z, memiliki niat untuk membeli produk Nivea melalui aplikasi TikTok Shop dan berdomisili di DIY. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan terdapat 190 responden. Teknik Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) digunakan peneliti sebagai alat analisis data. Hasil pengujian statistic memperlihatkan sikap konsumen dipengaruhi oleh celebrity endorser, citra merek, beserta online customer review. Niat beli diberi pengaruh positif sekaligus signifikan oleh variabel citra merek, online customer review beserta sikap konsumen. Sementara celebrity endorser tidak memengaruhi niat beli. Niat beli melalui sikap konsumen diberi pengaruh positif sekaligus signifikan oleh variabel celebrity endorser, citra merek, beserta online customer review.
