Abstract

Inclusion learning is a combination of learning process between normal child and special needs child, both physically and non-physically. Each educational institution has a special branding in the learning process, one of which is local culture-based inclusion. TK Laboratori Pedagogia UNY is one of the schools that carry out the learning of local culture-based inclusion in the region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is expected to provide an overview of the process of implementing a local and locally-based kindergarten. This research is a qualitative study of case study approaches. Research field data retrieval using observation, interviews, documentation. The findings of the field resulted in that 1) the reason for learning local culture based inclusion due to the inclusion and cultural regulations, inclusion education needs for early childhood and special needs, and preservation of local cultures. 2) The value of local culture applied in the learning include, tepo sliro, unggah-ungguh, andhap asor, gugur gunung, welas asih, tertib, tekun, nerimo ing pandum. 3) management processes include planning, organizing, actuatting, and controlling.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menguraikan tentang pentingnya suatu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini untuk menerapkan suatu manajemen mutu terpadu pembelajaran sebagai sarana menumbuhkan minat belajar. Lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini memiliki kewajiban menerapkan pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan stimulasi dan mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani serta rohani anak usia dini. Teroptimalnya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tersebut, perlu adanya suatu mekanisme pembelajaran yang dapat menumbuhkan minat belajar anak di sekolah.Penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu pembelajaran menjadi salah satu cara pendidik di dalam ruang lingkup lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar anak dengan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan (pemberian berbagai pelayanan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan, karakteristik dan modalitas belajar anak), respect terhadap anak didik (saling menghargai dan menghormati), manajemen berdasarkan fakta (memahami permasalahan pembelajaran yang bersifat prioritas dan variabilitas pendidik dalam menyampaian materi pembelajaran), dan perbaikan secara berkesinambungan (evaluasi dan perbaikan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan, modalitas belajar, dan karakteristik anak didik).

Abstract

This article discusses the value of the character that should be instilled in children. the charactersare part of the human self as a reflection of life step view of life and religious ideology. Issues ofthe nation from the time to time will not be finished if weak leaders and aides in maintaining apositive outlook on life as a character. Many cases such as corruption, a student Brawl, crimeand so on. This is a reflection of the weak value of the person's character. Thus the cultivation ofthe character value to be given and conditioned since I was a kid. the story becomes one way oflearning for children. through talking with the theme of prophets certainly adds to theunderstanding of the value of the character that is owned by the prophets, in this case, theNoah, as the value of the character that can be emulated from the Prophet Noah., honest,Religious tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity,friendly/communication, peace-loving, caring, social responsibility

Abstract

This article discusses a method of active learning in fostering creativity thinking of earlychildhood. The application of active learning methods believed to be expected and canhelp early childhood in creative thinking and find new ideas. The method of activelearning for educators become part of alternative learning to cultivate creativitythinking of early childhood. Therefore, the application of active learning important maycontain learning activities is direct experience, interaction, communication, andreflections need to be run in the process fosters creativity thinking so that earlychildhood is able to find own ideas and new knowledge.

Abstract

Abstract

This research was distributed by the large number of schools which are experiencing a shortage of protégé and even to roll the mat so that it needed a strategy to lure the consumers or the public. Education as an effort to educate the nation and also prepare to meet in a mental maturity protégé, it needs to be fed by skills (soft skills), one of which, namely entrepreneurship. This research uses qualitative research type by using the validity of data triangulation technique. As for the results of studies on the implementation of the branding strategy enterpreneur in Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta Caliph Kindergarten: first Brand Positioning (Excellence-excellence as a criterion with other schools, one example i.e. enterpreneur), second, brand identity (including name, logo, jingle, endorser, design, color, web/social media, characters and slogan and tagline), and the third, brand personality (through the figure of the famous people at the same time the founder of Kindergarten Khalifa i.e. Ippo Santoso) Keywords: Branding Strategy, and Enterpreneur. AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya sekolah yang mengalami kekurangan anak didik dan bahkan sampai gulung tikar sehingga diperlukan strategi untuk memikat hati para konsumen atau masyarakat. Pendidikan sebagai usaha untuk mencerdaskan bangsa dan juga menyiapkan mental dalam menyongsong kedewasaan anak didik, maka perlu dibekali oleh keterampilan (soft skill), salah satunya yaitu kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan keabsahan data triangulasi teknik. Adapun hasil penelitian tentang implementasi strategi branding enterpreneur di TK Khalifah Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta yaitu pertama Brand Positioning (keunggulan-keunggulan sebagai pembeda dengan sekolah lain, salah satu contoh yaitu enterpreneur), kedua, brand identity (meliputi nama, logo, jingle,endorser, desain, warna, web/sosial media, karakter serta slogan dan tagline), dan ketiga, brand personality (melalui sosok tokoh terkenal sekaligus pendiri Tk Khalifa yaitu Ippo Santoso). Kata Kunci: Strategi Branding, dan Enterpreneur.

Abstract

This study was to determine the application of educational supervision by the principal in improving teacher performance at the RA Plus Al-Mubarokah Boro institution.  Supervision aims to improve the quality and performance of educators, so that the role of supervision in the education management process has an important role.  It is hoped that this research can be believed to be a useful thought in the future, especially those related to supervision in ECE institutions in order to improve teacher performance.  This study uses a qualitative approach while the method used is descriptive qualitative.  Data was collected by using interview, observation and documentation studies.  The data obtained were then grouped, selected based on quality and analyzed descriptively, the results concluded to answer the existing problems.  The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers.  The results showed that the supervision activities carried out by the principal could support the teacher's performance.

Abstract

Education continues to improve following the flow of the times. Changes in the world of education begin with changes in the curriculum. The cycle of curriculum change is dynamic and comprehensive at every level of education, including early childhood education (ECE). Researchers conduct research using qualitative methods with interview, observation and documentation techniques. The location of the study involved 34 early childhood education institutions of kindergarten units and Raudhatul Athfal in Tulungagung and surrounding areas. The results show that educators have an important role in transforming the quality of learning services through curriculum development. In addition, educators in developing the curriculum through several stages, namely planning, collaboration, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum. Therefore, educators as the spearhead of educational success have the task of improving the competence of excellent educators.

Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengeksplorasi peran transformatif guru sebagai "pahlawan digital" dalam sistem pendidikan Indonesia. Melalui kajian pustaka, artikel ini membahas bagaimana pendekatan inovatif, melalui integrasi teknologi, sangat penting untuk pendidikan modern. Artikel ini juga menyoroti tantangan dan solusi, terutama di wilayah yang akses teknologinya terbatas. Hasil penelitian menekankan bahwa meskipun teknologi dapat mendukung pembelajaran, guru tetap menjadi tokoh sentral dalam membentuk karakter siswa dan memastikan hasil pembelajaran yang efektif.
