Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Advertising and Store Atmosphere have an influence on Purchase Decisions at Dialog Coffee Deli Serdang. The population used in this study were all customers of Dialog Coffee. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, using accidental sampling as a sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses statistical model analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 25.00 software (Statistical Product and Services Solution). for windows. Research data sourced from primary data and the process of collecting data and using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between the independent variable, namely Advertising and Store Atmosphere, on the dependent variable, namely Purchase Decision. The Advertising variable, the value of t is tcount > ttable (7.262 > 1.986), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and for the Store Atmosphere variable, the value of t tcount > ttable (3.351> 1.986) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 can be obtained. concluded that Advertising and Store Atmosphere have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decisions at Dialog Coffe. And the F test obtained fcount > ftable (82.758 > 2.36) with a significance level of 0.000 < 005 so it can be concluded that Advertising (X1) and Store Atmosphere (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) at Dialog Coffee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Struktur Aktiva dan Likuiditas terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Laporan Keuangan pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi dengan Teknik analisis data menggunakan program IBM SPSS yang terdiri dari asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Struktur Aktiva memiliki nilai thitung sebesar -23,485< nilai ttabel 2,262 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya, Struktur Aktiva secara parsial berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Likuiditas diperoleh nilai thitung -3,158 < nilai ttabel 2,262 signifikan sebesar 0,012 < 0,05 artinya, Likuiditas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022. Secara simultan nilai fhitung 482,625 > nilai Ftabel 4,260 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Struktur Aktiva dan Likuiditas secara simultan atau bersamaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2022.

Abstract

The program "Exploring Talent and Interests through the Hope Foundation and the University of Medan Area" was created to address the challenges faced by students in identifying their potential and determining appropriate career paths. Many students struggle to recognize their interests and talents, making it difficult to choose between continuing education, entering the workforce, or becoming entrepreneurs after graduation. This issue underscores the need for structured guidance and support. The program, collaboration between the Hope Foundation, known for its focus on community empowerment, and the University of Medan Area, aims to provide students with a clear framework to explore and develop their talents. Through workshops, mentoring, and personalized feedback, students gain the necessary knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their future. Quantitative data were collected through post-program surveys assessing participants' confidence levels, awareness of their skills, and preparedness for future career paths. Participants rated their experiences on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, measuring aspects such as clarity in career direction and engagement with personal interests. Results from the program demonstrate that participants experienced increased confidence in recognizing their abilities and showed greater preparedness for professional and societal contributions. The combination of group discussions, aptitude tests, and mentor evaluations allowed students to objectively measure their progress. The program successfully provided a comprehensive approach to self-development, promoting stronger engagement with individual interests and talents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the partial influence of servicescape on customer satisfaction, to find out and analyze the partial influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and to find out and analyze the simultaneous influence of servicescape and service quality on customer satisfaction at The Cups Co Iskandar Muda Branch. The population in this study is 1,426 customers visiting The Cups Co Iskandar Muda Branch. The sample in the study was 93 people who were taken using the slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, partial test (t-test), simultaneous signification test (F-test) and determination coefficient. The results of the study show that servicescape has an effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction and servicescape and service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction at The Cups Co Iskandar Muda Branch.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Ketersediaan Informasi dan Kemandirian Pribadi Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Non Kuliner Pada Usaha Kecil di di Pajak Melati Jalan Bunga Sakura Tanjung Selamat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pedagang non kuliner di di Di pajak Melati Jln Bunga Sakura Tanjung Selamat yang berjumlah 32 orang. Metode penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sensus yaitu jumlah populasi diambil seluruhnya untuk menjadi sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa Berwirausaha, Ketersediaan Informasi dan Kemandirian secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu keberhasilan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine “The Effect of Entrepreneurial Skills and Experience on Barbershop Business Success in Medan Sunggal District”. Where entrepreneurial skills are success in practicing the abilities acquired by an entrepreneur in terms of applying knowledge and good personal qualities to carry out entrepreneurial activities, experience is the knowledge that entrepreneurs have gained through a series of business activities that have been carried out, while business success is a situation where a business is at a better point than the previous situation and in that position the business has been able to achieve the expected goals. This study adopts a causal associative quantitative research type. The data used in this study is primary data so that data collection is done by distributing research questionnaires to 35 Barbershop businesses in Medan Sunggal District using saturated sampling techniques. Based on the results of the partial test (t test) it is concluded that partially entrepreneurial skills have a positive and significant effect on business success and partially experience has a positive and significant effect on business success. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F test) it is concluded that simultaneously entrepreneurial skills and experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the success of the Barbershop business in Medan Sunggal District. In the coefficient of determination (R2) test, it can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.592. Thus describing that the value of the variance owned by the business success of the entrepreneurial skills and experience variables is 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other variables or factors not examined and not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Creativity and Entrepreneurial Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interest of SMA Kemala Bhayangkari Medan students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, namely a study that aims to explain an empirical phenomenon accompanied by statistical data, characteristics and relationships between variables whose data collection techniques use questionnaires. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample of this study was USU Tax entrepreneurs totaling 98 respondents. The method used in data collection is the non-probability sampling technique, the analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that between the two dimensions of Creativity and Entrepreneurial Knowledge, there is an influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. The R2 value of the equation is 47.5, meaning that the variable of entrepreneurial interest (dependent) that can be explained by the variables of creativity and entrepreneurial knowledge (independent) in this study is 47.5, while 53.6% is influenced by other variables that are not explained by this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan antara katalog offline dan katalog online dalam meningkatkan efektifitas penjualan produk di perusahaan PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi Dalam Memasarkan Produk. Subjek penelitian ini adalah konsumen pada PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi sebanyak 30 responden. Dengan metode pengumpulan data yang menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas sebagai alat uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis secara parsial (t- test) dan simultan (f-test) dan koefisien determinasi (R2 ) digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil data yang akurat guna menarik kesimpulan. Maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan antara katalog offline dan katalog online dalam meningkatkan efektifitas penjualan produk di perusahaan PT Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi berpengaruh positif terhadap efektifitas Dan berpengaruh secara signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Brand Trust on Purchase Intention for Aqua products following the emergence of a boycott issue. A boycott brand can influence consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions; Therefore, it is important to examine the role of electronic communication and brand trust in shaping consumer purchasing intentions. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results show that, partially, eWOM has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Aqua products. Similarly, Brand Trust is also proven to have a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly and positively affect purchase intention after the boycott issue. These findings indicate that effective digital communication strategies and efforts to build and maintain brand trust are key to sustaining consumer loyalty, especially in the face of reputation crises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis.”Pengaruh Store Atmosfer dan Costumer Experience Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Warkop Agam Jalan Setia Budi Kota Medan” Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan Warkop Agam Jalan Setia Budi Kota Medan. penetuan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan malhotra yang dimana Besarnya jumlah sampel yang diambil dapat ditentukan dengan cara mengalikan jumlah pernyataan dengan 5, atau 5 x jumlah pernyataan. Indikator dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel bebas dan 1 variabel terikat. Total pernyataan dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 pertanyaan, sehingga minimal ukuran sampel penelitian24 x 5 = 120 .Berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut, sampel yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini di sesuaikan menjadi sebanyak 120  responden.Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Store Atmosfer berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (5,577) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.980). (X2) Costumer Experience berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen .Hal ini terlihat dari nilai (0,000) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (4,747) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.980) (3) dilihat (tingkat signifikansi nya (0,000) < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Store Atmosfer (x1), dan Costumer Experience (x2) secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan konsumen dapat di liat F-hitung > F-tabel dan tingkat signifikansi nya (0,000) < 0,05
