Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shopping Lifestyle dan Hedonic Shopping Motivation terhadap Impulse Buying di Marketplace Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gunung Lauser. Dalam penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gunung Lauser stambuk 2020-2023 sebanyak 2,083 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik probability sampling dengan menggunkan rumus Slovin. Berdasarkan kriteria diperoleh 96 (sembilan puluh enam) sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer, dan teknik observasi serta penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27 hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsian Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying di Marketplace Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gunung Lauser, H1 diterima. Dan Hedonic Shopping Motivation berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying di Marketplace Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gunung Lauser, H2 diterima. Hasil uji secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Shopping Lifestyle dan Hedonic Shopping Motivation berpengaruh terhadap Impulse Buying di Marketplace Shopee pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gunung Lauser, H3 diterima. Nilai R2 sebesar 40,5% Impulse Buying (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Shopping Lifestyle dan Hedonic Shopping Motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh servicescape, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Filosofi Kopi Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berkunjung ke Filosofi Kopi Medan. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian ini, dalam wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa servicescape, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas pelanggan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,164 yang berarti servicescape, kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 16,4% dan sisanya sebesar 83,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menekan jumlah pengangguran adalah dengan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan sendiri melalui kegiatan pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak hanya memberikan landasan teoritis mengenai konsep kewirausahaan tetapi membentuk sikap, perilaku, dan pola pikir (mindset) dan pengetahuan seorang wirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Kewirausahan, Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usahan Online Shop Nielsenfashion. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Customer sebanyak 91 orang dan menggunakan sampel teknik total sampling. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, kuesioner atau angket. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, linearitas dan multikolinearitas, serta persamaan regresi linear berganda. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t uji-F. Hasil analisis uji-t untuk variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung(2,993) > ttabel(1,662), hal ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Onlien Shop Nielsenfashion. Variabel Keterampilan Kewirausahaan (X2) nilai thitung(2,770) > ttable (1,662), dengan demikian maka hipotesis kedua ini diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Online Shop Nielsenfashion. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh bahwa fhitung(10,660) > ftable (3,10), hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan dan Keterampilan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Online Shop Nielsenfashion.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper analyzes how to increase micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) performance through Cutting Edge Innovation Capability. Design/methodology/approach – This study’s population consists of all 84,758 MSMEs in North Sumatera. A purposive sampling approach was used to select the respondents, with closed question for a sample of 218 leading MSME owner-managers in North Sumatera using the structural equation modelling technique (PLS-SEM). The main MSMEs in North Sumatra with the the following the categories of products: culinary, handicrafts, fashion, coffee shops, bakeries, garment, and services.Findings – The findings of this study show that Cutting Edge Innova¬tion Capability has positive and significant effect on performance of MSMEs from data processing and hypothesis testing results. Cutting Edge Inno¬vation Capability is innovation capabilities that combine product innovation, process innovation, market innovation, and organi¬zation innovation as: Sensing Capability, Seizing Capability, Trans¬forming Capability, Break¬through Concept Capability, and Superior Marketing Capability.Research limitations/implications – There needs to be a more balanced composition of leading MSMEs data, not too much many in food and beverage MEMEs. The research data for this category is 103 MSMEs (47%) while others MSME categories are also in need innovation capabilities such as souvenirs, agribusiness, and services. Practical implications – Based on research results, as input for MSME manager, MSME business actors in efforts increasing the innovation capabilities of MSMEs in line with the Government’s wishes the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, target MSMEs can move up a class (scaling up), MEMEs can go international.Originality/value – Cutting Edge Innovation Capability is needed to improve the MSMEs performance. In line with previous research, Market Orientation and SME Performance needed to be mediated by marketing capabilities.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the effect of Experiential Value on revisit intention at Waterfront City Pangururan, Samosir Regency. To determine the effect of Experiential Quality on revisit intention at Waterfront City Pangururan, Samosir Regency. To determine the effect of Experiential Value and Experiential Quality on revisit intention at Waterfront City Pangururan, Samosir Regency. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative associative approach. In this study, the population is all visitors totaling 242,028 tourists who have visited the Waterfront City Pangururan, Samosir Regency tourist attraction throughout 2024 and the sample determination using the Slovin formula in this study the number of samples is rounded to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using non-probability and purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to obtain primary data and documentation to obtain secondary data. The statistical data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and previously carried out classical assumption tests and validity and reliability instrument tests. As well as determination testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the experiential value variable partially has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention at the Waterfront City Pangururan tourist attraction in Samosir Regency. The experiential quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention at the Waterfront City Pangururan tourist attraction in Samosir Regency. The experiential value and experiential quality variables partially have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention at the Waterfront City Pangururan tourist attraction in Samosir Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing, store atmosphere and location on repurchase interest at Sarune Coffee and Eatery in Karo Regency. This study uses a descriptive research type with a quantitative approach, which uses a multiple linear regression method with the SPSS 23 program. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study is everyone who has been a consumer at Sarune Coffee and Eatery in Karo Regency with a sample of 99 respondents. The sampling technique uses Nonprobability Sampling, with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques are carried out using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the research results, it shows that (1) Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Sarune Coffee and Eatery in Karo Regency, (2) Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Sarune Coffee and Eatery in Karo Regency, (3) Location has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Sarune Coffee and Eatery in Karo Regency, and (4) Experiential Marketing, Store Atmosphere and Location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest at Sarune Coffee and Eatery in Karo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Brand Trust on Purchase Intention for Aqua products following the emergence of a boycott issue. A boycott brand can influence consumer perceptions and purchasing decisions; Therefore, it is important to examine the role of electronic communication and brand trust in shaping consumer purchasing intentions. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression tests. The results show that, partially, eWOM has a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Aqua products. Similarly, Brand Trust is also proven to have a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly and positively affect purchase intention after the boycott issue. These findings indicate that effective digital communication strategies and efforts to build and maintain brand trust are key to sustaining consumer loyalty, especially in the face of reputation crises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian di aplikasi tokopedia pada masyarakat lingkungan III kelurahan pulau simardan kota tanjung balai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory. Penelitian explanatory ini menguji suatu hipotesis antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain yang saling berpengaruh antara satu dengan yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Lingkungan III Kelurahan Pulau Simardan Kota Tanjung Balai yang berjumlah sebanyak 1.165 Masyarakat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Hasil pengujian mengatakan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemudahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan kemudahan dan kepercayaan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Aplikasi Tokopedia Pada Masyarakat Lingkungan III Kelurahan Pulau Simardan Kota Tanjung Balai. Nilai koefisien determinasi dilihat dari Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,804 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara kemudahan, kepercayaan dan keputusan pembelian memiliki hubungan yang kuat erat sebesar 80,4%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,6% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab yang lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
