Abstract

Turnover intention is the attitude employees looking for other jobs by leaving company, causes are job insecurity and work stress. Hay Group Survey Result World 2010-2018, turnover increase was 12.9% in 2014. At PT. DNR Corporation West Jakarta in 2020 employee turnover 19 people (15.77%) and 2021 as 19 people (28.62%), meaning that employee turnover is high above 10% per year and 10 employees survey study intend to find other work 79%. Purpose to determine relationship between job insecurity and job stress with turnover intention. Research method is quantitative and cross sectional design. Location at PT. DNR Corporation West Jakarta, November 2021-August 2022. Population 96 employees and 10 employees has been survey study, so 96-10= 86 samples using total sampling. Research instrument by questionnaire with theoretical modifications Halimah et al.,(2016) namely thinking about leaving, looking for alternative, intentions to leave. Data analysis are univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. Result showed employees who turnover intention 54.7%. Employees who feel job insecurity 55.8%. Employees who experience job stress 60.5%. In conclusion, there is no significant job insecurity (p-value = 0.323) and turnover intention, there is a significant job stress (p-value = 0.002) and turnover intention.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang ditularkan secara droplet yang dapat dicegah melalui berbagai upaya, termasuk testing, tracing, dan isolasi/karantina. Penelusuran kontak erat (contak tracing) dan tindak lanjutnya merupakan upaya kunci dalam pencegahan penularan COVID-19. Satgas Penanganan COVID-19 telah mengembangkan kegiatan penelusuran kontak erat di desa/kelurahan di Indonesia yang dilaksanakan oleh tracer dan data manager. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan terkait penelusuran kontak untuk pencegahan COVID-19. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bentuk dari pelaksanaan Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pengabdian masyarakat. Berdasarkan diskusi dengan Dinkes Kota Tangerang, Banten, maka kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Desa Sukasari, Kecamatan Tangerang, Kota Tangerang, Banten. Sasaran kegiatan adalah data manager, tracer, dan lurah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 23 November 2021 di Desa Sukasari yang diikuti oleh 9 orang yaitu 2 data manager 6 tracer, dan 1 lurah. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan “pendidikan kesehatan” berupa penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan melalui ceramah dan tanya jawab, diskusi, dan praktek pencatatan dan pelaporan data. Alat yang digunakan pada saat kegiatan antara lain komputer, sound sistem, dan LCD. Luaran kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan data manager dan tracer dan lurah dalam pencegahan COVID-19 dan penelusuran kontak erat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan usia dan riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian kanker payudara di RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang pada tanggal 20-27 Juni 2021, dengan desain penelitian case control. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh wanita yang berobat ke poliklinik kebidanan di RSUP DR M. Djamil Padang pada tanggal 1 Januari sampai 31 Desember 2020. Jumlah kasus dan kontrol sebanyak 148 wanita. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi- square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan jumlah Usia yang berisiko kanker payudara sebanyak 70 (47,3%), Jumlah riwayat keluarga yang berisiko kanker payudara sebanyak 62 (41,9%). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara usia dengan kejadian kanker payudara (P value 0,0001, OR =54,818). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat keluarga dengan kejadian kanker payudara (P value 0,0001, OR=18,228). Dapat disimpulkan usia dan riwayat keluarga berpengaruh terhadap kejadian kanker payudara di RSUP Dr M. Djamil Padang. Disarankan kepada perawat atau petugas kesehatan agar lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) di sekolah-sekolah atau untuk remaja agar mereka lebih memahami betapa pentingnya sedari dilakukan sejak usia remaja.

Abstract

Kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan sangat penting untuk diperhatikan karena dapat menggambarkan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di tempat pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kesehatan rawat jalan di puskesmas marga mulya tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi descriptive. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji univariat. Sebagian besar responden rawat jalan di Puskesmas Marga Mulya, pada penelitian ini terkait dimensi Tangibles (bukti fisik), 81 responden (73,6%) menyatakan puas, dan 29 responden (26,4%) menyatakan tidak puas. Pada dimensi Reliability (kehandalan), 46 responden (41,8%) menyatakan puas, dan 64 responden (58,2%) menyatakan tidak puas. pada dimensi Responsiveness (daya tanggap), 63 responden (57,3%) menyatakan puas, dan 47 responden (42,7%) menyatakan tidak puas. pada dimensi Assurance (jaminan), 60 responden (63,6%), dan 40 responden (36,6%) menyatakan tidak puas. pada dimensi Empathy (empati), 70 responden (54,5%), dan 50 responden (45,5%) menyatakan tidak puas. Sebagian besar responden/responden rawat jalan di Puskesmas Marga Mulya merasa puas pada dimensi assurance, dan terdapat beberapa responden/pasien merasa tidak puas pada dimensi realeability. Terkait dengan ketidakpuasan pada dimensi kehandalan, sebaiknya diberikan pelatihan terkait komunikasi efektif, serta training untuk meningkatkan skill karyawan yang fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi pada pelanggan atau pasien.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a degenerative disease that is a severe problem in the world. Hypertension is categorized as a silent killer disease because sufferers do not know they have hypertension. According to the World Health Organization (2021), 42% of sufferers are unaware of having hypertension because it often occurs without complaints. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between age, gender, family history, smoking habits, and obesity with the incidence of hypertension. Methods: The type of research conducted was quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size obtained from the results of the study was 58 samples. The research took place in April - July 2023. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and digital tensimeters to measure blood pressure. The data results are presented in the form of univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Results: The results showed that age (p=0.047), gender (p=0.015), family history (p=0.007), and obesity (p=0.019) showed a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension. However, smoking habit (p=0.634) did not establish a significant relationship. Conclusion: age, gender, family history, and obesity showed a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension, and smoking habit did not establish a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension.

Abstract

The density of charters and the large number of people living around the banks of the Teluk Angke area in RT Teluk Gong. 05/08 Kelurahan Pejagalan resulted in an increase in the amount of waste of various types, ranging from food waste, plastic waste, fruit peel waste, used cans, etc. The purpose of this community service activity is to help the community in dealing with environmental-based diseases. The socialization method was carried out on health promotion in the abdimas scientific forum activities with the theme "Media Posters for Health Promotion Disposing of Good and Correct Garbage for Environment-Based Disease Control" using poster media for ± 15 minutes followed by questions and answers, posting posters in each resident's trash can, monitoring and evaluation. The results obtained from this study were changes in the behavior of participants about how to dispose of waste properly and correctly, thus increasing public awareness of how important it is if we dispose of waste properly and correctly so that we can control environmental-based diseases.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology, along with post-pandemic changes, has transformed global work structures. Full-remote and hybrid work models remain widely implemented, offering both conveniences and challenges for employees. This study compares the quality of life and performance of full-remote and hybrid employees at Yayasan XYZ, South Jakarta. Using a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 48 purposively sampled employees via questionnaires. The research results indicate that, based on the average scores obtained, full-remote employees exhibit a higher quality of life in the physical, psychological, and environmental domains, whereas hybrid employees excel in the social domain. The comparative analysis of quality of life revealed no significant differences between these two work models. In terms of performance, hybrid employees demonstrated higher productivity levels than full-remote employees, with an average score of 9.22 for full-remote and 9.64 for hybrid work models. However, the comparative analysis of performance also indicated no statistically significant differences between the two models. In conclusion, while there are variations in the experiences of employees working under full-remote and hybrid models, the comparative analysis confirms that there are no significant differences in terms of quality of life and performance between these two work models. The results of this study are expected to serve as a basis for Yayasan XYZ in formulating optimal work model policies to ensure employee well-being and productivity

Abstract

Background: Work accidents are still a problem in industry both in the world and in Indonesia. The cause of work accidents is 88% due to unsafe acts. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with unsafe acts in workers at the Press Part Manufacturing Company in Tangerang. Methods: The design used was a crosssectional study with a sample size of 69 who were selected using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The dependent variable is unsafe acts while the independent variables include knowledge, attitudes, years of service, OSH supervision and training. Data collection uses primary data by filling out questionnaires filled out by respondents. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with Chi Square test. Results: Univariate and bivariate data analysis with Chi Square test. The results showed that 62.3% of workers who committed unsafe acts had high knowledge of 72.5%, had a negative attitude of 53.6%, had a new working period of 65.2%, had poor supervision of 59. .4%, and 63.8% had attended K3 training. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between attitude (p-value = 0.007), length of service (p-value = 0.001), and supervision (p-value = 0.046) with unsafe acts.Conclusion: There is a relationship between attitudes, length of service and supervision with unsafe actions

Abstract

Depresi, kecemasan, dan stres kerja menjadi permasalahan pada pekerja dengan konsekuensi terhadap kondisi psikologis, fisik, maupun kinerja. Permasalahan tersebut tidak hanya berdampak pada individu dalam bentuk penurunan motivasi dan produktivitas, tetapi juga berimplikasi pada kerugian perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa isu kesehatan mental di lingkungan kerja perlu mendapatkan perhatian serius agar pekerja mampu mencapai keseimbangan, baik dalam melaksanakan tugas maupun menjaga kualitas hidupnya. PT.X merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi casting dan finish. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan depresi, kecemasan dan stres pada pekerja bagian finishing di PT.X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional deskriptif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang, dengan teknik total sampling, yaitu keseluruhan pekerja bagian finishing. Variabel yang diteliti adalah depresi, kecemasan, dan stres pada pekerja. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner DASS-21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebanyak 47 orang (62,7%) mengalami depresi dengan tingkat keparahan normal, 33 orang (44%) mengalami kecemasan dengan tingkat keparahan berat dan sebanyak 40 orang (53,3%) mengalami stres dengan kategori berat.
