Abstract

Rising sea temperatures due to global warming and human activities in Indonesia threaten coral reef sustainability, leading to bleaching and mass mortality. In 2016, 50% of coral colonies in Gili Matra experienced bleaching, 11% were pale, and 1% faced mortality. To mitigate damage, controlled coral cultivation in isolated media offers an alternative to open-ocean methods, allowing precise water quality management. Coral transplantation, involving fragmentation and placement in controlled environments, enhances rehabilitation efforts. An IoT-based controller enables real-time monitoring and automation of life-support systems, including supplementation pumps, photosynthetic lamps, top-up pumps, cooling fans, and current pumps. System performance shows consistent lamp scheduling, supplementation dosage with a deviation of ±1-2%, precise top-up activation, current pump scheduling with a 1s deviation, and optimal water parameters (alkalinity 8.3 dKH, calcium 420 ppm, magnesium 1050 ppm, salinity 1.025).

Abstract

Electronic voting (e-voting) merupakan salah satu jenis sistem voting yang prosesnya berjalan dengan sistem elektronik. E-voting dikembangkan untuk menjadi alternatif lain voting tradisional negara demokrasi. Di Indonesia sistem pemilihan menggunakan e-voting mulai diterapkan pada skala desa. Dengan adanya perancangan website e-voting menggunakan smart contract blockchain Polygon bertujuan agar melengkapi sistem yang sudah ada terutama keamanan, transparansi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam proses pemilihan. Penerapan blockchain pada masa sekarang masih dibilang awal tentunya membutuhkan pengembangan dan improvisasi. Mekanisme yang ditawarkan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan smart contract voting yang artinya proses voting berjalan diatas jaringan blockchain. Pemilih akan mendapatkan Non-Fungible Token setelah voting sukses sebagai bukti telah memilih.

Abstract

BUMDes Randurejo Salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) mengalami dampak selama pandemi COVID-19, yang tercermin dari penurunan pendapatan sebesar 45%. Keadaan tersebut disebabkan oleh penggunaan metode pemasaran konvensional yang masih diterapkan oleh BUMDES Randurejo sampai saat ini. Ketidakhadiran situs web atau keberadaan di platform media sosial yang terkait dengan unit usaha BUMDES Randurejo telah menjadi penyebab mengapa BUMDES ini tidak mengalami perkembangan dan kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat, diharapkan bahwa pengabdian ini dapat mengubah kondisi masyarakat menjadi lebih mandiri, produktif, dan sejahtera. Dari evaluasi awal terhadap permasalahan yang ada, tim pengabdi telah memberikan pendampingan dalam proses pembuatan situs web, pengelolaan media sosial, serta memberikan pelatihan dalam tata kelola media, pemasaran digital, dan penggunaan platform marketplace. Tim pengabdi juga telah menginisiasi kerja sama strategis antara BUMDES Randurejo dengan Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto dalam upaya Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan dan Pendampingan Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi.   Abstract. BUMDes Randurejo is one of the BUMDes that was affected during the COVID-19 pandemic. The impact can be seen from the decrease in income by 45%.   This happened because so far BUMDES Randurejo still uses conventional methods in marketing. There is no website or social media related to the Randurejo BUMDES business unit, making this BUMDES undeveloped and unknown to many people. Through the community empowerment approach, this service is expected to change the existence of the community to become more independent, productive and prosperous. Based on the results of the initial assessment of the problem, the service team has provided assistance in making websites, social media, mentoring and training in media governance, digital marketing and marketplaces. In addition, the service team also initiated a strategic collaboration between BUMDES Randurejo and the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology in the implementation of Information and Communication Technology-Based Management and Assistance.

Abstract

Corn plants can grow well in areas with hot or tropical temperatures as long as there is adequate rainfall and an adequate irrigation system. Corn is a strategic agricultural commodity that plays an important role in the economy, both on a national and global scale. According to data from the official website satudata.pertanian.go.id, the projection of corn production in Indonesia in the period 2020 to 2024 is estimated to experience a stable annual increase, ranging from 0.94% to 0.97%. However, during its life cycle from seed to seed, every part of the corn is susceptible to a number of diseases that can reduce the quantity and quality of the results. Therefore, the problem of disease is one of the factors that constrains the production and quality of seeds. In this study, detection of types of diseases and pests in corn plants was carried out using YOLOV8 technology as a form of innovation in corn agricultural intelligence. The dataset used in this study consists of four classes of corn leaf images, namely dry spots, blight, rust and healthy plants with a total of 1162 datasets. The dataset was taken at the same time using the POVA Pro5 smartphone. Based on the results of model training and evaluation, it was obtained that with a batch size of 32 and epoch 64, the precision value reached 0.67, recall 0.78, f1 score 0.67, Map0.5 0.701, and Map0.5:0.95 0.295. Meanwhile, with a batch size of 64 and epoch 100, the precision value increased to 0.75, recall 0.79, f1 score 0.75, Map0.5 0.792, and Map0.5:0.95 0.343. These findings indicate that the application of YOLOv8 technology has the potential to provide significant contributions to the development of smart farming systems, especially in efforts to detect early disturbances in corn plants automatically and efficiently. The availability of accurate information on the types of diseases and pests that attack corn plants allows farmers to respond quickly and appropriately, including through the selection of more targeted pesticide use or the application of organic control methods that are appropriate to field conditions.

Abstract

Pencurian sepeda motor di Purwokerto, terutama di area parkir dan lingkungan sekitar, masih menjadi permasalahan utama. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem alarm berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang terdiri dari sensor GPS untuk pelacakan lokasi, sensor RFID untuk autentikasi, dan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi aktivitas mencurigakan. Sistem dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 yang terhubung ke internet melalui jaringan MiFi, dengan notifikasi real-time yang dikirim ke pemilik kendaraan melalui aplikasi Telegram serta aktivasi buzzer sebagai alarm fisik. Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil berfungsi dengan baik, dengan notifikasi terkirim dalam rata-rata 5 detik setelah ancaman terdeteksi. GPS mampu mengirimkan data lokasi dengan akurasi baik, dengan waktu respons antara 5 hingga 7 detik setiap kali perintah dijalankan. Sistem RFID menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 80% hingga 100%, bahkan dengan adanya penghalang. Dalam simulasi pencurian, sistem berhasil memberikan peringatan dini dalam rata-rata 90%, membuktikanbahwa sistem ini efektif dan dapat diandalkan dalam meningkatkan peringatan dini serta memberikan responscepat terhadap potensi pencurian.Kata kunci— Keamanan sepeda motor, IoT, GPS, RFID, sensor ultrasonik

Abstract

Banyumas merupakan sebuah kabupaten yangterletak di Jawa Tengah dengan luas wilayah sebesar 1.327,60km², terdiri dari wilayah daratan dan pegunungan denganstruktur sebagian besar lembah tanah pertanian dan sebagianlagi merupakan daratan tinggi untuk pemukiman yangmembuat banyumas rentan terhadap bencana alam. Dalamsituasi darurat, pelaporan serta respons yang cepat dan tepatsangatlah penting untuk mengurangi korban jiwa dan kerugian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangunaplikasi pelaporan bencana alam di Kabupaten Banyumasmenggunakan metode Prototype. Metode Prototype adalahpendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang melibatkanpembuatan model awal untuk dievaluasi oleh pengguna,memungkinkan perbaikan berulang guna memastikan hasilakhir sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengujian dilakukanmenggunakan metode Blackbox dan System Usability Scale(SUS), hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan fungsionalitassistem ini mendapatkan presentase keberhasilan sebesar 100%.Sedangkan hasil pengujian System Usability Scalemenunjukkan skor 73,2 yang mengindikasikan sistemberpredikat good atau baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapatmemberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkankesiapsiagaan dan respons masyarakat terhadap bencana alamserta membantu BPBD dalam mengelola laporan bencana.Kata kunci — Bencana Alam, Banyumas, Pelaporan,Aplikasi, Metode Prototype, Blackbox, System Usability Scale

Abstract

The high usage of internet networks, coupled with various direct and indirect attacks, will affect the activities on the internet network. The office of PT. INKA Multi Solusi Service, located in Madiun City, has each employee working with their own computers, and the office's internet speed is 150 Mbps. However, the internet network at PT. INKA Multi Solusi Service faces several optimization issues. Three of these issues are related to internet security login, bandwidth conflicts, and unrestricted website access, leading to virus-related problems. The proposed solution involves implementing the Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB) method, a bandwidth management technique used to control internet networks. HTB operates by allocating bandwidth hierarchically based on user needs. One of its advantages is that any unused bandwidth will be reallocated according to the priority needs of each user in a network. A captive portal will be implemented to protect the network from unauthorized users, ensuring that users have been granted permission to access the network through a username and password. Web filtering will safeguard internet users from harmful websites and restrict access to specific websites, especially those that could be potential sources of network viruses.
