Abstract

Kriptografi adalahsebuah metode dalammengamankan pesan dengan menggunakan algoritma matematika tertentu. Dalam kriptografi terdapat dua konsep utama yaitu enkripsi dan dekripsi. Enkripsi adalah proses merubah informasi yang dapat dimengerti maknanya menjadi informasi yang tidak dapat dimengerti artinya. Sedangkan dekripsi adalah proses sebaliknya, yaitu mengubah informasi yang tidak dipahami artinya menjadi informasi yang bermakna atau dapat dipahami maksudnya. Dalam sistem kriptografi, informasi yang dapat dimengerti artinya disebut dengan plaintext(clear text) sedangkan informasi yang tidak dapat dimengerti maknanya disebut dengan ciphertext(fuzzy text). Salah satu jenis algoritma adalah algoritma Hill atau yang biasa dikenal dengan Hill Cipher, merupakan algoritma yang menggunakan matriks persegi untuk enkripsi dan dekripsi, pada penelitian ini penulis memperluas teknik kriptografi Hill cipher tidak hanya menggunakan matriks persegi sebagai kunci tetapi juga matriks tak-persegi pada teknik kriptografi kunci simetris dengan bantuan teorema pseudoinverse, yaitu teorema yang memastikan bahwa setiap matriks tak-persegi atas field memiliki invers yang disebut matriks pseudoinverse. Penulis juga menggunakan teorema yang memudahkan dalam pencarian matriks pseudoinverse,beberapa diantaranya adalah jika matriks tersebut invertible atau memiliki rank kolom penuh atau bisa juga jika memiliki rank baris penuh, selanjutnya berdasarkan teorema tersebut, penulis juga membuat program implementasi dari perluasan kriptografi cipher Hill dengan tujuan agar dengan teorema-teorema tersebut dapat dibuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk bertukar pesan rahasia, namun ditemukan bahwa extended hill cryptographic cipher menghasilkan ciphertext yang lebih panjang dari plaintext sehingga lebih menguntungkan karena pesan menjadi semakin sulit untuk didekodekan.

Abstract

Digital image watermarking is the insertion of watermarks into digital image media. Several types of watermarking methods used are Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). Both of these watermarking methods work in the frequency domain (transform). Digital image watermarking using the frequency domain is carried out on the frequency coefficient. This study used 30 digital image data as material for digital image watermaking analysis with 10 data each in binary, grayscale and color digital images in jpg, png and bmp formats. Digital images in the binary and grayscale domains are conversions from digital images in the true color (RGB) domain. Digital image watermarking includes three main processes, namely embedding the watermarked image on the original digital image, extracting the watermarked image and measuring the correlation between the two digital images. Correlation aims to measure two variables that have the same relationship. The technology used in this research work is MATLAB (Matrix Laboratory) as a high-performance programming language for computing in solving problems with solutions expressed in mathematical notation. The results of the discussion prove that the watermarking process in terms of color, for DCT, RGB is better and binary is better for DFT. And the watermaking process, in terms of the type of watermark inserted, for both DCT and DFT, a good watermark is an invisible watermark.

Abstract

The theory of algebra is highly beneficial and used in daily life. Identifying plagiarism is one of many activities that can be solved with the concept of linear algebra. Even today, plagiarism is still a crucial issue to discuss, preferably in academic scope, both in assignment papers and academic theses. Identifying plagiarism aims to provide a document as a vector. Even the basic concept of linear algebra can be applied in plagiarism detection applications. This paper proposed a modeling example of plagiarism checking on a document with a matrix representation and the calculation of angles among subspaces of each compared document. Finally, the results can be used as one of the considerations to determine the similarity index.Keywords: plagiarism, linear algebra, vector, matrix representation

Abstract

Cryptography is a method for securing data or information from data leaks. In cryptography, there are two important processes, namely, the encryption and decryption processes. Encryption is the process of changing plaintext into ciphertext using certain keys and algorithms, while decryption is the process of changing ciphertext into plaintext using keys and algorithms that match the encryption. There is a cryptosystem that is well known, namely Cipher Hill. Cipher Hill uses a square matrix for the encryption and decryption process. In this research, an mxn-sized matrix will be used over the Direct Sum ring Z_p⨁Z_q⨁Z_r to expand the Cipher Hill algorithm. The author also uses the pseudoinverse concept to find the inverse of an mxn matrix. By using an mxn matrix, the encryption results allow the length of the plaintext to be different from the length of the ciphertext.Keywords: Cipher Hill, Cryptography, Decryption, Encryption, Direct Sum, Pseudoinvers

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to help Pakis 2 Public Middle School teachers understand the use of WordWall learning media and provide innovative learning models that can attract students to learn through learning games. This activity was carried out by the Student Guidance Team at the State University of Malang which consisted of 3 people and was accompanied by a Mathematics lecturer and Mathematics teacher at SMP Negeri 2 Pakis. The method used in the implementation of community service uses lecture, discussion, and practice methods. Before and after the activity takes place, the teacher is given a pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire. The pre-test results obtained from this activity were 7% of the teachers already understood WordWall learning media. While the post-test gain from this activity was 93.5% which indicated that the teacher had understood the use of the WordWall learning media that had been provided. From the results of the questionnaire that has been given, it appears that there is a need for retraining with a different topic. This is because the learning media provided is very useful to assist teachers in carrying out interesting learning for students.

Abstract

Learning Management System (LMS) is an innovation in the learning process that allows online learning to be more effective and efficient. Like many other higher education institutions, Universitas Negeri Malang provides opportunities for innovation and easy access to knowledge by utilizing an LMS called the Sistem Pengelolaan Pembelajaran (SIPEJAR). SIPEJAR is an open-source system that can be modified according to the user's needs and desires. The aim of this research is to develop SIPEJAR content packages by using the ADDIE model for statistics for education courses with drone-based learning. SIPEJAR development products include lesson plans, textbooks, and SIPEJAR content packages for 16 meetings. Drone-based development is focused on developing explanatory videos, presentation slides, and student interaction with learning materials. The finding results indicated that the drone-based development of SIPEJAR content packages is valid with an average score of 3.77 out of 4, practical with an average score of 4.19 out of 5, and quite effective with classical completeness percentage obtained was 60% with an average score of 74.63. This means that drone-based SIPEJAR content packages have been well developed, even though they can be improved further. Our research findings indicated that the E-LKPD is valid with a percentage of 91.00%, practical with a percentage of 89.05%, and effective with a classical learning completeness percentage of 82.76%

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2002 Pemerintah menyelenggarakan Olimpiade Sains Nasional (OSN) untuk jenjang SMA. Sedangkan OSN untuk jenjang SD dan SMP diadakan sejak 2003. Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang dilombakan. Berdasarkan panduan OSN (2018), OSN Matematika SMP bertujuan mengukur secara langsung tiga aspek pemecahan masalah, penalaran, dan komunikasi tertulis. Oleh karena itu persiapan calon peserta OSN semestinya berorientasi kepada peningkatan kemampuan dalam ketiga aspek tersebut. Melalui kegiatan OSN Matematika ini diharapkan terpilih siswa-siswa terbaik yang menguasai Matematika sebagai embrio untuk dipersiapkan menjadi calon peserta olimpiade tingkat internasional (International Mathematics Olympiad). Mekanisme pelaksanaan lomba dibagi dalam beberapa tahap yaitu seleksi tingkat kota, tingkat propinsi dan tingkat nasional. Siswa MAN 2 Tulungagung sering lolos olimpiade matematika  tingkat kota (OSK) tetapi mereka tidak lolos pada  tingkat provinsi.  Oleh  karena itu pihak MAN 2 Tulungagung  mengadakan kerjasama dengan departemen matematika UM untuk memberikan bimbingan intensif materi OSP kepada  siswa mereka. Tujuan bimbingan intensif ini untuk memperlengkapi siswa mereka dengan soal-soal OSP. Dengan demikian diharapkan siswa-siswa tersebut bisa lolos OSP tahun 2024

Abstract

Hutan mangrove merupakan ekosistem pesisir yang memiliki nilai yang tinggi pada ekologis dan ekonomi. Penanaman hutan mangrove memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat disekitarnya dalam penyerap karbon dan pelindung panggul terutama di pesisir Kota Makassar yang berfungsi sebagai penahan abrasi dan menjaga vegetasi alam laut terutama bagi satwa fauna seperti bangau, kepiting, dan ikan. Memelihara kawasan mangrove merupakan cara terbaik untuk menjaga kestabilan ekosistem dan melestarikan setiap habitat yang terdapat di hutan mangrove. Kegiatan kontribusi sosial dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 di Karabba Untia, Kec. Tallo, Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Salah satu cara kita sebagai individu atau kelompok berkontribusi kepada masyarakat adalah melalui kontribusi sosial, yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan damai yang memfasilitasi pengembangan interaksi sosial yang memiliki rasa empati.
