Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social support, employee engagement, and work life balance both partially and simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Dian Indah Logam Palembang branch. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The total employee population at PT Dian Indah Logam Palembang branch is 80 respondents. The technique for determining the number of samples uses saturated sampling. Data analysis used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis with t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and R-test. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Social support, employee engagement, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Dian Indah Logam Palembang branch.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of work discipline, supervision, and teamwork on employee performance at the Environmental Service Office of Palembang City. This topic is important as employee performance directly affects the quality of public services. The research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with 65 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.The results show that work discipline, supervision, and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that strengthening these factors can improve organizational performance. This study contributes to the development of performance improvement strategies through organizational behavior approaches in the public sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the combined impact of work-related stress, emotional intelligence, and social support on employee performance at PT XYZ. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via Google Forms questionnaires distributed to 95 randomly selected employees through WhatsApp. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed three key findings: (1) work-related stress positively and significantly enhances performance, suggesting that manageable stress levels may motivate employees; (2) emotional intelligence demonstrates a strong positive relationship with performance, highlighting its role in workplace effectiveness; and (3) social support significantly improves performance, emphasizing the importance of interpersonal resources. Collectively, these factors account for substantial variance in performance outcomes. The results validate theoretical expectations and offer practical insights: organizations can optimize performance by implementing stress management programs, emotional intelligence training, and robust support systems. These interventions can foster employee engagement, ultimately supporting the achievement of organizational goals

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image, brand positioning, dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone di Kota Palembang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna smartphone di Palembang, yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya secara pasti. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Lemenshow dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai t hitung 2.861 > t tabel 1.986 dan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05. Brand positioning juga berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan t hitung 4.214 > t tabel 1.986 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Brand awareness memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan t hitung 3.485 > t tabel 1.986 dan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel ini memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan nilai F hitung 49.772 > F tabel 2,32 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan pengaruh sebesar 61,9%, sementara 38,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri wisata medis Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan meskipun memiliki potensi kuat di sektor kesehatan dan pariwisata. Arus pasien yang lebih memilih berobat ke luar negeri menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan kualitas layanan, infrastruktur, dan kepercayaan terhadap fasilitas domestik. Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi daya saing wisata medis Indonesia melalui kajian literatur mendalam, mencakup kesiapan sistem kesehatan, kerangka regulasi, kualitas layanan, strategi pemasaran, hingga peluang wisata medis halal. Hasil kajian menegaskan bahwa peningkatan standar layanan, pemerataan tenaga medis, modernisasi teknologi, serta akreditasi internasional merupakan prasyarat penting untuk memperkuat kredibilitas global. Integrasi sektor kesehatan dan pariwisata, promosi yang terarah, dan kolaborasi lintas pemangku kepentingan menjadi elemen strategis dalam membangun ekosistem wisata medis yang kompetitif. Wisata medis halal juga menjadi potensi unggulan Indonesia dalam menarik pasar Muslim regional. Secara keseluruhan, Indonesia memiliki peluang signifikan untuk tampil sebagai destinasi wisata medis global apabila transformasi dilakukan secara terstruktur, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan.
