Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist attractions and amenities on tourist decision-making in choosing Cemagi Tourism Village as a travel destination. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, with 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both tourist attraction and amenities significantly and positively affect the visit decision, both partially and simultaneously. Amenities emerged as the most dominant factor influencing tourist preferences. These results underscore the importance of managing tourism facilities and key attractions to enhance visits to culturally-based tourism villages.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether Instagram social media (X1) and reviews (X2) have an effect on Sales (Y) at Bull's Coffee Jimbaran. How big is the influence of social media Instagram (X1) and reviews (X2) on sales (Y) at Bull's Coffee Jimbaran? The population in this study amounted to 100 people. The data analysis techniques used were the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, and F test. The analysis results showed the regression model Y = 11.628 + 0.266X1 + 0.276X2. The conclusion obtained is that social media Instagram (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on sales (Y) at Bull's Coffee Jimbaran which shows b1X1 which has a positive value. Both reviews (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on sales (Y) in Bull's Coffee Jimbaran employees, this can be seen in the positive b2X2 coefficient, the three data used prove social media Instagram (X1) and reviews (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on sales (Y).

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial element in determining the success of a company, especially in the tourism industry. The effectiveness of communication and work motivation greatly affects the level of performance. Good communication between management and employees can create a harmonious and productive work environment. On the other hand, high work motivation can encourage employees to give their best performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and work motivation on employee performance at The Bali Dream Villa Seminyak. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population of this study was all employees of The Bali Dream Villa Seminyak, totaling 59 people. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to all employees. With the help of SPSS 24 with quantitative descriptive analysis and the data was analyzed in multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that communication (X1) has a positive effect of 0.256 with a significance value of 0.000 on employee performance (Y). This shows that increasing communication between employees and management will improve employee performance. Work motivation (X2) also has a stronger positive effect of 0.442 with a significance value of 0.000. Communication and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with communication being the dominant variable with a Standardized Coefficients beta value of 0.476 compared to work motivation which has a regression coefficient of 0.421. Several suggestions can be submitted to the management of The Bali Dream Villa Seminyak.

Abstract

In businesses engaged in the service sector, customer satisfaction is the most important thing to maintain, which will certainly have a very good impact on the business going forward. This is the main background of the research entitled "The Influence of Food Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Moka Restaurant at Astagina Resort Villa and Spa, Legian Bali". The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of food quality and service quality on customer satisfaction, to find out how much influence food quality and service quality have on customer satisfaction, and to find out which variables have more influence on customer satisfaction at Moka Restaurant in Astagina Resort Villa and Spa, Legian Bali. This study uses a type of quantitative research, the type of data used is quantitative and qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. There are 95 samples used in this study. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis with the help of the SPSS tool. The results showed that food quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Food quality and service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. Suggestions for Moka Restaurant to pay more attention to food quality, maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. And this research is expected to be a literature review in further research.

Abstract

Introduction: Human resources are a key factor in the success of the hospitality industry. One essential aspect that influences performance is employee work enthusiasm. This study investigates how the work environment and communication affect employee work enthusiasm, both individually and simultaneously, at Legian Beach Hotel Kuta. Methods: This research used a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design. The population consisted of 76 employees from the Food and Beverage Department. A saturated sampling technique was applied, involving the entire population as the sample. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with SPSS version 24.0. Results: The analysis showed that the work environment (X1) had a positive and significant partial effect on work enthusiasm. Communication (X2) also had a positive and significant partial effect. Simultaneously, the work environment and communication had a significant and positive influence on employee work enthusiasm. Conclusion: The findings indicate that both the work environment and communication are critical factors in enhancing employee enthusiasm. Hotel management is advised to improve these aspects to support employee motivation and performance. Future research is recommended to explore other potential variables that may influence work enthusiasm beyond those examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the product quality and service quality on visitor satisfaction, this study uses accidental sampling technique. The data used are primary data derived from questionnaires of 98 respondents, then the questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests followed by classical assumption tests and hypotheses were proven using multiple linear regression analysis to measure the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable processed with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22. The results of the analysis show a regression model Y = 1,800 + 0.109X1 + 0.247X2, the conclusion obtained is that product quality (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at MD Burger Bar Canggu which is indicated by the positive b1X1 regression coefficient. Service quality (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction, this can be seen in the positive b2X2 regression coefficient. The results of the hypothesis test state that, H1, the product quality variable has a t-value of 3.580, greater than the t-table of 1.98525 and obtained a significance value of 0.001, smaller than the 0.05 significance level (0.001 < 0.05), which means that product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. H2, the service quality variable has a t-value of 7.435, greater than the t-table of 1.98525 and obtained a significance value of 0.000, smaller than the 0.05 significance level (0.000 < 0.05), which means that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at MD Burger Bar Canggu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality and service quality on guest satisfaction at Kura-Kura Restaurant, located in the Oberoi Beach Resort Bali. The background of the research emphasizes the importance of food and service quality as crucial factors influencing customer satisfaction in luxury restaurant settings. The research uses a quantitative method with data collected from 70 respondents through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS version 22. Preliminary tests including validity, reliability, and classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity) were also conducted. The results show that both food quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Among the two variables, service quality has the more dominant influence, with a standardized coefficient of 0.263 compared to 0.240 for food quality. This suggests that while both aspects are important, improving service quality has a slightly stronger impact on enhancing guest satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 33.9% of guest satisfaction is explained by the two independent variables studied, while the remaining 66.1% may be influenced by other factors not included in this research. The study concludes that maintaining high standards in both food and service quality is essential for guest satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that the restaurant management conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys, maintain consistency in food quality, and invest in continuous staff training to enhance service performance.

Abstract

Spiritual tourism is one of the main potentials of Gunung Salak Tourism Village, Tabanan, Bali, with its unique attraction being 11 sacred springs used for melukat (purification) rituals. This potential has not been fully developed due to limited digital promotion by the local community. Therefore, this community service program aims to improve the villagers’ skills in content-based digital marketing to strengthen the branding of the spiritual tourism village. The methods included problem identification, training design, implementation of training and content creation assistance, and evaluation. The program was carried out from July to September 2025, focusing on assisting the community in managing the official social media accounts pkmdesagunungsalak on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The results show an improvement in community skills, especially among the village youth, in producing photo, video, and digital narrative content. The village’s social media accounts gained more followers and engagement, while the branding of spiritual tourism through the 11 sacred springs became more widely recognized. In addition, local UMKM products began to be promoted through social media, gaining broader market opportunities. In conclusion, content-based digital marketing training effectively supports the development of spiritual tourism in Gunung Salak Village and enhances community participation in digital-based tourism promotion.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Lingkungan pendidikan memiliki peranan yang sangat krusial dalam membentuk karakter generasi penerus bangsa. Menciptakan atmosfer yang positif di sekolah dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan kepribadian yang baik untuk siswa, sehingga membantu proses belajar dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Namun, terdapat berbagai masalah yang terjadi di sekolah, termasuk tindakan kekerasan seperti bullying, baik secara verbal maupun fisik. Fenomena bullying atau perundungan bisa terjadi di berbagai tempat, termasuk dalam lingkungan pendidikan pada semua jenjang, mulai dari yang paling dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mencegah tindakan bullying di lingkungan sekolah, Universitas Triatma Mulya menyelenggarakan kegiatan sosialisasi terkait dengan gerakan anti bullying sebagai salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam rangkaian program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN). Metode: Kegiatan sosialisasi dimulai dari tahap persiapan dengan melakukan observasi ke Sekolah Dasar yang berlokasi di Desa Petak, untuk menyampaikan jadwal pelaksanaan sosialisasi, memastikan dan menentukan lokasi, dan peserta kegiatan. Tahap pelaksanaan PkM merupakan waktu dimana kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun bersama. Tahap sosialisasi dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Hasil: Sosialisasi anti bullying sebagai upaya untuk pencegahan tindakan perundungan bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar di Desa Petak meningkatkan wawasan para siswa tentang bullying dan cara mencegah serta menghadapi tindakan bullying. Beberapa siswa memberikan peran aktif ketika berlangsungnya kegiatan sosialisasi seperti aktif dalam melakukan tanya jawab pada saat sesi diskusi. Selain sosialisasi, sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap pencegahan perundungan, kegiatan juga dirangkai dengan deklarasi anti bullying. Pihak sekolah sangat mengapresiasi kegiatan sosialisasi dan mengharapkan agar kegiatan serupa dapat dilaksanakan berkelanjutan pada tahun berikutnya.
