Abstract

This study aims to produce a story problem-solving-based module to improve the math literacy skills of fourth-grade students at SDN Mukomuko City. This research method is the Research and Development (R&D) method by modifying the 4D model. However, this research only reached the development stage, while the deployment stage could not be carried out due to time constraints, so this stage was not discussed in depth. Validation was carried out by material experts, linguists, and design experts. The modules developed were rated by the students and teachers of SDN 11 Kota Mukomuko. It was also tested on a limited basis at SD 4 Kota Mukomuko. Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of expert validation were tested with the interrater reliability test to see agreement between raters. The validation results showed the value of Aiken's V coefficient of each feasibility item for material experts, linguists, and design experts. stated to have high validity. Furthermore, the reliability of the material feasibility was tested, namely, at 72%, language feasibility at 80%, and design feasibility at 64%, and expert comments that the depth of the description was in accordance with the level of student development, paying attention to statements related to language, such as spelling, grammar, writing must be appropriate and use capital letters. the standard size and then the color of the text with a background color that lacks contrast. The product of the development of word problems problem-solving modules to improve students' mathematical literacy skills is very good for use by fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop worksheets with a scientific approach based on the ethnomathematics of the traditional Cak-Belikak game on polygon geometry material in grade IV elementary schools that are valid and interesting for students. The LKPD development model used is the 4D model from Thiagarajan, which consists of the following stages: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Develop, and 4) Disseminate. Development activities are limited to the development stage (Develop). The dissemination stage was not carried out due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The results of the analysis of the validity of LKPD using the Aiken's V formula show that the results of the development of LKPD in this study, "Very Feasible" with an average coefficient of validity of the experts' assessment is 0.91. Furthermore, the results of the reliability analysis of the experts' assessments using the Percentage of agreements (R) formula from Cohen Kappa show that the percentage of agreement of the material expert validator is 75% (moderate), the percentage of agreement of the linguist validator is 78% (moderate) and the percentage of agreement of the media expert validator is 84% (strong ). And based on the results of the analysis of students' responses, it shows that the percentage of students' attractiveness to LKPD is 95% (very interesting). Based on the results of this analysis, it shows that the LKPD with a scientific approach based on ethnomathematics of the traditional Cak-Belikak game on polygon geometry material in grade IV of elementary school is feasible and interesting.

Abstract

This study aims to develop LKS with integrated realistic mathematics. The development model used is a procedural model of Borg & Gall with six stages, namely (1) Preliminary Study (Research and information collecting), (2) Planning (Planning), (3) Development of Initial Product Design (Develop Preliminary form of Product). (4) Preminary Field Testing. The research was carried out at SD Negeri 01 Pendopo and the subjects of the research were 28 students in class IA. The result of this study is an integrated LKS of realistic mathematics on valid number material based on the assessment of material experts, linguists, and media experts. The feasibility value of the material expert is 0.9833, the feasibility of the linguist is 0.958, while the feasibility of the media expert is 0.8. And the student response was 9.6% while the teacher gave a positive response. These results showed that LKS with realistic mathematical integration was feasible and received a positive response.

Abstract

This study aims to detemine the effect of the guided incur learning model assisted by YouTube videos on factual, conceptual and procedural knowledge of students’ science in Class V. This research is a quantitative study. The method used quasy experiment. The design in this study Non-Equivalent control Group Design. The population in this study were all grade V students in the Madrasah Ibtidayah Darussalam Bengkulu City. The sample in this study is the VA Class of 22 students the experimental class, and the VB Class of 22 people as the control Class. The instrument used in the from of a written test consisted of dimensions of factual, conceptual and produral knowledge consisting of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 descripsion questions. The research data used inferential analysis of one-way Anova with the help of SPSS 20. The results showed that there was an influence of YouTube’s guided inquiry model in science learning on material change in material form on the factual,conceptual and procedural know ledge of science students in fifth grade MI.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the problem-based leraning (PBL) model on mastery of science concepts and critical thinking skills of MI Al-Islam students in Bengkulu City. This research is a quantitative research. The method used is the quasy experiment. The design in this study is The Matching Only Prettest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study was all class V students of MI Al-Islam Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 27 VB class students as an experimental class and 32 VA class students as a control class. The instrument given in the form of a written test consists of variables mastery of science concepts and critical thinking skills. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the problem-based leraning model on the mastery of science concepts and critical thinking skills of grade V students of MI Al-Islam Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a Problem Based Learning (PBL) based Mathematics worksheet for Grade V elementary school students that is feasible and practical. This research is research development. The method used is R & D by adapting 6 steps of development from Sugiyono namely (1) potential problems, (2) information gathering, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) product revisions, (6) product trials. The subject in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 58 Bengkulu Selatan. The instruments used were questionnaires and interview guidelines for needs analysis, expert validation. The results showed that the worksheet developed were feasible and practically used. Worksheets developed are very practically for use by students and teachers in learning. This is indicated by the results of the analysis of student responses that are in the criteria of "very feasible" and supported by the results of interviews with teachers who showed positive responses.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Describe the Development of Mathematics LKPD based on the contextual approach of fifth grade students 2) Describe the Feasibility of LKPD Mathematics based on the contextual approach of fifth grade students. 3) Describe the withdrawal of LKPD Mathematics based on the contextual approach of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 88 Bengkulu Tengah. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) research. The population in this study were all grade V SDN 88 Bengkulu Tengah accredited A. The sample in this study was 15 students. The assessment instruments in this study used a questionnaire of the validation of LKPD experts and practitioners obtained from the calculation of Aiken's V. index The attractiveness questionnaire was obtained from students' responses to LKPD obtained from the Likert Scale. Data obtained from the results of the validation of the feasibility of LKPD on the Content / Material aspects 0.7144, Language aspects 0.7, Design / graphic aspects 0.714, the average agreement of experts and practitioners on the feasibility of LKPD obtained 0.709. Analysis of student responses obtained a maximum score of 65.333 with interesting criteria. Thus it can be concluded that Contextual Based Mathematics LKPD is worth testing in a limited scale.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an RME-based e-module product, describe the feasibility, and practicality of RME-based e-module development in Mathematics learning for FPB and KPK grade IV Elementary School materials. This study uses a research and development (R&D) type that adapts the ADDIE model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques used are interviews with teachers to find out the needs, and teacher responses. In addition, it also uses student questionnaires to determine student needs and responses to RME-based e-modules in online mathematics learning. The data obtained were analyzed based on the Aiken's V Coefficient. This development research resulted in a product in the form of an RME-based e-module in Mathematics learning for FPB and KPK grade IV Elementary Schools. The feasibility of the material, language and media (presentation) is declared feasible, practicality is declared very practical judging from the teacher's response, and the student's response.

Abstract

This study aims to develop folklore-based comics teaching materials using the Canva application with the discovery learning model to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. The type of research in this study is the development or Research and Development of the ADDIE model. The research subjects were teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 05 Muara Beliti Plus. The results of this study indicate that 1. The products carried out in the development of teaching materials are as follows: (a) preparing teaching materials, (b) format selection, (c) initial design. 2. Material feasibility, namely the results of validation on the material aspect, obtained an average score 0.93 (Valid), Language feasibility, namely the results of validation on the aspect of language, obtained an average score 0.91 (Very Valid), Feasibility of presentation and Graphically, the validation results obtained an average score of 0.94 (Very Valid). Based on the results of the validation of the three aspects, it can be concluded that the product is suitable for use. 3. Folklore-based comics teaching materials using the Canva application with the discovery learning model are considered effective in improving student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian.

Abstract

This study aims to make RME-based worksheets using the Bubungan Lima traditional house in improving learning outcomes in class V elementary school building material. LKPD is made by combining text, pictures and examples using the Bubungan Lima traditional house. The research was conducted at SDN 27 Bengkulu Tengah in class V. This research was research and development (Reseach and Development) with a 4D model, namely the stages of defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The research object is the RME-based LKPD in Mathematics subject of geometric shapes (cubes and blocks). The instruments used were a feasibility test questionnaire and a teacher and student response questionnaire. The feasibility test was carried out by 6 validators, namely 2 material experts, 2 linguists and 2 presentation experts. The user response test was carried out on 20 grade V students and 1 class teacher at SDN 27 Bengkulu Tengah. Data analysis was used to determine the validity of LKPD using cross-tabulations and distribution of questionnaires for student responses and interviews for teacher responses in using LKPD. The results of interviews with class V teachers showed a positive response. In other words, the LKPD used provides benefits and is effective for use as supporting teaching materials and is able to improve student learning outcomes.
