Abstract

Fenomena petani meninggalkan lahan dan beralih profesi menjadi pekerja di industri rumahan kian marak seiring bermunculannya industri rumahan yang tumbuh di pedesaan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui penyebab petani memutuskan untuk menjadi pekerja industri rumahan di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin dalam penentuan jumlah sampel dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur variabel pekerja industri rumahan dan variabel yang diduga kuat menjadi penyebabnya yaitu usia, pendidikan, kepemilikan lahan, pendapatan, kosmopolitan, tanggungan keluarga, lingkungan ekonomi dan kebijakan pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyebab menjadi pekerja industri rumahan adalah kombinasi antara ketiadaan lahan yang dimiliki, usia produktif dengan jumlah tanggungan keluarga 2–3 orang menyebabkan terlibat utang. Kecuali kosmopolitan yang tidak menjadi masalah. Disarankan kebijakan pemerintah untuk menjadikan industri rumahan berbasis hasil pertanian untuk menjaga keberlangsungan pertanian dan keragaman pangan Indonesia. Semua sektor berada dalam keseimbangan.

Abstract

Organic rice farming aims to achieve sustainable agriculture. It considers social, economic and environmental aspects. However, in practice, farmers experience various technical and economic constraints upon converting non-organic agriculture practice to organic rice farming. The alternative method is to implement semi-organic farming as a transitional period. The purpose of this study is to review technical / production and economic aspects of non-organic, semi-organic, and organic farming. It is conducted to determine whether semi-organic farming could be utilized as a transition period to organic rice farming. The study used a survey method on 75 farmers working in non-organic, semi organic, and organic farm in Priangan Timur, West Java Province, Indonesia. Article’s result exhibited that, in terms of technical cultivation / production, the majority of semi-organic farmers had carried out the stages of organic cultivation. It generated higher productivity compared to non-organic farming. However, productivity remained below organic farming. In terms of economical aspect, income per hectare and R / C value are higher than non-organic farming. However, it is below organic farming. Semi-organic farming could be used as a transition to organic farming.

Abstract

Faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan agribisnis padi organik adalah sinergisme stakeholder yang terlibat dalam agribisnis padi organik. Sinergisme dikaji menggunakan model Penta Helix yang merupakan  kolaborasi antar lini terdiri dari Academics, Business sector, Government, Community and Media. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan peran stakeholder serta keterkaitannya dalam agribisnis padi organik yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif sebagai pendekatan penulisan utama dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Outcomes yang diperoleh adalah Model Implementatif Agribisnis Padi Organik Yang berkelanjutan. Model mengakomodir dan mengantisipasi kendala dan temuan serta berusaha menyusun alternatif guna mencapai keberlanjutan agribisnis padi organik. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh guna mensukseskan program agribisnis padi organik yang berkelanjutan diperlukan peran sinergis stakeholders penting yang terbalut dalam Model berdasar pendekatan Penta Helix dimana stakeholders berbagi peran dan tujuan bersama menggunakan sumberdaya yang dimilikinya untuk mendukung tujuan inovasi bersama. Apabila stakeholders berkolaborasi, bermitra dan bersinergi optimal, maka diyakini tujuan keberlanjutan agribisnis padi organik dapat tercapai.

Abstract

The problem of poverty alleviation of the population is remains a big homework for the Tasikmalaya District Government with 189,350 poor population in 2017 or around 10.84% of the total population of 1,806,775 people. Poverty requires real empowerment. In rural areas empowerment can be done at the Farmers Women's Group (KWT) which is a forum for women to take part in advancing the agricultural sector. KWT Sri Rahayu is a group that has long been a producer of salak fruit processing, but its business has not developed well because of various things including monotonous products, packaging and brands that are still simple so that marketing access is limited. Methods for agreed upon solutions include counseling, product diversification, packaging / brand handling training and assistance so that the products become a product that can be proud of and can increase the income and welfare of farmers' households in the region. The results of activities have been able to increase competitiveness, value added products and alternative processed Salak products and improvement of community values. The conclusion is that the problems faced by KWT Sri Rahayu can be overcome well, although not yet optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jurnal review yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang mempengaruhi seseorang untuk sukses dalam berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dari angket yang dibagikan kepada siswa dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan software SPSS 19.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel minat dan bakat (0,199), motivasi (0,388), dan pengetahuan (0,270) berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan. kewiraswastaan.

Abstract

Jumlah penduduk miskin di Kota Tasikmalaya naik dari 86,13 ribu jiwa pada tahun 2020 menjadi 89,46 ribu jiwa pada 2021. Kemiskinan memerlukan tindakan pemberdayaan, proses pemberdayaan menjadi bagian pentitng dalam pembangunan alternatif dan dituangkan dalam aksi nyata bertujuan meningkatkan derajat hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di berbagai segi kehidupan. Kegiatan pemberdayaan pangan lokal dalam konteks Diversifikasi Pangan untuk Ketahanan pangan dapat dilakukan pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) yang dibentuk, tumbuh, dan berkembang atas prakarsanya dalam melaksanakan Usaha Ekonomi Produktif (UEP) untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan sosial keluarga maupun di kelembagaan masyarakat diantaranya PKK. Implementasi diversifikasi pangan olahan masih banyak terkendala, sehingga diperlukan upaya alternatif diantaranya dengan memberdayakan ibu-ibu PKK dan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Kaireina sebagai mitra dalam Pengabdian bagi Masyarakat Ketahanan Pangan (PbM-KP) UNSIL di Perum Pondok Tandala Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya sekaligus menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Saat ini Mitra sudah melaksanakan usahanya dalam pengolahan dan pembuatan makanan ringan/cemilan termasuk yang berbasis bahan baku sumberdaya lokal. Namun perkembangan mitra sebagai pengolah produk olahan berbasis non beras belum seperti yang diharapkan. Diantaranya masih terbatasnya tenaga terampil dalam proses pengolahan bahan baku, terbatasnya jenis bahan baku yang diolah serta keterbatasan akses pemasaran. Demikian juga kapasitas PKK sebagai pionir penggunaan bahan baku pangan lokal masih terbatas, sehingga implementasi pola diversifikasi pangan lokal masih rendah. Solusi dan metode yang disepakati yaitu Penyuluhan, Pelatihan dan Pendampingan, dilakukan sejak September 2022 sampai Desember 2022. Kegiatan telah memberikan peningkatan dampak sosial ekonomi melalui peningkatan indikator psychological assets, informational assets, organizational assets, material assets dan human assets. Target luaran yang dicapai adalah 1. Publikasi Ilmiah pada Jurnal ber ISSN, 2) Publikasi pada media massa cetak,Instagram 3) Diversifikasi produk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy motivation and risk tolerance on students' desire to become entrepreneurs. There are two independent variables in this study, namely self-efficacy motivation and risk tolerance, and one dependent variable, namely entrepreneurial motivation. Researchers used quantitative methods and the sample used in this study amounted to 125 respondents who are undergraduate students studying at the Faculty of Business in Jakarta. The technique used in this research is accidental sampling. The research data were analyzed using Eviews 9. The results showed self-efficacy and risk tolerance had an influence on entrepreneurial motivation in students Faculty of Business in Jakarta.

Abstract

The regeneration process of rice farmers is critical and necessary to maintain, improve or develop rice farming as well as for the sustainability of rice farming in the future when the condition of rice farmers is getting older. The needs of interest of the younger generation in Dayeuhluhur village in the field of rice farming are in the category of lack of interest. The purpose of this study was to Find out how education, the younger generation's experience, income, and parent's land area; how the more youthful generation's interest in rice farming; influence of education, young generation's experiences, revenue, and land area parents on the regeneration of rice farmers. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach and data collection by methods, documentation, and questionnaires help. The research sample is 67 respondents and the younger generation with 16 – 30 years old criteria, using purposive sampling technique and the analysis model using multiple linear regression. The result of this study explained that (1) the condition of the education of the younger generation was in the medium category, the experience of the younger generation was in the high category, the parent income was in the high category, and the parent's land area was in the medium category, (2) the condition of the interest of the younger generation in the field of rice farming was included in the moderate category and (3) the regeneration of rice farmers separately or jointly was influenced by factors of education of the younger generation, the experience of the younger generation, parents income, and parents land area.

Abstract

People's livelihoods in the agricultural sector urgently need public sector services. The role of agricultural extension workers is to help increase food production and development. Counseling in Culamega District, Tasikmalaya Regency, was carried out by PNS extension workers, THL (Freelance) extension workers, and self-help extension workers. One of the supporters of increasing the performance or development of organic tea farmers in Culamega District is that independent extension workers are responsible for helping extension workers and farmers to strengthen the relationship between extension workers and farmers. From land cultivation to processing results, organic tea is a tea plant that uses organic ingredients without mixing chemicals or pesticides. Fertilization uses fertilizer based on goat manure, roasted husks, and liquid organic fertilizer. This study aimed to determine the effect of the role of independent extension workers on the development of organic products in Cipicung Village. The results of this study indicated that independent extension agents play a role in the development of organic tea products in Cipicung Village, Culamega District.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen gula kelapa di Kabupaten Pangandaran, mengetahui permintaan gula kelapa, dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap permintaan gula kelapa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey, pengambilan data dilakukan secara accidental sampling dengan kriteria faktor spontanitas pembeli yang secara tidak sengaja bertemu dengan peneliti dan sesuai dengan karakteristik penelitian dan melakukan sampling pada 96 responden. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen gula kelapa dan mengetahui permintaan gula kelapa. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap permintaan gula kelapa dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Perilaku konsumen gula kelapa di Kabupaten Pangandaran secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 3,89. Permintaan gula kelapa di kabupaten pangandaran secara keseluruhan termasuk kedalam kategori cukup dengan nilai rata-rata 3,27. Secara serempak, variabel rasa (X1), warna (X2), daya tahan (X3), tempat (X4) dan bentuk (X5) berpengaruh terhadap permintaan gula kelapa (Y). Secara parsial variabel warna (X2), tempat (X4) dan bentuk (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan gula kelapa (Y) sedangkan variabel rasa (X1) dan daya tahan (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan gula kelapa (Y).Kata Kunci: Gula Kelapa, Perilaku Konsumen, Permintaan.AbstractThis study aims to determine the consumer behavior of coconut sugar in Pangandaran Regency, determine the demand for coconut sugar, and analyze the influence of consumer behavior on the demand for coconut sugar. The research method used is a survey, data collection is carried out by accidental sampling with the criteria of the buyer's spontaneity factor accidentally meeting the researcher and in accordance with the characteristics of the study and sampling 96 respondents. The data were analyzed descriptively to determine the consumer behavior of coconut sugar and to determine the demand for coconut sugar. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of consumer behavior on the demand for coconut sugar, it was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study are the behavior of coconut sugar consumers in Pangandaran Regency as a whole including the high category with an average value of 3.89. The demand for coconut sugar in Pangandaran district as a whole is included in the sufficient category with an average value of 3.27. Simultaneously, the variables of taste (X1), color (X2), durability (X3), place (X4) and shape (X5) affect the demand for coconut sugar (Y). Partially, the color (X2), place (X4) and shape (X5) variables have a significant effect on the demand for coconut sugar (Y) while the taste (X1) and durability (X3) variables have no significant effect on the demand for coconut sugar (Y).
