Abstract

UMKM in Indonesia have experienced a significant increase, including in Banggai Laut Regency, where UMKM are starting to develop and become famous at the global level. Apart from the enthusiasm and support of the government, this cannot be separated from marketing efforts. In this article, the author presents a marketing strategy that aims to improve local UMKM products so that they are able to penetrate and maintain the national market. Apart from the enthusiasm and support of the government, this cannot be separated from marketing efforts. The aim of this study is none other than to provide strategic material so that UMKM products can be successful in the domestic and national markets. The implementation method is carried out by preparing the program through mentoring on regular innovation strategies based on market needs, strategies for creating market demand, market expectations, formulating a pricing strategy that suits the market, flexibility, and socio-economic considerations of consumers. This analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive approach. It is hoped that local products made by UMKM, especially in Banggai Laut district, can gain recognition in local and national markets through the implementation of these strategies

Abstract

Etika komunikasi menjadi hal terpenting dalam menjalin hubungan yang baik antar pribadi, organisasi maupun hubungan terhadap pelayanan di instansi pemerintahan, hubungan baik akan tercipta dengan sendirinya apabila adanya etika komunikasi. Etika komunikasi menjadi sangat penting dalam konteks menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan orang lain.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Etika Komunikasi Pegawai terhadap Pelayanan Penerbitan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Sedangkan kegunaan penelitian yaitu memberikan informasi ilmiah kepada pegawai dan instansi pemerintah etika komunikasi Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2015 dengan lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Luwuk , Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan secara kuntitatif dan kualitatif, Dengan pengumpulan data untuk uji coba instrumen dan dua pengumpulan data dalam rangka penelitian yang sebenarnya. Untuk memperoleh data mengenai etika komunikasi pegawai yang  akan  dikumpulkan,  diolah  dan  dianalisis,  maka  peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan  hasil sebaran angket dari penelitian  Etika Komunikasi Pegawai Dinas Pendapatan Terhadap Pelayanan Penerbitan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kecamatan Luwuk Kabupaten Banggai  dilihat  dari  capai  persentase  dengan  memiliki nilai yang tinggi dilihat dari  2  (dua) aspek, dengan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Etika komunikasi pegawai menunjukan pada kriteria tinggi. dan Pelayanan penerbitan pajak bumi dan bangunan menunjukan pada kriteria tinggi

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has become a means of various activities in our daily lives.Technology can provide many conveniences that have penetrated various aspects of life, including economic, social, cultural and educational. In general, technology is developed to meet human needs and desires to make it easier to interact in their lives. The purpose of this research is to describe digital communication in driving the culture of society through social change in Luwuk District, Banggai Regency In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive methodology in which researchers tried to review digital communication in driving societal culture through social change by using data collection that had been determined through literature review, observation and interviews. In this study, researchers try to see digital communication through social change.

Abstract

Media sosial saat ini sangat popular ditengah-tengah masyarakat yang melek akan teknologi, terutama pada anak sekolah dasar. Kebanyakan anak usia sekolah dasar maupun usia remaja, atau orang dewasa memiliki yang namanya media sosial. Tidak hanya satu media social saja tetapi lebih dari satu media sosial. Kebebasan berpendapat di media sosial menjadi wadah orang-orang untuk mengekspresikan kehendaknya. Namun banyak juga anak sekolah dasar yang tidak bisa mengendalikan perilakunya dalam menyampaikan pendapatnya di media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak sekolah dasar dalam beretika bermedia social di erag digital saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil akhir yang diinginkan melalui kegiatan ini yaitu dapat dijadikan acuan bagaimana anak sekolah dasar menjaga etika dalam bermedia sosial dan menunjukkan bahwa anak sekolah sebagai peserta didik mampu menggunakan media social dengan baik. Dalam pelaksanaan sosialisasi kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat sangat bermanfaat bagi anak sekolah dasar. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi dari peserta didik khusnya siswa SDN 2 Tano Bonunungan sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaksana program sosialisasi ini, serta siswa dapat memahami bagaimana beretika yang baik dalam bermedia social.

Abstract

The tumpe-based character education method is a strategy that is expected to be effective in instilling values ​​and character education in elementary school students. This approach is implemented at SDN Negeri 1 Toili, Banggai Regency with a focus on cultivating the character of Trustworthiness (Integrity). The Tumpe method is a participatory and experiential learning approach that involves students in the entire process. The aim of this research is to find out what the trustworthy character education strategy is using the Tumpe method at Toili 1 Elementary School, Banggai Regency. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method, namely a method that relies on observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the strategy of instilling character in school-age students is very important to become their educational capital in the future. Abstract

The role of education and assistance to taxpayers in the context of Lontos Village. Through a scientific approach, this research highlights the importance of education and assistance as an effort to increase taxpayers' understanding and awareness of tax obligations. The implementation of this service aims to provide education and assistance as well as provide understanding and awareness to the public as taxpayers regarding the importance of paying taxes in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District. The methods used in implementing the service are direct observation, interviews, and carrying out service activities related to tax education in Lontos Village. The results of the service implementation are that structured and targeted education and assistance can make a positive contribution in increasing taxpayer compliance and strengthening the relationship between taxpayers and the village government as the authority in tax collection. The implication of these findings is the need to increase education and mentoring programs on an ongoing basis to support tax awareness and strengthen the tax system at the local level. The service carried out provides valuable insight for related parties in designing effective strategies to support tax compliance in Lontos Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency and may also be applied in a broader taxation context.

Abstract

The 2024 regional elections (Pilkada) have their own unique characteristics, one of which is the emergence of young figures who have directly entered the world of politics. One of the campaign media used is billboards, which are spread across various cities in Indonesia. Billboards are outdoor media commonly used by presidential and legislative candidates to convey campaign messages. Generally, campaigns are conducted thematically and tailored to specific objectives. By starting the campaign early, candidates hope to attract sympathy and gain support from the public. The purpose of this study is to determine the semiotic meaning of photos in Giring's campaign billboards as a candidate for President in 2024. The focus of this research is how the visual meaning in the billboards is analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach with a qualitative descriptive method. In general, semiotics can be defined as the study of signs, including the elements of the signifier and the signified. Roland Barthes stated that the sign system reflects societal assumptions in the context of a particular time and place. In semiotic analysis, there are three main concepts in understanding visual meaning: denotation, connotation, and myth.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is directly proportional to the development of mass media. The presence of the internet in people's daily lives has had a major impact on the sustainability of mass media. One of them is the daily print media LuwukPost, which inevitably has to improve itself to welcome the new era, namely digital mass media. The emergence of this new media changes the way people get information through the media. To be able to continue to compete as a source of information that is of interest to the public, Luwukpost mass media must innovate by means of digitalization. In writing this scientific work, it was only limited to conducting a literature study using the digital mass media, the daily newspaper Luwukpost, as a source of public information. The choice of digital media allows professionals in the mass media field to convey news and present information and entertainment using a variety of information. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan  pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) pada sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini  Madani Banggai. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, Guru Kelas dan peserta didik secara keseluruhan yang berjumlah 102 orang yang terdiri dari kelas Adan kelas B yang tersebar pada 4 rombongan belajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial pada anak usia dini sangat maksimal hal ini terlihat dari bagaimana guru mengenalkan pancasila dan lagu-lagu kebangsaan kepada peserta didik, selain itu mengajarkan anak untuk berbagi dengan sesama melalui program jum’at berkah atau

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the Luwuk Post Criminal Journalists Communication Strategies in Searching for News Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic. Being a journalist does not always have to wait until an event occurs, but with a sharp instinct a journalist will seek and observe. A journalist must be able to develop a communication strategy before carrying out his duties. To make it easier for journalists to dig up information or get data, choosing a strategy is the most appropriate step, therefore a journalist must be careful in planning their communication. Collecting data using observation (observations), questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study are all criminal journalists in the Luwuk Post office. The results showed that the Communication Strategy used by the Luwuk Post Criminal Journalists in Searching for News during the Pandemic showed that they were very good at finding criminal news during the pandemic.
