Abstract

Abstract.    Tourism has an impact on the growth of a country. Indonesia has five super priority destination and Likupang is the one of super priority destination of tourism located in North Minahasa. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between local residents’ perception, attitude and support toward tourism development in Likupang. Through a quantitative survey involving 304 sample, the present study analyzes the relationship among variables using structural equation modelling (SEM) by the help of SmartPLS statistical software. The result of this study found that the local residents perceived benefits and perceived cost positively and significantly effect their attitude toward tourism development. Also, the local residents perceived benefits positively effect their support for tourism development. In contrast, the local residents perceived cost negatively effect their support for tourism development. However, these effects of perceived benefits and costs on support for tourism development turned out to be not significant. Furthermore, the local residents’ attitude toward tourism development has a positive and significant effect on their support toward tourism development. Additionally, the local residents attitude fully mediates the perceived benefit variable and support tourism development. Lastly, the local residents attitude fully mediates the perceived cost and support for tourism development.   Abstrak.  Pariwisata memiliki dampak terhadap pertumbuhan suatu negara. Indonesia memiliki lima destinasi super prioritas dan Likupang merupakan salah satu destinasi super prioritas pariwisata yang terletak di Minahasa Utara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara persepsi, sikap dan dukungan warga setempat terhadap pengembangan pariwisata di Likupang. Melalui survei kuantitatif yang melibatkan 304 sampel, penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi manfaat dan biaya yang dirasakan penduduk lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap mereka terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Selain itu, manfaat yang dirasakan penduduk setempat berdampak positif terhadap dukungan mereka terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Sebaliknya, penduduk setempat menganggap biaya berdampak negatif terhadap dukungan mereka terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Namun, efek dari manfaat yang dirasakan dan biaya dukungan untuk pengembangan pariwisata ini ternyata tidak signifikan. Selanjutnya, sikap penduduk lokal terhadap pengembangan pariwisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dukungan mereka terhadap pengembangan pariwisata. Selain itu, sikap warga setempat sepenuhnya memediasi variabel manfaat yang dirasakan dan mendukung pengembangan pariwisata. Terakhir, sikap penduduk setempat sepenuhnya memediasi biaya yang dirasakan dan dukungan untuk pengembangan pariwisata.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemerintah sebagai pemberi informasi kepada masyarakat berupaya menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi dengan melakukan transformasi pelayanan lewat pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi publik. Penggunaan social media marketing (SMM) dalam kegiatan pemerintahan merupakan implementasi E-Government sebagai bentuk inovasi dalam publikasi dan sosialisasi program dan kegiatan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas SMM dalam publikasi dan sosialisasi program dan kegiatan Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa. Lebih spesifik lagi, apakah dimensi-dimensi SMM (entertainmen, interaction, trendiness, customization, word of mouth) berpengaruh terhadap efektifitas social media marketing dalam publikasi dan sosialisasi program dan kegiatan Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui survey terhadap 206 masyarakat Kabupaten Minahasa maupun luar Kabupaten Minahasa. Data kemudian dianalisa menggunakan Structual Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program statistik SmartPLS. Hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa kelima dimensi SMM (entertainmen, interaction, trendiness, customization, word of mouth) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap efektifitas social media marketing dalam publikasi dan sosialisasi program dan kegiatan Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk perencanaan pembangunan daerah kedepan. Abstract

The objective of this research is to explore the role of social media on employee recruitment. As technology continues to grow, human activities cannot be separated from the use and benefits of technology. Technology also helps companies run their business more efficiently. Social media also plays a crucial role in the recruitment process to find potential candidates. This systematic review paper is written based on the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) method. The findings show that social media can be used as an effective platform for a faster and more flexible recruitment process. Social media recruitment can also provide advantages for both in terms of cost and time. Furthermore, social media can be a tool for employers to obtain information about candidates' backgrounds

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh produk domestik bruto, inflasi, suku bunga BI dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar pada masuknya foreign direct investment di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah perilaku korupsi yang diukur dengan corruption perception index dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara produk domestik bruto, inflasi, suku bunga BI dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar dengan foreign direct investment. Populasi penelitian adalah nilai produk domestik bruto, inflasi, tingkat suku bunga BI dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar, FDI dan corruption perception index Indonesia sejak triwulan 1 tahun 2001 – triwulan 4 tahun 2018. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode sampel jenuh, sehingga diperoleh 72 sampel. Data penelitian berupa data sekunder. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: produk domestik bruto dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap foreign direct investment. Inflasi berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap foreign direct investment. Suku bunga BI berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap foreign direct investment. Corruption perception index memperkuat hubungan produk domestik bruto, suku bunga dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar pada masuknya foreign direct investment dan melemahkan hubungan inflasi terhadap foreign direct investment namun tidak signifikan. Kata kunci: produk domestik bruto, inflasi, suku bunga, nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar, foreign direct investment, corruption perception index.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur modal terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada sektor perusahaan non-finansial di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2012 – 2016. Regresi linier berganda telah digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari 4 variabel independen yaitu rasio total hutang, rasio total hutang terhadap ekuitas, rasio hutang jangka pendek terhadap asset, dan rasio hutang jangka panjang terhadap ekuitas sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan yaitu Return on asset. Hasil regresi menemukan secara statistik ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari struktur modal terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Secara parsial rasio total hutang dan rasio hutang jangka Panjang terhadap ekuitas berpengaruh signifikan negatif, sedangkan rasio total hutang terhadap ekuitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Return on asset. Tetapi rasio hutang jangka pendek terhadap asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on asset. Kata kunci: Struktur modal, Kinerja perusahaan, Return on asset

Abstract

The main aim of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of how wise capacity planning can become a key success factor across various industrial sectors. It can have a positive impact on organizations by achieving optimal operational efficiency and delivering services or products that satisfy consumers. This study employs a qualitative approach focusing on literature review to explore and comprehend capacity strategies in a comparative context between manufacturing and service industries. Capacity planning holds significant importance for the expansion of all companies, particularly those operating in industrial sectors. Businesses can leverage these strategies to meet client needs, save on operational costs, and facilitate sustainable expansion. It’s crucial for companies to comprehend and address current obstacles. Key factors include accurate demand forecasting, effective company constrain management, and the ability to adapt and respond to market fluctuations. In today’s era of digitalization, companies have opportunities to employ sophisticated technologies like ERP, big data analytics, and machine learning to effectively achieve their capacity planning goals. Implementing these tools can result in more accurate forecasting and enable faster adaptation to market fluctuations. To enhance operational efficiency and align output with business objectives, companies need to engage in effective planning.

Abstract

This literature review aims to examine the transformation of enterprise systems in Indonesia through the integrated approach of design and operations management. The study investigates how enterprises in Indonesia are leveraging integrated design and operations management to enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, and competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to conduct an in-depth analysis of academic journal articles pertaining to topics. The review encompasses articles published and indexed in Scopus databases from 2019 to 2025. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method is employed as the framework in this study. Through meticulous screening, data extraction, and synthesis of findings, this study aims to provide comprehensive insight into integrated design and operations management. However, the study also discusses the positive outcomes of successful integration, including improved decision-making and enhanced organizational flexibility. This study presents a novel approach by focusing specifically on Indonesian enterprises and their unique context, offering a deeper understanding of how integrated design and operations management. The contribution of this research lies in providing actionable insights for practitioners and policymakers in Indonesia to refine their strategies for implementing integrated enterprise systems. By synthesizing various perspectives, the study contributes to both academic knowledge and practical applications in the field of enterprise system transformation in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for organizations in various sectors to remain competitive in the rapidly evolving era of technology. However, the success of digital transformation depends not only on the adoption of technology, but also on the work design that supports these adjustments. This study aims to analyze the integration between work design and digital transformation strategies through a systematic literature review. The results of the study identified three key factors that determine the success of integration: first, the adaptation of work design to digital technology, second, the improvement of employees' digital skills, and third, the creation of an innovative organizational culture. The key challenges faced include employee resistance, infrastructure limitations, and data privacy concerns, while opportunities include improved operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and work flexibility. This research provides practical recommendations for organizations to design adaptive work designs and support digital transformation holistically. These findings enrich the literature by offering an integrated perspective between work design and digital transformation, as well as being a guide for practitioners in optimizing the integration of the two aspects.

Abstract

Applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in product design offers opportunities to enhance efficiency, idea exploration, and personalization. However, its impact on human creativity and related ethical concerns remains unclear. This study aims to explore the role of AI in product design and highlight challenges in human-AI collaboration. Using an exploratory approach and a Systematic Literature Review with the PRISMA protocol, findings show that while AI accelerates the design process, human involvement remains crucial for creativity. Ethical issues such as intellectual property and workforce displacement also require attention. The study underscores the need for collaborative approaches and further research across diverse industries.
